Kim was a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the information needed regarding the senior community complex. It is obvious she takes her job responsibilities very serious by providing me with all information needed and is always available for follow-up questions. It is because of Kim, I had a very positive experience working with the Parc at Bakers Point office.

Im very happy living here I love my apartment. Apartment manager is very polite shes got a good personality everything about her is awesome shes a great person. The Parc at Baker Point is a very nice Community to live in very quiet neighborhood well kept. My apartment feel so cozy just love it here. Staff is very friendly come and check them out give it a 5-star rating please dont forget to leave your reviews.

Ive only been here a short time having moved in near the end of February of this year so the MAIN thing thatd be of interest to anyone reading this review would likely be to let you know what to expect when you come to check it out. That would be Kym & shes the greatest. The day I came by I had had a pretty lousy day, I had been out looking for a place to call home. Having spent a year+ with family while going through a divorce DIDNT have me sitting pretty if you know what I mean. Anyway, budget was certainly a factor & I had seen some nightmarish properties that day. On the verge of tears, expecting another horrid experience.... I decided to stop at one last place...Im SO glad that I did! Kym was personable & full of information. I had to come back another day to see an apartment as it was already late in the day but I can honestly say Ive found the place Im supposed to be!! Since moving in, Ive had 3 or 4 opportunitied to communicate with Kym & I must say that she never fails to make my day & any issues discussed are handled quickly & professionally Not to mention the apartments are pretty cool as well!! Lol?.

I just moved in a month ago and absolutely love the place. Kim was so very helpful with everything and continues to give great service. It is quiet and peaceful, as well as friendly place to be. Apartment is great and I’m very comfortable living here. Would highly recommend moving here. Thanks Kim for all your help.

Love this place. Ive had nothing but great service since I moved here. I do miss Amanda but the new gal, Cheyenne (hope I spelled it right) has been very helpful and I think will be a great manager. The place has friendly tenets and now after the pandemic we are starting to have activities with social distancing, in our club house

Great manager! Very caring, takes of everything requested in a timely manner, follows up on any orders. Thankful to have her here. Great management company. Maintains property. Great team.

Brandy was good to me she helped me out in things that people wouldn’t normally do for somebody but she was out there for me and I really appreciate it I was blessed to have her to help me get my apartment going and have it all nice and in beautiful for me when I moved in she was very wonderful thank you

Amanda is truly amazing.she is very attention and responsive to your concerns.every work order is completed in a timely manner.she is very considerate to all residents.
