    I moved-in this year and the community manager, Brenda along with the resident service representative, Irene made it easy to browse every available apartment and even reached out after business hours to guide me through the move-in process. The Palms at Clear Lake is a safe and quiet community, and the amenities are a plus which includes a 24/7 gym among others. My early experience has been great here.

    Nice apartments. They have gym facilities, open gym, pool area, lake deck for parties, party area and other facilities. They maintain apartments nicely. The staff are cool here. They give good information at all times. They have iMacs available at the leasing office. They have good walkway for walking. Parking available for future residents.

    Proud to call this place home. The management has been friendly and accommodating in getting what we need. The resort style community is awesome to relax in and kick back every now and then when you want to step out of the apartment. Any pest issues I had were sorted out quickly.     This property is a wonderful place to live at, Besides that it has wonderful amenities, Irene was great in helping me through my application process. I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted in my ideal apartment and she gave me lots of options. I had a great experience leasing here and am excited to move in.

    A lovely and calm neighborhood to live in, the management team are nice and friendly, as well as the maintenance team.. If you have kids or pets then this is the best place for you... the rent is a bit high though.. but compared to other lower price places, in my opinion.. The Palms is a place to live in peace.. you wont have safety concerns or bug problems.. maintenance here is perfect and fast too..I really enjoyed my stay here..

    I was looking for a one-bedroom apartment in the vicinity of the NASA JSC. The Palms at Clear Lake came up as one of my top choices. Liked the area, liked the amenities this apartment complex offers. The office staff was most helpful in navigating me through the tedious application process. Thank you!

    I’ve been living here for over a year and I must say I haven’t had any issues living here, lovely amenities and property is kept clean. Meledy was the one that helped me with the move in process to ensure that it was pretty smooth. Jordan at the front desk always greets you with a warm welcome when you enter the front office. The management team (Brenda and Irene) I must say they are very professional and helpful and are always there to assist and support any concerns I might have. If you’re looking for a resort style apartment home I would recommend living here 10/10.

    I am so happy to call a place like this home. The amenities, the cleanliness and safety. There’s been a few minor maintenance issues I’ve had but they were taken care of very fast. The manager Brenda is always willing to listen and discuss any concerns me and my wife has and thanks to Irene for helping us with the renewal of our lease and answering any questions we may have.

    We lived in these apartments from Jan 2022-Jan 2023. These apartments are a hidden gem. They are tucked away so it gives you a suburb vibe but the highway is five minutes away. I have three small young ones and my husband traveled a lot when he first started at his new job, it was a new city for me and never once did I feel unsafe. The complexes have a great community and thankfully we were able to have good neighbours upstairs who were always courteous when walking. All the amenities are top notch and Brenda’s staff is amazing! Highly recommend!!

    One of the best apartments that I have lived at. All of the front office and maintenance staff were always so friendly and welcoming! I only ever had to submit a maintenance request once but when I did they responded the next day. The location is super safe, clean, and gated. Also If you love to relax, the pool area and gazebos are absolutely beautiful. My favorite pastime was studying in the gazebo by the water. I only moved out because I relocated for work. 10/10!!

    My wife and I have lived her for about a year now and we are looking to renew or move into a larger unit. The staff here has been INCREDIBLE! The ladies in the front office are super kind and always looking for ways to help. The maintenance people do a great job and are friendly, valet trash is picked up regularly and all around this property is pleasant. Its a smaller complex which is nice because it feels like you arent just a number, but the people who work and live here treat you like a neighbor. This will be the last apartment complex my wife and I live in until we can afford a home, wouldnt live anywhere else after our experience.

    The Palms at Clear Lake have been the best apartments Id ever lived in. They have made everything so easy and comfortable. Since I work a lot, they made all the arrangements so I can have the best apartment and it included a contract with the basic utilities that I needed (water and energy). I didnt have to do a contract with an energy company and for me that was one of the things that convinced me to move here. Also, it has gym 24/7, a wonderful pool and a lake! The managers are incredibly amazing too. They are always with a good attitude and they solve our concerns immediately. My favorite one is Jordan, because he is the one who showed me the apartments in the first place and he was so clear about everything. I needed to move-in immediately and he made all the paperwork so easy and fast!

    I have lived here for almost a month, from the first minute I walked into the office I felt more than welcomed. Jordan was one of the best leasing agents ive ever experienced a tour with. I’ve never had any issues with the office once, I didn’t have a washer when I moved in due to my quick move but they had no problem providing that within the first 48 hours. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office and gym facilities and most importantly I felt so focused on by the office even when they have many... many more residents to tend to. I wanna give a huge thanks to the entire amazing office staff and thank you for assisting me during my quick move!

    Such a great apartment complex with new updates on the property. The Manager Raquel has been great along with her maintenance crew, they are quick to fix any issues that may occur. Not to mention, very polite workers. Maintenance crew member Jesus has been very helpful and knowledgeable on any issues that we’ve had. I wouldnt recommend a better property to anyone.

    I have lived at this property twice now. I recently moved back and I am amazed at how much better this property is now.They have great amenities and a family-friendly community. I love how close I am to the water and Baybrook mall. They have a lot of new businesses and restaurants in the area, which has made my move here even better. The staff at this community is very helpful and friendly. I want to mention that Raquel, Brenda, Irene, and the maintenance staff do great at what they do. 10/10 recommend this community!

    Every one of management and staff I have met have done an exemplary job. Twice I missed their buildings posted opening/closing times yet someone noticed and took the extra effort to take care of my needs. That is outstanding service. Everyone has been helpful and courteous. All significant maintenance issues were fixed within 1 day. Other notes: No bugs, excellent gym, good security, and friendly neighbors. The new attitude at the Palms shows and is why they deserve a 5-star rating. I plan to live here a long time.

    From the moment I walked into the leasing office back in July, the Palms team has been extremely helpful. They are very attentive to their tenants and continually improve your experience at the Palms. The maintenance staff is great and resolve any maintiance issues relatively quick. The gym has been renovated and is awesome! Overall, the apartment complex is beautiful and a good place to bring your pet along! The only drawback is parking since most of the spots are taken if you arrive late at night. However, the Palms is working on getting this issue fixed soon.

    I researched apartments for about 2 months when I should have just walked right to the palms and signed the lease first. The process was so easy and by the time I was moving in Jordan had made the process go by so smoothly. I was moving from 3 hours away and they allowed me to move in on a day that was convenient for me! The first week I lived here I called Jordan WAY too much with a billion questions and he answered every single one of them nicely and professionally. I haven’t had any problems living here, neighbors are quiet, the grounds are kept very clean the floor plan I chose is perfect, hope to live here for a while!

    The Palms is the best apartment complex Ive lived in. What makes it the best on top of how clean and homey the entire complex feels is the staff in the front office. Jordan has been the most helpful and involved staff member of any apartments I have ever been to. He is willing to help anytime and no matter what the problem is, he does his best to make your life as convenient as possible. I love it here!

    I have found the staff, especially Jordan, at the Palms at Clear Lake to be patient, incredibly helpful, and so accommodating. My husband and I had to do the entire leasing process from out of state, as we were relocating for work. Not only did Jordan make the application process easy, he laid out exactly what would happen next, sent me any information I needed, and answered every single one of my questions, no matter how small of a detail it was about. Never once did I feel that I was bothering him or calling too much. I am so happy that we have found a great apartment with a wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

    After living here for well over a year I’ve noticed a lot of improvements. The new management has been amazing and has really made life here better. Before I was thinking about moving to another apartment but after recent changes I feel like this is where I want to start my family. Keep up the great work guys!

    I had previously left a negative review due to landscape maintenance interfering with my work, and having escalated it to a corporate level. Since then Kia, the on-site manager has gone above and beyond to address all of my issues and insure that my income is no longer negatively affected due to things happening here on property that are out of my control… Rather than edit my negative review, I have completely removed it, as this is the first time we have had on site management that is not cold and uncaring, and actually seems to care about the happiness of their tenants. This gives me hope that future tenants will not have to go through what myself and my husband went through during the many changes of staff.It is my confident belief in Miss Kia’s care and leadership that is restoring my satisfaction here. The property is beautiful when properly maintained and it is peaceful when management handles what needs to be handled on site.

    I’ve lived at the Palms for five years now, and there have been ups and downs.The renovated gym is very nice, the pool area is great, and the walking paths are clean and have nice views of the pond etc. When were not in a global pandemic, the Palms generally has some event ~once monthly: a wine evening, a free breakfast, a holiday event, a happy hour, etc. That perk is nice, especially if youre new to the area. For the most part, we have been very satisfied living here. Management and personnelle change frequently, so it’s difficult to have an extensive rapport. The majority of the maintenance requests weve ever made have been handled in a timely and effective manner. Rent payment through the online portal is convenient. There have been two summers when the pool/gym disrepair was a hindrance. But, in the last two years the amenities seem to be kept up better. Ill give 4 stars 👍

    I ended up not leasing here because of some personal, unrelated-to-this-place reasons. But the apartment and amenities here seemed great (I did like 3 tours). The customer service here was awesome as well, Jordan is a really cool guy. Erika is cool too but she takes some getting used to, she has like a dry sense of humor, she kind of reminds me of Kawhi Leonard. Even the gym trainer introduced himself to me when I walked in to look at it, so that was cool and unexpected. Anyway, I encourage people to definitely look into this place, it was pretty nice.

    We have leave here for 2 years and our community is always been excellent, we have the new manager Ann and assistant manager Amanda thats been helpful to the residents and give excellent customer service, which we were missing in the past management. There was an incident happen in my apartment and they have help me resolve the issue. I was very pleased with the new management now. Also for the record I love the improvement we have in our Gym with equipment and additional treadmills. I would recommend our apartment to my friends and family its always been a family friendly neighborhood with great schools CCISD district convenient access to Baybrook mall everything that we need is close by.

    My experience living at the palms has been nothing short of amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! They even have treats in the office for my pup:) They are very understanding of life situations and are more than happy to work with you as long as you keep them in the loop! The maintenance is super friendly also and very timely on getting things fixed. Your comfort is their mission. The landscaping is beautiful and the cabana for grilling is fun and spacious to host a “backyard bbq”! You definitely get what you pay for! The floor plans are spacious and that vanity lighting in the bathrooms is super awesome for us ladies! Also I feel safe with the gated community! You have to enter a code that calls my phone and I have to let you in rather than just having a generic code like other apartments. The neighbors are nice and friendly as well as quiet. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends in search of an apartment who want that luxurious lifestyle without breaking the bank! Shout out to Jordan and Ann for being super awesome and always on top of things! Ohh I almost forgot to mention the Starbucks machine in the office and their super awesome gym! You can’t go wrong!

    Well, my time at the Palms will be coming to an end in the next few months so I thought Id give an honest review.Pros first:The staff is great. Ive never walked into the office and had a terrible experience. Everyone is very warm and welcoming.Maintenance is amazing. In the year Ive been here, my A/C went out once while I was out of town for a few days. Came back and called the office and maintenance was out and fixed it the SAME DAY. Pretty good turn around and as a bonus, they were super nice. Talked about marvel movies with me (I was watching Thor during the repair) and now when I see them around the complex they give me a friendly wave.The renovations are amazing. It started with the muscle beach themed equipment installed where the volleyball court used to be. I really like it. The equipment is excellent quality and accommodates more of a crossfit style workout. Beautiful day outside I recommend checking it out. If thats not your speed, go to the newly renovated gym. Its absolutely great. The equipment is incredible and is comparable to a gym you would pay a membership to.I had an updated unit. Came with updated appliances and a beautiful, dark, grey-ish colored flooring. In the entire year Ive been here Ive seen one roach....thats it. Love the unit and kitchen space for sure.Very quiet community. Like I cant stress that enough. Although I dont really know my neighbors, everyone is very to themselves. Never had to complain about noise ever.Cons:I wouldnt even really consider this a con but Ive seen this in reviews before. Some have said parking is a nightmare. I wouldnt consider it a nightmare. It could be mildly inconvenient. Like if youre walking and then you notice a small pebble in your shoe. Is it going to kill you? Certainly not. Is it inconvenient? Sure. This can be avoided if you opt in to pay for covered parking or a garage. I chose neither because at the most Ill just have to walk a little further. Not that big of a deal to me.Overall, Ive enjoyed the stay here. I am only moving because my new job is in the city so my commute is much further. Recommend this place for sure

    I have lived here for a little over a year and the staff is wonderful. They are quick to address any maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner! You are always greeted with a smile when you walk into the office and the new office manager Mrs. Linda is wonderful!!! Mrs. Linda has always been quick to address any problems that I have had and even helped make sure I had cooked my dinner correctly when I broke my microwave and could not eat my hot pockets while i waited on a new microwave to come in. If you are looking for a great staff and community, look no further!!

    The Palms at Clear Lake is the best! When I first moved in I had a minor maintenence issue and the front office staff was more than happy to help me. They had a maintenance worker at my apartment within the hour to fix the problem. The new gym is also amazing and the grounds are beautiful. I would definitely recommend living here!

    *Jordan Greene* is AMAZING; he has helped us make a smooth transition to our new home. He went above and beyond at every turn, even when the mistake was ours, he showed us grace.     Hi, Its Brittany & Dominique we are new Tenants!Right away after searching high & low for a place to call home, we ran into the palms at clear lake , really beautiful apartment buildings , warm & cozy décor in the office area & wonderful staff. Jordan had our attention right away with just a friendly & warm personality, then after checking out the two bedroom apartments we knew it was the right place to make home. After moving in I had a few things that I noticed needed fixing and immediately after speaking with Jordan the maintenance men were there within a hour! I did have one problem with A guy that worked the front desk ,not sure of his name because he did not introduce himself or say hello when I enter the building , when I went to pay my rent Online it was showing a higher price than it shouldve been , I asked for him to elaborate on why I was being charged three hundred extra, he was very horrible at communication and told me to go get a money order for the normal price of my rent, I left and in the midst of me driving I called the office and asked him if I could just write a personal check , he told me he wasnt sure and placed me on hold for 5-15 minutes before I hung up and decided to call back , he then told me it would be fine , I was really upset that I had to go through all of that to pay my rent ,which caused it to be late, cause the next day we received a letter explaining what the 300 dollars was which also included a 75 dollar late fee. I was highly upset, when I arrived to the office with a 375 dollar check Jordan was there, he then explain to me in detail what all I was paying and apologized for the front desk guys mistake & let me know my 75$ late fee will be applied to next months rent since I technically was not late . Thank you so much Jordan for being a wonderful person and having such a beautiful spirit. Ive met the apartment manager Anh twice and both encounters has been very pleasant , I also mentioned to her something that needed to be fixed in my sons bedroom, before I could make it to my apt. door the maintenance guy was meeting me there to fix my problem. If youve lived in apts. before then you know it felt really good to not have the apt manager tell you fill out a paper and theyll send someone over. Thank you guys so much for being such a lovely staff , if I could give higher than 5, I would rate you guys a 10.

    The VIBE IS Loley! Very nice apartments. An excellent community. An awesome staff that will compromise, help, and React rapidly on any community needs.-The gym is awesome.     My husband and I recently moved in and we absolutely love it! Jordan, April and Anh have gone out of their way to make our move a smooth process and we couldn’t be more grateful. The location is perfect. It’s tucked away where it is private yet close to anything you could ever want or need. I toured all the neighboring apartments and none compared to Palms. I very highly recommend this community to everyone!

    My daughter & I have lived here since July, the best place I have lived at since moving to Houston/Clear Lake in 2012. Jordan & Anh helped me tremendously with my move. Everything was smooth & I can’t say enough good things about both but especially Jordan. He doesn’t forget a face or name & makes you feel at home from the beginning.     I love this staff here. From the first day I came in to acquire about an apartment they have made me feel like I mattered and was important to them. Every time since that day I came into the office or just seen them out in the property they stop to talk to you and even remember details from the last time you talked. That speaks volume for the character of the employees that work at this property. The one time I need maintenance since I have lived there. They came out in just a couple hours and got the problem fixed in no time and we’re really professional even sweeping up the little mess they made in the process of changing out my exhaust fan. All around extremely happy with this apartment property and their team.

All staff especially Jordan were incredibly helpful and maintenance was quick and professional, given the fact I did not have that much of problem. The only reason that I moved from this property is that I bought a house and dont want to reside in a rental anymore.

    I love living at the Palms at Clear Lake!About the staff - Kia, Sara, and Brooklyn are extremely helpful and friendly. In fact, all the staff members (including maintenance) are extremely helpful and friendly. They are quick to respond to any requests, questions, or issues. They are fair and understanding. I feel like they really work hard to make this place a great place to live.I love the fact that they plan little events throughout the year (before COVID). They held Halloween parties, Wine Down Wednesday socials, arranged for pizza nights by having food trucks out in front of the leasing office, and much much more. Im sure this will all resume once things are better with the COVID situation.About the complex - They have an awesome gym with great equipment; the biggest I have ever seen at an apartment complex! They also offer free bootcamp classes 3 days a week!They even have a pool AND JACUZZI!!!! and guess what!? They are open all year round and 24 hours a day!!!! How cool is that??!!There is a beautiful pond area to relax by and have a picnic, and a beautiful large pergola area with fancy BBQ pit and sink to hold large enough gatherings.The grounds are always well kept and beautiful.The only things I would like to recommend are the following:1- the downstairs apartments have our own private patio fence.2- more storage in the apartments.3- get rid of $300 pet fee. Most apartment complexes only have pet deposits. Many people I have told about this place say it is too expensive to have pets here. They mentioned that other apartment complexes only charge a pet deposit and sometimes pet rent.This place is really a great place to live, and I highly recommend it!

    I went with my husband today to tour the palms of Clearlake and I must say I was really impressed with the property and location. The staff was very friendly, when I called to schedule my tour they made sure to follow necessary safety precautions while giving me the information. I’ve toured a few properties in the Webster area and so far this one has been a winner. Also the staff was so friendly I felt like I was already a resident 😅.

    I have met with a few tour guides recently, but Meledy is by far the best! She was attentive to my needs, friendly, informative, and professional. She took her time to answer all of my questions and to follow up with me after the tour via email. Overall excellent customer service! I really enjoyed the community as well. It was quiet, clean and has really nice amenities. I cant comment on how living at the community will be, but I highly recommend Meledy as a tour guide! Thank you, Meledy!

    Great, friendly, and helpful staff. Very nice complex at reasonable price. I’ve had a couple things that needed to be fixed, and the staff came out very quickly. Pretty quiet spot in clear lake also. Only big negative has been the parking, but management is rolling out parking permits, which should help a lot. The other thing is I do wish the back gate was usable, because I reside right next to it. Thankfully using the front is really not bad. Safer too.

    Honestly, the best place in the area. Im in the same industry but I have never been on the other side of the desk. I drove to Houston from Corpus Christi, TX on the 26th of December and they were surprisingly open. Misty showed me an apartment and I fell in love. They are at a great price and very spacious. I didnt apply here from the get go just because the commute was going to be a long one. I went to Montelago off of beltway 8 and 45. They were completely horrible. I then called on Wednesday of this week and explained my situation to Misty and I was able to move in right away. As I am typing this review, my husband is picking up keys and moving in. Mind you, it is 6:10 pm. NO COMPLEX WILL STAY AFTER 6! I am beyond great full of the office staff and the company. I look forward to being a resident here!

    I moved here in the middle of 2018 and love my apt, The staff is super helpful and friendly. Jordan and Anh are always smiling and extremely pleasant to deal with. The apt is in a super convenient location with many restaurants and grocery stores surrounding it. Baybrook mall is also just down the street. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

    Management is always as helpful as possible which is wonderful! Dealing with the corporate in-between can be a little frustrating though. The workers at the Palms have very few administrative privileges over their own systems which can make mix-ups with online payments extremely difficult to get dealt with.

    During my tenure here which has been short, the staff has been nothing short of A1. Jordan has helped me out tremendously as well as Anh with the ups and downs of settling into a very nice new place and getting my footing under me. I rarely see them due to my hours of work and being pretty busy, but plan to be a lot more intermingled in things once over the hump of current things. Anyone looking for a nice place with great and helpful people would be remiss to go anywhere but the palms. I dont regret for one second coming here. Thanks guys...

    I moved here Jan 2015. I lived on the 3rd floor. And I loved it cause of the high ceilings and made it feel big and roomy. I enjoyed living here. It was very quiet and relaxing. Neighbors are all nice and cheerful. I never hear no loud music or tv. Sometimes I feel Im too loud lol. Office staff are nice never had a problem with them. Love the little activities they have for us like outside, food trucks, movies on big screen, and HAPPY HOUR on Friday from 4P-6P. Loved that happy hour!! And in summer a pool party with drinks and food. Maintenance staff a nice and fast. Joe helped my jump my car cause it died. He really helped me out that morning. Only down fall is the parking. So make sure you come home early and have your walking shoes on. lol. But I loved it here. So I recommended everyone to live here. But Im moving out this Jan 2016 to try to buy a home. But I am going to miss this place. Wish I can come on Fridays for happy hour. lol , Well whoever moves here hope you will enjoy it like I did.

    My lease is sadly up this coming month but I will definitely miss this place. Maintenance is on point! No roaches which is definitely a big deal when living in apartments. Pool and gym are so nice. The only thing i would watch out for is the gates are ALWAYS BROKEN. they need to knock the whole thing down and get a new gate because at least once i week when i get home the gate is wide open for randon people and cars to be roaming around and its very un safe.
