    I’ve had an excellent experience with the Orion staff so far! The entire team was incredibly helpful throughout my move-in process, Janet helped me pick my perfect unit. making it smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed with their commitment to ensuring everything was in working order. I had some issues with my AC unit not working, but Gabriel from maintenance went above and beyond by staying after hours to get it fixed. Its clear that the staff here genuinely cares about their residents, and I feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

    Took a tour of the community and got a tour from Janet. She was very informative and answered all my questions. The 2 bedrooms are very well priced and they are renovated! I also met the property manager Brittany and she was very nice. Definitely recommend touring the place!

I love a property that has staff that will answer the phone. I work with apartments on a daily basis and finding an apartment with a great management team is something many people do not take into consideration and should. Thank you!😀

    I have been living on the property for about 3 years and just transferred to a bigger unit. Rey Lugo assisted me and did a fabulous job. He’s very professional and patient. Everything was well explained. I love my new place ❤️ Chance the maintenance man goes over and beyond.Maintenance Team is the best. They went above and beyond. Very consistent and professional.     Best apartment complex because of their staff! Maintenance really goes above and beyond. Always timely and willing to help when work orders are placed. Gabriel has been super knowledgeable about everything thrown at him from the AC to the light switches, he has made this a respectable community to move to.

    Very nice property, amazing and helpful staff especially Adriana , she’s answered most of my questions involving safety and pets! Apartments are decent and in a pretty good neighborhood Great place to stay at for sure If I ever Need anything else I know I can Count on them !

    I had recently moved into the property and had a few maintenance requests I had submitted in the office , I spoke with Adriana the new leasing agent about my request and she was very nice and assured me that she would let maintenance know asap, they were completed within the same day and I’m very satisfied. Also the property staff is really nice and responsive, and the property is very nice and big.

    I have been a resident for 14 years, I have stayed because of the way requests are taken care of promptly and efficiently, the staff is always helpful especially Chance, if you need something fixed, he is your man! He does a great job and is always friendly and brings a positive energy into your home. Thank you Chance and the entire staff for making this a great place to live.

    I had scheduled a tour today and arrived a bit late but adriana was kind enough to fit me in in such short notice, she showed me the amenities around the property and the model, i appreciate that she took her time with me when i had questions and also informed of whats around the area,she was really sweet! I didnt lease here cause i found a place closer to work but i highly recommend coming for a tour/living here!

    My girlfriend and I have been living here for about five months. In that time, there have been a few issues. The biggest one being that, the day before we moved in, they informed us the apartment wed put a deposit down for was no longer available. There had apparently been some miscommunication and, Ill admit, it was pretty stressful. On the bright side, the staff was eager to help and managed to get us into a different apartment in time for our scheduled move-in date.Aside from that, the apartments that havent undergone renovation seem to be a bit temperamental at times, but thats to be expected with older buildings. And, again, the bright side there is the staff. Chance, one of the maintenance workers, is especially awesome. Super friendly, very respectful, and keen on helping with whatever he can.All in all, were pretty satisfied living here and Id gladly recommend checking the place out to anyone in the market for a new home.

    Booked a tour with Janet B. Since I’m new to the city! Let me just say, she was very helpful and amazing. She answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease! Janet mentioned the monthly resident events which are very insightful considering I don’t know much about Austin yet.A dog park is available as well for those who have furry best friends! I know my lovely basset hound will enjoy it!

    Our front door would not open with the door and dead bolt UNLOCKED. We called the emergency line and less than an hour later Gabriel showed up and replaced our front door knob. He was very nice and helped us as quickly as possible. We appreciate it so much!

    I have lived in the luxurious apartment community called Orion for 8 yes. I would like to thank maintenence man Chance for being totally professional and knowledgeable with everything he does. Chance should be the New maintenence manager. Indeed a new one is needed.

    I just had a viewing so this review is for my impression as someone who doesn’t live here (yet). The leasing staff is great, Pablo in particular was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a great tour of the units I was interested in.The prices for 1BR are a little too high based on the age of the complex, however the units I saw were in good-condition, spacious, and well laid out. This is going to be on my short list of places to lease at.They do have quite a bit of monthly fees that are not included in your rent but are mandatory, so essentially the rent is $100+ higher than their listed price. This includes the condemnable “valet trash” fee that I know people are trying to avoid.Overall, this is definitely a place worth checking out. Based on my experience with Pablo, and some other recent reviews, it seems they have a great staff in place now that current residents are really happy with. It’s definitely on my list to go back to in a couple months when I’m ready to sign a lease, because there are a lot of positives, but I’d need a significant lease special/discount for it to be the right place for me.

    Mr. Pablo helped me tremendously; I am currently looking for different opportunities in another city and given that Austin is way different that my current residence, I felt that it would be too different of a change for me. However, Pablo showed me around and helped me feel at home. He gave me advice, suggestions, and overall gave me insight about this apartment. Not only that, but he even recommended the best tacos in the area (they were delicious!)

    My guests car was towed today, even though it was registered for overnight parking! Not the first time this has happened either, along with a laundry list of issues with their managements attitutde and general mental wellbeing that they take out on their tenants. They will always leave you shorthanded, they will not respond to emails... they claim its a new company but keep changin the names and keepin the same issues. Dont rent here if you value your own health and mental well being.(This is towards the previous manager Sydney as well as the maintenance team member Adrian, who both have a very poor attitude towards tenants. Disrespectful, laughing when tenants come to the office to ask for help woth on going issues.)UPDATEShoutout to the NEW MANAGER Brittany as well as the two maintenance members i met today Gabriel and Jackson, all three of you all have single handedly done more in 3 days than the entire previous 8 months that ive lived here! It is much appreciated that you three have shown how much you all care! These 3 shouldve been here from the start, great people, very down to earth and realistic (unlike Sydney and Adrian).
