Yani in the office was great help, making the move in process easy and smooth!! Thank you Yani!! My apartment looks just as the photos are online, which most apartment homes tend to be different than what’s presented online. Maintenance is also great, they came out to replace a bent window screen right away. Pool and gym are beautiful, there is also a pool table in the club house. HighlyRecommended!

Misty and her team were wonderful helping me get moved in. After a bad experience with a prior apartment complex and needing to find a home asap! They focused on getting me into an apartment that was best fit for me and did an awesome job trying to move along the process in my application. Would highly recommend this place!

These apartments are the best apartment I have ever lived in. Very modern and affordable apartments, I love that it comes with a built in security system and keyless entry! The maintenance is amazing too, very quick and easy to do. Everything is so convenient, wish I could live here forever!

I’ve lived here for about 9 months and I love it! The ladies in the office are so polite and helpful, maintenance is super quick (2 days max), and the complex is well-maintained. If I wasn’t leaving Midland I would definitely be renewing my lease. I’m only taking a star away because; 1) Most of the gym equipment does not work and hasn’t the whole time I’ve lived here. 2) The complex gate has never worked, the gate is always open. (They said when I moved in June 2022 that the gate would be fixed in July, but it’s March 2023 and still not working). Just disappointed in those things especially since the gate and gym were big draws for me when choosing an apartment). Overall I would 100% recommend living here, no hassles ever. Just being picky with my one star.

I went to go look for an apartment at the Oasis Arpartnents they are beautiful The swimming pool looks so clean the gym is nice The manager was very friendly she answered all my question. I’ve experienced living at several apartment properties but this is the best home I’ve had. The entire staff here is courteous beyond measure. Kasey was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my move in was a breeze. She was clear, honest and upfront about all charges and rent which made me feel quite comfortable. The apartment feels brand new and the Hi-Tech in home washer dryer are a huge plus for me. Thanks again to the staff!Be safe out there everyone.

I have put in several work orders in the past few weeks and Alfredo always comes and fixes what I need. He is very friendly and professional. He is pleasant and gets what I need corrected. If I make a request and it’s been a few days I just call the office and the ladies at the office are always friendly and helpful and notify maintenance and they come right away. I even put in a request on the holiday of 09/05 due to my a/c and 7 minutes later Alfredo was there and corrected the problem. That is very important to me because I have an infant in the home. All apartments homes have issues, just as living in your own home, but living here I feel relieved because I know that Alfredo will come and take care of it for me.

Honestly the best apartment experience I’ve had. First and foremost, maintenance was excellent. There were times we would put in a maintenance request on a Sunday, thinking they probably wouldn’t come til Monday. Nope! Someone came out on Sunday to fix the issue. They’ll always at least give you a call to inquire about the urgency of the situation. The leasing consultants were always friendly and helpful. The amenities were well taken care of. It was a quiet community. Kudos to the staff here!

The Oasis at Pavilion Park apartments is a quiet, safe, pet friendly gated community. I have been a resident for several years and couldnt be happier. The property is well managed and maintained. The office staff and maintenance teams are very accessible and respond with a sense of urgency. The smart home features are amazing and up-to-date. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious with large closets and lots of cabinet space. Definitely a luxury apartment at its finest!

I have lived at The Oasis at Pavilion Parkway since January 2017. There has only been one time in 4 years that the Management changed (which is outstanding). In February 2021, my apartment had a water pipe burst causing my apartment to flood. The management and staff were there within minutes to assist me. I was the first apartment to have an issue from the arctic freeze Texas endured. The management offered me and my granddaughter their Model Showroom apartment until my apartment could be lived in again. The model is fully furnished and I was welcomed to use any and all the amenities and to make yourself at home and do not worry about anything. I was immediately brought clean sheets, pillowcases, etc. for the beds. Kasey immediately contacted a plumber AND the professional carpet service. Within a few hours the pipe was repaired and much of the water was sucked out of the apartment. The alacrity to get the flood under control was absolutely impeccable. Since then, Management has checked in with me and my granddaughter regularly to make certain we are comfortable and okay, and if we need anything. Obviously, I like living here or I wouldve moved within my 4-year tenure. I am truly grateful for all the Managers and the Staff at The Oasis. While my unit seldom has an issue, when it does, Maintenance is on their game to make repairs quickly. My phone calls are returned promptly. I have always been treated respectfully, professionally, and kindly. I am very grateful to Kasey and Fred (who were first on the flood scene), to get the flooding under control. I would have given this complex a 5-Star rating prior to the flood, and their efficiency during a crisis deserves a 10-Star. Would I recommend living here? YES!!!

I am going to miss living here 😣 this is one of the best Apartment complexes I have ever lived in.The amenities are amazing. They always have fun events going on.If you have an issue they are quick to respond or fix it.Maintenance guys are friendly and super helpful.Groundslady is always nice and will stop and talk to you and keeps the property nice and clean.Everyone in the office is amazing, especially Jennifer, Savannah, and Ashley.If you are looking for an Apartment in Midland make sure to check this place out, I promise you will not be disappointed.

We havent moved in yet, April 15, 2017 is our move in date, but when we were there Kevin was so helpful. Made sure all of questions were answered. Took the time to explain everything to us. This was the first Apartment we looked at in Midland so we seen the apartment and then decided we should go look at others just to see what was out there, NOTHING even came close to how beautiful this property is!**Update**Weve been here about 8 months and this is probably the best apartment complex we have ever lived at. Maintenance issues get fixed really quick. The office staff are all really nice and personable. Any issues are addressed right away. They are always having get togethers in the office. Amazing place to live and would recommend to anyone

Was recommended by a coworker to checkout and I was not disappointed this might be one of the best apartments in midland.

Kasey is absolutely amazing. She is beyond kind and knowledgeable. It was her attitude and communication that sold me on Oasis! She made the move in process very easy! I know she had her plate full with other new residents, but she made me feel like I was her only new resident! My unit is amazing and the complex is everything she described and more!

I enjoyed living here. I think most people would be happy living here, since it checks the most important boxes. The management are really nice people, and I would consider living here again.The good: affordable, good neighbors, friendly management, clean complex, less than 10 year old buildings, big sinks, big water heaters, and a colony of swallows.The bad: water is not softened, the turn out onto Big Spring is annoying at rush hour, management is not always prompt, internet monopoly is suddenlink, and the pool hours are limited.The ugly: the landscaping by some of the buildings.

My experience here as been great thus far. I have rented several places in the past and usually after you rent an apartment, the management could care less about you after they have you locked in. However the management and office team are remarkable, very kind and are willing to help you with any issue regarding your apartment or account with a great attitude. The manager is upbeat and outgoing. The apartments and club house are very nice with lots of perks. I would highly recommend this place.

These apartments are truly a little Oasis in the desert. The staff is wonderful and maintenance is fantastic. Renee is great at helping you feel at home here. Erma is the hardest working person I have ever met. She takes pride in keeping the property in its best condition. If you live or are moving to Midland and want to find peace in a working town The Oasis is the place for you!

Have lived here for a month and I love it. Office staff is always friendly and very responsive to all questions and concerns. Grounds are well kept, nice amenities, and my dog enjoys the dog park. People here are friendly. It seems pretty family oriented. You will not be disappointed!
