I actually moved out a year ago to be closer to my new job, I am renewing my agreement for another year as well. It’s a very quiet place to live!! Management stays on top of things to get fixed very quickly! They keep the grounds very clean and kept up which looks very great around here as well!!Kristine the manager is an amazing person and manager that her main objective is to take care of the tenents and to make sure things get taken care of for us!! She listens to concerns and is sweet as can be!! She makes living here that much better knowing that Management goes out of their way and takes care of you and where you live!I would recommend this place for sure !!

With this being my first apartment, my experience has been beyond amazing. Before signing my lease here, I went through a rough patch with another complex that I planned to move into but Kristina, the property manager, saved me and made my first time moving process smooth. She was very patient and kind with me. I had a million questions to make sure this was the right place for me and she answered them all. Although there were a few things wrong and a few things not ready when I moved in, it was understandable because of everything going on with Covid. Within a week of me being moved in, everything was fixed and working well. My apartment is super cozy and the perfect size. Overall the complex is quiet and the neighbors seem to stay to themselves. If you are looking for your first apartment or a home that you want to feel safe in this is the place. Although I will be ending my lease due to a job transfer, I do recommend this property :)

So this is my 3rd lease im signing. I originally wanted to move out because previous manager/management was un friendly and nasty attitude but when new management came in with a new manager, he convinced me to stay for 6 months and promised me he would send someone to fix my issues. I had the letter of moving out on hand but mr jc was very nice and very friendly and did keep his word on fixing issues previous mgr never did. My 6 months went fast and now i renewed for 12 more months. The manager is a very nice and very professional. You can actually see that he does care for us the renters. If you have issues go see him and he will help you.

This property is a hidden oasis tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The grounds are beautifully kept and you see the maintenance crew getting to work before the office opens. Christina is truly amazing and will work with you closely during the application process. I fell in love with the apartment, the quiet, and the smell of the flowers in the complex. Come by and take a tour, youll love it!

I have been staying here for almost a year and I love every minute of it. Any issues I have are handled in a timely manor thanks to the Christina and the management team. The apartment complex is in a convenient area, close enough to Downtown, the galleria, sugarland, and Katy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet! I honesty love living here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to live!

When God first moved me to Texas from Virginia 2014-15 Woodstone Manor was my first apartment, Ill never forget it Studio apartment number 217. Being a newcomer in the state of Texas. My apartment was beyond my expectation. Kristina the Office Manager, an Awesome sweet , kind loving and totally Heaven sent.My apartment was immaculate. Not one complaint from maintenance to neighbors.I recommend if you are looking for quiet, clean and loving neighbors. Woodstone Manor is the place to reside. As time past I moved back to Virginia, missed family ( Became a first time Grand Mother). Now over 9 years later, I am looking foward to relocating back to Houston Texas as God has truly Enlarged my Territory. Needless I say, Woodstone Manor is where I choose to comeback to... HOME!!!

My boyfriend lives here and he LOVES IT. the maintenance is so quick to respond to any problem we have. our air stopped working at night and they were at his apartment within the hour to fix it. the upstairs neighbors are a little loud but we dont mind. we havent really had to mix with the office staff so much but they seem nice. great place to rent from!

Woodstone is a lovely apartment complex, especially for short term leases. Kristina will truly work with you to make sure you get the best deal and price. She is incredibly considerate, and truly cares about the residents. Because its a smaller complex, she knows everyone by name and goes out if her way to check in.

I actually moved out a year ago because I needed more room and couldnt afford anything above a 1 bedroom at the time. Nice quiet place to live, tucked away inside the neighborhood. Management stays on top of things for the most part and frequently leaves notices on your door instead of dumping them in your mailbox. Id live there again for sure if I could, but with an expanding family, Im forced to live in the not-so-great apartments around the corner lol

As soon as i walked into the leasing office It instantly felt like my future home. I wanted to take a tour but kristina and clarissa made it impossible to choose because they both were extremly kind and very knowledgeable about their craft. Quiet property and was even greeted by a few tenants! Great job and i cant wait to start living there.

Ive lived here for 8 months now and I will say my time here has been great. I have not had any issue other then my ac going out but the staff had that fixed in no time. Its a small complex so not a lot of traffic or issues with noise. Im going to miss this place when I move next month.
