I’ve lived at The Nash for a little over 1 year now, and I absolutely love it here. From the very beginning, Serena was the first person I met, and she made the entire move-in process smooth and welcoming. The initial unit I selected wasn’t quite what I had hoped for, as it was a bit too close to the trash chute. When I expressed my concerns, Serena and the management team stepped in and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They allowed me to switch units that same day, making the transition seamless. That level of care and attentiveness left a lasting impression on me.The amenities here are fantastic—especially the pool, I also love the club house and the study rooms. I also really appreciate the monthly events hosted for residents; they create a great sense of community and offer fun opportunities to meet neighbors. The maintenance team is pretty responsive and always professional. The front desk staff is also great at answering and returning calls and emails.One minor issue has been package deliveries especially to the newer/back building, as some carriers tend to overlook the back buildings or mishandle packages. However, whenever I’ve had trouble locating a package, Serena has personally stepped in to help track it down, making sure I received it. Her dedication to ensuring residents have a smooth experience truly stands out. Visitor parking is tight, there’s not a lot especially on the weekends and the door call box can occasionally be a bit unreliable, which can be inconvenient for guests and deliveries, but overall, it hasn’t been a major issue.Overall, my experience at The Nash has been wonderful. It’s a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming place to call home, and the management truly cares about its residents. Huge thanks to Serena and the team for always going the extra mile!

This property, like many others, has room for improvement. Keeping the hallways and stairways cleaner would enhance the overall living experience, and adding more guest parking would be a great benefit for residents and their visitors.That said, the staff has always been helpful and kind, with special recognition to Ricardo. He has gone above and beyond to assist me multiple times—whether it’s locating lost packages, addressing maintenance issues in my unit, or keeping me updated on work orders. His professionalism and kindness stand out, as he always acknowledges every resident he encounters. His dedication truly makes a difference!

Ive lived here for close to 3 years after apartment hopping in Dallas for 6 years. I can honestly say The Nash is the best facility Ive lived in. I’ve been living at The Nash since June 2020 and have a had a great experience! As a Karen-type neighbor, management listens to my many concerns and gets them handled in a timely manner. The fun monthly events definitely add to the resident experience and make the place feel like a cohesive community. The Nash has Safe surrounding neighborhoods that make it perfect for my outdoor running as well. Love this place !

As someone who just finished a 15 month lease. I loved every second living at the nash. No apartment will ever be perfect but these are close. Serena was super helpful throughout my entire lease. Any issues were resolved super quick. The head of the maintenance came to my apartment to address a mold issue that I had no idea about. Most apartments wouldve let it build but they went out of their way to ensure the safety of the residents. Only moved due to work but happily and strongly recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have lived here for about a month and a half, and so far I really love it!! No apartment complex is perfect, but I feel like I have everything I really need and more! My apartment is clean, the ladies at the leasing office have always been kind and interested to help with anything Ive needed, and Ive never felt unsafe walking around by myself. I feel like the property is working to make improvements, which is most important to me :)Will keep this updated as time goes on, but so far I am a happy renter!

Been living here for some months now and all I can say is that I’m grateful to have Serena at the front office. We had a couple of fixes that needed to be addressed after our move-in, I thought it was going to be pain n hassle because apartments usually don’t care about anything after you’ve moved in but, Serena, Maintenance and the team made sure that we were well taken care of and all our issues addressed. Love the NashMelissa T has also been very helpful too whenever I’ve had silly questions and Amazon delivery issues. This is my first ever apartment review and I can say The Nash deserves it!

I moved into The Nash about 9 months ago and I can’t overstate how hospitable the leasing agents are and the management team. The move in process was seamless. They are very punctual while taking care of the residents’ service requests. The community is well kept and their amenities are up to par. So far, I do not foresee any reason why I wouldn’t be renewing my lease with the Nash!!!!

If ever there were any security issues here , staff quickly put measures in place to protect the safety of the residents. I love it here.

However, I was impressed by the staffs commitment to addressing these issues. They are proactive in communicating with residents about safety and work to improve the community. Its worth noting that many of the staff live on site and are motivated for several reasons to ensure safety on the property!Overall, I appreciated the dedication of the team at The Nash, and Im grateful for their hard work.

We moved to The Nash a few months ago and I have to say Sarah has been fantastic to work with!!As we are in a new building, there have been several questions regarding things like completion dates, amenity access dates, cleaning schedules, etc. Sarah has always been there to assist. She’s been knowledgeable about the property, she’s been a stable face in the leasing office, and she’s always willing to offer and lend a helping hand.Today, I ran into her while she was carrying a very heavy package from one building to another just so a resident would not have to. While I stepped in and helped her carry the package, this spoke volumes to me. I have never seen apartment staff be willing to go above and beyond in the way that she did to deliver a package to a resident. This just shows her commitment to making every residents experience great. Kudos to you Sarah for always going the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction! Keep up the great work, it has definitely been seen and appreciated by the residents who live here 😊.

I can agree all of the comments before this one about the residences. It is a quality spot but has issues like anywhere else. Friendly staff, nice neighbors, dog friendly property, laid back. But also, not enough parking for guest, packages end up in the wrong room or not delivered at all (Amazon/Fedex, USPS) and maintenance request do happen but it still takes 8 days to fix my leaking/broken AC. I only saw 1-2 maintenance guys for the entire property so I dont make a big fuss but there could be increased changes for the residents to make it feel as luxury as the price reflects. Lived here for 19 months.

Just moved in at the end of September and have been so happy with our move! Sarah Ream, leasing agent, and the entire leasing office is very efficient and helpful. Maintenance is just as efficient and communicates themselves with the residents. They keep their notification system up to date. This is a huge improvement from where I used to live and value all of this immensely! Complex is kept clean and neat and Clubhouse areas are great to have for the residents.

The purpose of this review is to highlight the genuine customer service that I’ve received at The Nash after recently moving in. Sydney has been my immediate contact throughout all of this and I’m extremely grateful for her support.I initially walked in one weekend to see if I could tour the place but even though they were booked and unable to physically show me around, Sydney went above and beyond and printed/emailed me both the video tours and documents that were the equivalent of touring the place. I felt like they truly cared about me leasing one of their units even though it was obvious plenty of people were interested.Move in was a breeze, the elevator is so fast and it’s so nice having a parking garage entrance for the upper level that doesn’t have a height requirement for the U Haul. Even though there were some things that needed to be fixed/changed at my apartment when moving in, I truly appreciate both Sydney and the maintenance team for addressing those needs.I look forward to my lease here and making this place my new home.

There was an issue with vehicle break-ins which I was sadly a victim of, but management responded by adding cameras and a nighttime security patrol. I haven’t had any issues since. The Nash wasn’t my first choice, but after walking many other apartments I saw how much more affordable The Nash is. I am paying way less of a price that others offered and I have two times as much space at The Nash. Unfortunately, I have had my car broken into, the fire pit does not work for more than two minutes, and the pools are not cleaned daily. Other than that, The Nash has provided a pretty decent experience and have acknowledged both my car break-in and maintenance needs.

Even though COVID-19 put a damper Kyle went above and beyond answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable. From the moment we walked in we were impressed with how friendly the team was. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The amenities are stellar! We also love the layout of our unit! We have a spacious desk and separate laundry area. The kitchen is spacious and open. I can ONLY speak for my experience at the Nash, Ive been a resident for 5 years so that itself should speak VOLUMES! Before moving to the Nash I was living in Plano & new to TX. Plano was not for me(no shade) Im from the Atlanta area so I needed the city life & feel. I was so unhappy in plano didnt know anyone and to be honest the community was boring to the point I ALMOST gave up on Texas to move back to ATL. Not until a friend said come hang out in Dallas after 1 day in Dallas I knew I wanted to stay so I was online trying to give it a chance, looking for a central location then boom The Nash popped up. I gave a call scheduled a tour & I would say the rest is history but it didnt stop there. I made friends when I moved in, The Nash is always doing little events for the residents things like popcorn & pizza etc well during one of the meet & greet I met My BEST friend! And its all because of the staff here at the Nash for taking time to organize a fellowship event for the residents for that Im GRATEFUL! I will also add ANY concern no matter how small the staff hears me & to this day are still quick to reply & resolve with my satisfaction. So am I leaving the Nash anytime soon... NO! So you might as well come join us and experience luxury living in peace!

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and have to say I really love it! I’ve lived in a lot of different apartments in the DFW area and I can say management here is the best I’ve encountered. Kristy in the front office is awesome, super sweet and helpful - the rest of the staff is also incredibly nice I’ve just dealt with her the most often! Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and they’ve been very safe during the pandemic (always wearing masks when coming into the apartment). I was able to get a yard for my dog at a pretty reasonable price (I mean it’s an apartment with a yard in Dallas so still not cheap, but definitely manageable) which she absolutely loves! Haven’t used the amenities much (COVID) but there is a nice 24 hour gym and a pool that is kept clean. Management has still been trying to do resident events even despite the pandemic, so occasionally they have first come first serve to go food catering so that they still have some resident engagement but without having to have an actual gathering. As with any apartment you will hear your neighbors occasionally, but the walls aren’t ridiculously thin or anything. The trash room does get gross and full, but there’s concierge trash so you won’t have to deal with it often, and that’s more a reflection on the residents than the property itself. One negative is guest parking. It’s street parking that’s first come, first serve and although most of the time you can find a spot, Friday and Saturday nights can be tough if you have anyone over unless you get lucky with timing. Overall, I am super happy here and plan to renew my lease for another year since I’ve had such a great experience!

We have been living here for 2 months and love it!We are in a unit that is right next to the DART line, and while it does go by every 10-15 minutes (even into the night), it doesn’t bother us. It may bother someone who is a light sleeper.The units themselves are very spacious and have updated finishes. We are in a B1, and I love the huge master bathroom!I love the amenities- we have two dogs, and the dog park is well maintained and has turf instead of grass, so it’s never muddy. The gym is open 24 hours and is cleaned and sanitized daily. The office also holds resident events (taking safety into consideration for COVID). I have never had an issue with parking. Everyone I’ve met in the community is kind, and I’ve never had any problems with loud neighbors. The location is great- close to the highway and dining options!The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the parking gates are always open or broken, which is a safety hazard. While guest parking is communicated to residents via email or at move in, it is not clearly marked and there are no signs. There are also some issues with packages being left next to the package lockers by couriers, which puts packages at risk for being stolen.Overall, we are very happy to call the Nash home!

Beautifully designed spaces, Luxury amenities, Amazing staff, and awesome community of neighbors. You are going to love living hereMy husband , myself, and 2 dogs have been living here for 3 months now and absolutely love our new home . The Nash offers awesome amenities, a variety of spacious and well thought out floor plans, excellent design details throughout all of the buildings , and we have a fantastic large fenced in yard with patio due to being on the first floor. The floors above have large and stylish designed balconies with plenty of outdoor space. The entire staff are absolutely superb , professional , dependable and take care of any issues promptly and efficiently. They are so very kind and seem to truly care about their residents and their business as a whole. The gym , the pool , the common areas feel and look like a 5 star hotel. A complete surprise to find such a gem right in the best part of Dallas. Restaurants , bike trails, shopping in a peaceful and convenient location.

As there is no such thing as a perfect community, I am very understanding of issues which may occur throughout the community from time to time.Recently I had a major service failure which resulted in me complaining to the CWS Management team. The team owned up to dropping the ball and immediately worked to resolve my issue.Their urgent response and follow-up to my concern exceeded my service expectations. In a world where customer service is becoming a thing of the past, I am happy the Nash and CWS team still understand the importance go good customer service.

After 2 years I can say that I’ve had a good overall experience here! I’ve seen a lot of changes and corrections that have made a huge difference from moving in the first year of the residence being open. Given the current pandemic the management has stepped it up and responded as best they can to protect the residents. When I need to contact management or maintenance I have a response immediately. The courtesy officer is readily available as well.

They are really interested in your experience and encourage to the wellness of their community through free workouts programs, free breakfasts or even in Valentines even they send you a nice present. I have lived at The Nash for almost 2 years now, and I dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. The location in Midtown Dallas is close to the action on Lower Greenville, convenient to 75 and 635 for work, and in an area that has redevelopment popping up everywhere.The large master bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub -- along with a kitchen full of storage and stainless steel appliances -- are what sold me on this community when seeking a new place to live. Marble countertops, hardwood floors, and recessed and pendant lighting give apartments an extra-special touch. Neighbors are very friendly, making the community feel like a true neighborhood.The porters, maintenance staff, leasing agents, and managers are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, keeping the community quiet (as much as possible), clean, and new looking!Community amenities are popular, including the well-equipped fitness center and refreshing pool. The one suggestion I have is to install indoor bike racks since all entrances need a key fob to enter the building. That offers an extra sense of security.

I have lived here for about over a year now and I think the complex is nice, management is friendly, the dog park is awesome, and overall it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. The cons are that the elevators are always kind gross, I have put in several maintenance requests and no one would get back to me until I email them directly and then someone FINALLY comes and tries to fix the problem. There also isn’t enough guest and resident parking. They have one covered garage parking and good luck when it rains in getting a spot. People literally park wherever they want. Most of the time people block you so when you have to leave in the morning you have to squeeze your way out between cars. Very irritating. The other parking garage has limited space as well so if you come back late at night you have to search and search for a spot. I won’t be renewing my lease not because I’m not happy here but because I honestly don’t like living in Dallas so if you do then I know you’ll love this place.

The apartment is nice, the location is nice, and the employees are nice. However, I get no sleep on any night of the week. The residents are so loud and it always smells like weed. It’s currently 2:40 AM and I was woken up to screaming to the point I thought something bad was happening but it’s just partiers getting dropped off and someone’s literally standing under my window yelling “what’s the code I’m about to throw up!” An hour ago (1:00 AM) someone slammed their car into the gate causing everyone to stand around and yell. This yelling of all forms is not abnormal, usually lasting throughout the night, even Tuesdays and Wednesdays at times. As far as I’m aware there’s nothing that can be done about this either which is why my rating is still high. The apartment is nice enough that if my unit wasn’t next to where everyone partying gets picked up and dropped off at I can imagine it’s probably perfect to live here, however, that’s not the case for me, so yes sign to live here but make sure you’re not near the top entrance to the parking garage.
