UPDATE: I received a call from Santana and they had maintenance at my place today. The gentleman was able to install the mirror and fixed the leak under the sink, however the back door hasnt been reset and I still have a hole on the floor boards inthe bathroom. I appreciate them addressing the problems they could, I just hope to see this kind of attentiveness for others as well.---My experience at these apartments has been disappointing so far. I appreciated their flexibility for my move in date but thats pretty much the only good service I got. When I first moved in, the apartment was not fully renovated but I was told it would be, as long as I put in a maintenance request for it. Ive put in 2 separate requests, one being the leak in the kitchen sink, plus the missing bathroom mirror, and the other being the fact that our back door lock has not been reset since weve moved in. Aside from that, I was also promised I wouldnt be charged for the amount of days I went without the washer/dryer unit that Im required to pay $50/mo for, but I still had to pay the full rent amount. Ive tried calling but no one answers and even if you leave a message, you never get any sort of response. I work from 8am-6pm so I dont have time to go visit them, and not being able to contact anybody about the issues in my apartment is disheartening to say the least.

Cassandra was the best leasing agent ever!!!! I swear it only took about a day to get approved with a beautiful welcome package at move in. She told me if I brought all the documents requested then she would get me approved quicker. I brought everything she asked for the same day and was approved the next… any issues I’ve had they have treated me like I was the only concern and handled everything fast.. The community has been quiet with friendly neighbors who tend to watch out for each other.. 5stars from me thanks guys😊😊

There was a leak under my dishwasher, that spilled into the hallway. Irving came out on one the coldest nights ever, to assist me!He stopped the leak temporarily. He and Josereturned the next day,to clearly define the issue. After removing the unit and the excess water, the leak stopped! They followed-up the next morning, to ensure that all was well! Thanks, for your great quality of work, patience, and professionalism! Im grateful!Ms. Haynes~

I’ve been at the property for almost 4 years I’ve seen plenty of management teams come in and as you can imagine the ups and downs I’ve had with the property. However the new property managers especially Maria has changed my opinion on the property a great amount they are amazing in all aspect ! They jump right on any task, very helpful with anything and will work with you a great amount! Thank you to the monet managers as well as maintenance 💗

⭐️⭐️⭐️HIGHLY RECOMMEND⭐️⭐️⭐️From the moment I applied, to my time spent as a resident, this place and it’s staff have been nothing short of amazing. The new management is awesome and considerate. The maintenance team are timely and attentive. Anything I have reported (which hasn’t been much) has gotten fixed the same day. I appreciate the safe environment they commit to provide and they really go out of their way to reach out and involve us as residents to be actively a part of what embodies The Monet community as a whole. Little things like random drawings, back to school supplies giveaways, invites to come in for pizza and cupcakes just because, or spin the wheel for a prize, to even taking the time out to wish you a happy birthday are what sets them apart, and in my opinion, makes all the difference. I love the staff here at The Monet. Thank you guys for all you do!

I came for a tour and the staff greeted me with a smile. Yolanda and Maria are so nice and sweet talked me into a 2 bed 2 bath. The promotion of $500 off admin fee and $500 off my Decembers rent is really where they got me!

Just moved in. I upgraded my apartment and its beautiful. I pay a little more but, at the end of the day it’s still cheaper than any apartment with granite and upgrades. Management and office staff are extremely professional. They have events every month. Outside area is really clean. The New Monet has done a 360 degrees change. I love it!!

Been here since May 2019 I originally had a one bedroom plus sunroom for my daughter which was perfect for the two of us! The original management team at the time were great, then they changed management and things turned for the worst for this complex. Now, since the complex was bought and changed to “The Monet” I have had nothing but great experiences. I transferred into a newly renovated apartment (2bed 2bath plus sunroom) and it’s ALOT of space for the price. Maintenance is at my door the same day I put in a work order, Management has awesome (My favorite manage is Jerry), AWESOME communication. I don’t have pest issues, or safety concerns. This has been my home for 3 years now, and I’ve seen this complex go from The Broadmoor, to The Monet and from bad management to great management. Excited to see what’s in store in the future for this complex. The only thing I suggest is they bring back a neighborhood watch meetings at a reasonable time where more residents can attend. Or do a mixer for the residents to let us know the plans for this complex.

I been living here for 2 years. In the last month néw management has made a dramatic change to The New Monet. It’s BEAUTIFUL!! Clean parking area, maintenance is very courteous, the manager really cares about this place. Classical music in the lobby, everything! I love my apartment and I’m glad I got in before the prices started to rise. The neighborhood is really really changing. Redbird is becoming the new Hot spot.

So these people never pick up the phone, I was told I had to pay a double admin fee of $800 and pay my prorated amount to move in. They pushed my move in date back twice and not once did they call me and say anything. I’ve called, texted and emailed these people for weeks and finally talked to someone this past Monday. Here it is Wed 04/12/2023 and they are charging me a $700 high risk fee that no one ever told me about. They spring all this extra money on me the today on 04/12/2023 the day I have to sign my lease as if they didn’t have enough time to tell me from 03/10/2023 when I made my 1st pmt to 04/12/2023 they day I’m to sign my they tell me. I don’t even want to give them a star.Thursday 04/13/2023 @ 3:03AMThey removed the the $700 high risk fee, I was able to sign my lease and move in. They rectified the situation and now I’m happy. Thank You so much!!!!!!!

I want to say that the customer service there is awesome, from the time I called to inquire about the apartment to the time I moved in. The turn around on maintenance is real good. I have been in apartments where the office never answers the phone and it take them 3-5 days to fix something. So I was really impressed about that. I havent really had any issues with this complex since Ive been there. I can honestly say Staci and Von has truly taking anything that I have an issue with seriously and checked on me after the problem is fixed. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be by the mall and easy access to the highway.

The Monet Apartments is a beautiful space to live in. The community is very clean & well put together. The leasing manager, Jazmyne, is very kind, professional, & goes above & beyond for her residents to make them feel welcomed with their stay. The office staff are very friendly & stays on top of their work to make sure all residents are taken care of including the maintenance men, who works extremely hard making sure everyone is staying cool in this hot summer weather. The Monet staff takes care of any request quick & efficiently in a professional manner. All around this is a great community to live in.

Not to mention the pool looks fantastic from the last time I visited the property. I have a friend who lives here and due to prior management, I wasn’t planning on applying but now I’m having seconds thoughts especially after my experience with Santana and Jazmyne!

I have been here for years and I love it. I love the improvements the office staff is making. They work on any improvement for our community daily. I attend crime watch meeting and DPD always brag on our complex on how we have low to no calls . Its in our lease and they have sent out numerous notices that we are fined for trash. Pest Control comes to Broadmoor every Wednesday. They even call us after a work order is done to make sure we are satisfied. Then its a lot of us that have been here ten years or more and to call names of low life cause we are on a fixed income is so distasteful. I love living here and I think you would too. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.
