Ive never experienced living in a boutique property, and I can’t contain my excitement! While I usually lean towards larger communities for the chance to connect with neighbors and make new friends, this new adventure feels refreshing. The application process was a breeze, and Camryn was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions despite our schedule constraints. I’m moving in just two weeks, and I can hardly wait!

Would definitely recommend Moderne and the new management team! Apartments here are reasonably priced, spacious and have excellent amenities. Plus, it’s close to West 7th and Montgomery plaza but bar noise doesn’t reach us over here. A new management team took over in late 2023 and they have been doing a wonderful job to improve the complex and promptly fix service requests. Sydnee is easy to reach and handles communication professionally. Great experience!

I’ve lived here for about 6 months. I’m a pretty “to myself” resident. The few issues I’ve had have all been addressed in a timely manner, shout-out to Sydnee! I work from home and spend a lot of time at the property. Only thing I wish would change is better monitoring for the parking lot. Hopefully something can be done to better secure the area.

The Moderne has been a great experience, especially since Magnolia Property Company has taken over in the last couple months. Both Sydnee and Sayli have been great to work with, as well. Highly recommend!
