I’ve been staying at the Midtown Apartments for a little over a year now. I’m so thankful to be in this safe & peaceful gated community! Larry has been so helpful during my stay here and always responsive and available for anything the residents need! The apartments are exactly like the photos! Paying rent is easy, next to hospital and I’m only 5 min from work! I’m very pleased. Everything is clean and well maintained. I have not had any issues during my stay here. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Midtown Apartments- long term or short term! I would choose Midtown Apts over anywhere else in Tyler, TX!

The Midtown is absolutely the best furnished apartment Ive ever rented. The photos on the website are accurate, and the owners of the complex are wonderful. The location is only a 4-minute drive to the local hospitals, and is extremely close to restaurants and shopping. The apartment and grounds are safe, clean, and quite.My apartment was exquisitely furnished, providing all amenities except for food and my own personal items. If you dont rent an apartment at The Midtown when youre in Tyler, youll regret renting elsewhere (because The Midtown is the BEST)!

Larry and Celeste are two of the most caring, personable, and accommodating landlords you will ever come across. I’m a travel nurse and these apartments are everything I needed; short term, all bills paid for in your rent, furnished, and kitchen utensils/towels/etc. are provided. They’re very clean, perfect size, and gated so it feels very safe. I would 1000% stay there again if I do another assignment in Tyler. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I started a contract in Tyler, Larry and Celeste were very nice. We were able to go down and look at the property first. They were very accommodating with us driving in. When my husband lost his contract due to covid we had to break contract. Larry and Celeste allowed us to break contract with no fee and we were able to get our deposit back. We loved the unit! Felt safe and attended to. Loved the cable! They had towels and kitchen items for us. Nicely furnished. Would love to stay again if on another assignment.

I stayed at The Midtown apartments from May until November while on my nursing travel assignment. It’s a quiet community and their conscious of everyone staying there, including those of us that work nights! They thoroughly clean the apartments in between guests. I know this due to people moving in and out next door to me. There’s on site laundry areas. They keep the premises clean and neat. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The Midtown apartments were everything I needed and more! The setup was beautiful and functional and the owners took excellent care of me while I lived in Tyler for 2.5 months. Any time I had an issue (which wasn’t often), Larry was prompt to respond and take care of whatever was going on in the apt. If you’re in need of a short term lease, a safe place to stay and don’t want to deal with the hassle of furniture, this is the place for you!!

I rented from Larry and Celeste for about 4-5 months and consider it a wonderful experience. Finding a safe, clean apartment that was furnished and all bills paid really took a lot of stress off me after my divorce. My apartment was quiet, clean, had laundry on site and was in a great location.Im now moving out of state, but otherwise would have stayed indefinitely.You cant ask for a better tenting experience!

Perfectly furnished apartments with everything you need to make your long or short term stay comfortable. Larry, the property owner, was SOO easy to work with. He was able to accommodate me within 72 hours notice of moving to Tyler. Location is great for if you are working in the hospitals. Very well maintained. Easy to work with. Rent payments are easy to make. I moved to help with COVID19 and he took extra precautions during this time. I have moved several times and dont typically write reviews, but I was VERY pleased with my stay at The Midtown Apartments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE MOVING TO TYLER!!

I’m a traveling therapist. These apartments feel like home. On long assignments hotels can get old quickly. I love the privacy and how quiet the neighborhood is. These apartments are one story with assigned parking right outside your front door. Which I love! They are so convenient. It’s only 2 miles from my hospital site so I was able to run home at lunch if I wanted to. Highly recommend!

We love The Midtown Apartments! It is the perfect space for our family while we purchase a home in Tyler. The grounds and apartments are very clean, quiet and well maintained. The month-to-month rent is very beneficial in different situations. The cost includes everything! A nice, clean space which includes a full kitchen equipped with pots and pans and dishes! There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers...which is included in the rent! A new security gate has been recently installed also. All utilities are included...yes, even wii fii....you are close to all the shopping you can handle....The owner is very visible and wants to assure you have a wonderful experience....I would highly recommend The Midtown.

One of the most amazing communities that I have had the opportunity to be a part of. The management is kind and will always take time to see how you are doing. The property is clean and if there were any issues, they were resolved in a timely manner. The complex is safe with a passcode gate and 360 vision of the property at all times. I would highly recommend living at Midtown Townhomes if you are in the need for short term housing in Tyler!

I’ve traveled and stayed many places across the country as a health professional and the midtown is by far the best place I’ve stayed. The unit was not only very convenient for my profession but was very clean!!!! The value of this place and the professional environment made me feel very welcomed. Larry and his wife run a wonderful place for short term leasing and are kind, helpful, professional and welcoming. I recommend anyone in theTyler TX area to stay here. If I come back to Tyler Texas for work again I will most definitely be returning here.

I never imagined it would be possible to find a quiet apartment - the two words just dont typically go together. Thats exactly what youll find though at The Midtown Apartments. Not being able to sleep due to noise was never an issue. You will also find all the modern comforts of home with everything being perfectly maintained by an owner who never lets arising problems sit unresolved. My cable went out one night, and he was there in less than 10 minutes changing out a cable box bringing total resolution to the situation. I liked the security gate and felt very safe knowing there would not be heavy traffic in and out of the parking lot and also enjoyed only being 0.5 miles from work at UT Health. If I take another travel nursing assignment in Tyler in the future, I will only want to stay at The Midtown!

Larry and Celeste are a delight to work with. These apartments are super clean, well furnished, and secure. As a first time traveling nurse, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. I’m ecstatic to renew my lease with them this month.

I love these apartments. Great place to live. They are exactly what is advertised. Clean and well kept. The Management is very responsive, making sure safety is a high priority and work with each tenant to help meet the needs of the apartment community. Cannot see myself living anywhere else in Tyler.

The owners (Larry & Celeste) are wonderful people. The complex is nice & quiet. Our apartment was perfect with everything we needed for our 2 month stay. We have 2 dogs and they loved it as well. I’m so happy we found this place for our short-term stay! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Mr. Kellam responds quickly to any issues we have had with either an inside or outside problem and seem to care that his tenants are happy in their temporary home.The area in which the apartments are located is very walkable if you are like us and enjoy walking as a daily exercise. Its conveniently located to the public library, many stores, and several public transit stops.Weve enjoyed our time here.

Awesome place to stay. They helped us in a bind. Sold our home and did not have a new to move into for several months. Since all of our stuff was in storage this was a great option for us. Very friendly and helpful. Yard was always maintained and never had any issues. I would stay here again should the need arise. I will be passing them along to my contract workers. Thank you guys!

Awesome apartment/home. Everything included, internet, utilities. Mgmt is great & maintenance, when needed is fantastic ( one of my pet peeves from other properties). You wont be disappointed! Located by hospitals and good bbq....
