I relocated to Dallas from Columbus, Ohio in January and began my 18 month lease in January. I have been working with the team at The Madison since November, with a virtual tour and finding an apartment for me to plan my move ahead of time. I had a virtual tour from the leasing office to see different units and make the best choice for fitting my needs.Upon moving in the office was very thorough in walking me through my move in, providing me with a lot of information about the local area and businesses, which was great because I’d never been to Texas before moving here.Since living here, I have had a great experience. The premises is clean, the parking lot, building and grounds feel safe and secure. Any questions I have had have been met with nothing but timely response and great attitudes.I have a dog and the office gals always treat my dog so kind and sweetly. The building has done great things like muffin deliveries, and other giveaways.The view from the rooftop patios is incredible and I love spending a lot of time there, and it is a great hosting space.The maintenance team is also great, any requests I have had have all been responded to same day, and resolved within 24 hours.If you’re looking for a friendly team, access to great local businesses, a clean environment and a safe place to live, I would definitely recommend checking it out here.

This is a good place to live, it is close to very good restaurants and bars. The people in the office are very friendly, and the maintenance guys are amazing, they answer the calls very quickly and helpful.

I have lived in the Madison for a little over one year. Overall, I really love my studio apartment, and the staff has been helpful. The location during the day is nice, but at night it turns south, the homeless population and street walkers at night are a little out of control, and I have had to call the cops a few times for suspicious people, and gun shots. I feel safe during the day like I said, but at night not so much. The apartment complex itself has decent security in place, like key fab only access, and some remote only access to parking. Parking can be an issue if you don’t have a parking place that you pay for, and you come home from work late.My only other concern is the condition of cleanliness when moving into my two apartments over the last year.Other than that, after I cleaned my apartment to my liking, and get inside my apartment it’s a good place. Especially being my first time having my own apartment. Love the convenience of shops and coffee places. I would just come check it out and do a tour, and come visit at night to build your own opinion.

The ladies at the Madison are amazing! They are responsive and helpful to anything you need. Maintainance is amazing the are quick to get on the work orders! I love the Madison so far!!!

My wife and I have been at The Madison since about it opened, in spring 2021, and we just signed another 18 month lease.I’m kind of a crank personally, but we have been really happy here. It’s in a great location, and we have had rather reasonable lease/renewal terms (something that has been an issue at other places we have lived in Dallas since I got moved here for work from New York in 2016). What I like most about the place is the fact that responsible adults live here: I’ve never once had a complaint about noise (or certain odors, ahem) here; they’ve done a really good job of keeping douchebags out. Everybody I meet here is really friendly, just on their way to work or walking their dog or whatever.Now, because I am indeed a crank, I had to look at some of the negative reviews, and while I agree that it would be nice to have a gym here, the new roof is great, we have not had any bug issues at all (knock on wood), the one or two mechanical issues we have had with appliances or whatever have been dealt with very promptly and professionally, and while we have had a few packages disappear through the years, that is no different than any of the other two buildings we’ve lived at in Dallas (or anywhere else we’ve lived around the country for that matter).Like I said: we’re happy here. You probably would be too. Nice place, great neighborhood.

I moved into The Madison in July of this year and have had a very positive experience so far!Management is friendly and helpful.Maintenance here is way above par compared to other places I have lived. They are very quick to respond and go above and beyond to get issues resolved fast!Highly recommend!

Overall really good. I have lived here for a couple of months, and I really don’t have any complaints. They finish service requests quickly. It’s clean and quiet; I do not hear my neighbors. Nice rooftop view, however no real amenities. So, if that’s something you’re looking for, this place is not for you. Other then that, management is responsive and friendly. I would recommend.

So far I have loved living here! The street outside can get loud and occasionally parking will run out if you get home late, but those pale in comparison to the great things. Its very modern and updated, and the staff has always been very responsive and pleasant.

Overall a wonderful place to live, and one of the most affordable rent prices I’ve been able to find in the dallas area. Staff is super nice and only had a couple hiccups like a fly problem and packages being stolen, car broken into. But can’t put the full blame on them, thieves gonna be thieves. I’d recommend living here! Love my little studio

I moved in the beginning of June. I kept circling back to these apartments because they were in a really dope spot and seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.From the beginning, Sophie, the manager at this complex, provided the most helpful, welcoming, and genuine experience. All the questions I had, she would answer pretty quickly and kindly. I felt bad for being such a hassle, but I was moving in from Austin so I just wanted to be extra careful with my living situation selection. So huge shout out to Sophie for being such a kind, patient, and welcoming manager!Ive been living here for 2 months now, and so far I LOVE it. Very chill atmosphere. The building is new so it feels and looks very clean and modern. And the location is unbeatable. The Bishop Arts District is literally down the street, so its close enough to enjoy, but far enough to not get bothered by its crowd. Jefferson street is also a couple blocks away, which I love because they have good selection of authentic Mexican restaurants, as well as other Mexican owned businesses!My only complaint is that the building is still not all the way done. The elevator is still not working in my building (which is the new building). And sometimes the noise from the construction workers in the morning can get irritating (as well as the fire alarm maintenance). However, its chilled down in the past week, Im guessing theyre about to wrap up and be fully done.I am falling in love with my space every day, more and more. And I also want to shout out their maintenance team, they are QUICK and cool people. My service requests get taken care quickly. Im really happy living here. It was important for me to live somewhere pretty, where management cared, and maintenance was on their game, and this place does that.Hope someone finds this helpful!

I can not complain! Taylor in the leasing office at The Madison - Bishop Arts is an absolute delight. From the time I came in to just ask questions, to all my emails, and when I came back for multiple visits - she was kind, helpful, and patient. My leasing process was absolutely wonderful.

I’m obsessed with the Madison Apartments! Right in the heart of Bisop Arts your weekend plans are right across the street! The Madison has amazing spacious apartments with great finishes! Great outside area for pets too. Staff is always there to help which is awesome! Go them out they’ll hook u up!

Bishop Highlines has been a great place to live. The location is great and love to be only a block away from Bishop ave to eat and hangout. Sophie and Maria in the front office respond quickly and are very helpful to assist any needs. I definitely recommend leasing here!

I had 4 service requests for minor things and I submitted them at noon- maintenance finished them by 3pm! So fast and efficient. I rarely have issues but it’s good to know when I do that maintenance is on top of it.

Bishop Highlines is fantastic! The staff are great and very attentive. Places I lived before had so many amenities to pay for that I never used, with this one its so simpler and I dont have a need to use all these extravagant extras. I would recommend this to anybody!

I’m in a lease until may but I wanted to get ahead of the game this time around. Sophie gave me a tour and I really liked her, she was understanding about my move in date and very helpful with things I didn’t know I needed to look for. As soon as my lease is us up I’m going back to sign up.
