I am very happy to stay at loop apartment. First of all, I would like to thank Rosa for her professional attitude and warm heart. Rosa is an excellent and beautiful person in charge. She is very patient and focused. She helped us a lot and made our stay smooth. Our English is not very good. Rosa helped us make phone calls and register accounts. She is very kind. Rosa is the best.

The process was very easy, Rosa always responded very quickly by email to assist us in solving any issue we came across. Everything about the paper work was straight forward, thorough, and explained clearly. I’ve lived in several apartment complex’s at this point in my life and I can honestly say this has been the easiest move-in I’ve had so far.

Just moved in, but already loving it here! Office staff was extremely helpful, the apartment was clean, and maintenance was quick to fix whatever issues came up. There is so much room and I feel like Ive found my home. There are no hidden costs and added charges for things that I dont use (valet trash, cable). Best of all, I dont have the hassle of going into an app and registering guests so they can park every time someone visits. Overall, great place to live!

Ive been living here for about 2 years and have been relatively happy with how things have gone. The new staff is really nice and helpful when it comes to resolving issues and in giving heads up about any new renovations that are happening. Originally, they only offered 12 month leases and I thought that it would eventually become an issue since I live with roommates, but luckily they added 6 and 9 month leases as options. Definitely helped me become more at ease to know that it is not necessary to stay an entire year once everyone in my unit graduates and decides to move out. The only main downside that comes to mind is that the parking lot can use a bit of restoring, but luckily that will be getting taken care of since they have already made an announcement about it. Great job and keep up the good work!

Let me start by saying I was VERY unsure of walking into this place and signing a lease with all the negative comments, however, As soon as I walked in I was very warmly greeted by the staff. The woman who helped me (Nelly) was extremely helpful. My family was in a rocky situation and had VERY little to no time to find a place. I was so stressed out and moody. She mad the process so very smooth and easy. If I could give more stars I really would. I work all day and they did so much to help meet my schedule to get things done. Today as I pulled up to my door there was a bag of welcome home goodies and wow just no words to express how grateful I am for having been pointed to this location. I know there are lots of negative reviews. Im not sure if it was from old management but the staff is amazing the apartment is great. Honestly the only disappointment I really have is that washer and dryer hook ups are not in all the units. But other than that the place is great and they really do work with you. Id recommend this place to anyone.

To be fair Im easy to please. This is a significant drop in my monthly payments compared to where I was previously staying. Which makes me a happy man. If Im not mistaken there has been a recent management change that happened right before I moved here. New carpet, and brand new appliances. The staff is very friendly and very willing to work with the minor issues that I have had. There is definitely more work to been done to bring the complex to a satisfying living experience for all. but overall very satisfied. Once again great staff.

Rosa went above and beyond to help me get my key. I was unable to leave work and I would have had to cancel 3 counseling appointments for veterans living with PTSD, to get my key. When she heard my predicament and after lots of brainstorming, she came up with a solution that was so helpful, it had a larger ripple effect of the people it positively impacted. Thank you!

I have been at the the loop for about 5 and at first I was very hesitant about moving in because of the reviews!!! But let me you they have done a amazing job with there new upgrades they did and the stuff they are doing they could fix something things but nothing you can’t look over ! They staff is very good Nelia was my leasing agent and made the process as smooth as possible . Would recommend it to anymore .

I love the Loop! My boyfriend, daughter and I got a 2 bedroom apartment for the price of a 1 bedroom because of an awesome deal they had going on! We love our apartment, it’s perfect for us. The people that work in the office are always nice, helpful and respectful. They also have a laundry mat, gym, park, pool and dog park!

Before I start, let me say that most of the bad reviews are from old management. New management is awesome and I have only good things to say about TJ and Nelly. Ive lived here for about a year now, and the only complaint I have is that there isnt a hot tub in the pool, lol. Jokes aside, this really is a nice place to live, and its really well priced for students if you wanna live here (the commute isnt awful either, and theres a bus stop like a 2 minute walk away, if that). The management is also really kind and will work with any problems you have, so Im happy here.

Lindsey is hands down the absolute best! She gets the job done also the new people that have taken over have made some great improvements. I was a little unhappy before but now since Lindsey and the new owners are here it has been amazing.

Ok where do I start... 1st I’m a professional driver and I drove OTR for a lil over a year before going dedicated. I was born and raised in south Louisiana. I signed on the target account in Denton and started to looking for an apartment to relocate and move away from home.. (South Louisiana) well when i came across the Loop Apartment I called and immediately felt like this was aPlace I could call home. I don’t have a personal vehicle all i have is my semi and they said I would be able to park my truck on the property. That was like music to my ears.. so i started the process of getting approved all while i was driving between states the office staff Especially TJ was so helpful and made me feel like i had a new family here in Texas.. then I read the reviews here on google.. I got concerned so called up TJ and we talked about the concerns I had from reading the reviews, we talked for a few hours.. 1st off the complex has gone under new ownership and management. I met the owner and spoke with him personally on the phone several times before I moved in.. hands on owner and really cares about us tenets. The only truth i have found since moving in in January was the roach problem and again it was not that bad.. since I moved in they have treated the complex for roaches 2 times plus doing the regular sprays every week... I might see A roach if I see one at all now every blue moon.. the staff is like family to me.. I have gone in when they were busy and watched them be very curtious and professional with other tenets and new possible tenets.. for holidays they have special treats for us in the office. I came home from working and had a treat of valentines candy on my door and for my birthday I had a simple lil Birthday card on my door!!! The staff is my new family!!! I love this complex the grounds r clean and it’s quiet and the kids around seem to get along there is a pool and a gym the laundry room could be a lil cleaner from leaking machines but I know they r fixing machines to work right and the apartment it’s self was clean and cozy when i got there.. i never saw a modelApartment i saw mine. The couple of minor things that needed attention got fixed in a very timely manner from nice happy workers.. I can go on and on about how this complex has made a turn around for the better and how the staff and owner has made me feel at home and like family to them!! Thank u The Loop Apartment staff for making my 1st move away from south Louisiana a great one so far.. i am a proud tenet of the Loop Apartments and recommend them to my own personal family friends.. if u want a place to live where the management team treats u and ur concerns like family and with dignity come check out my complex and how homey they r.. much Love n Repect tonthe ownera n staff of the Loop Apartment Complex.. thank u sooooooooo much for making me feel like family when i first met u guys!!!

This place and its staff have gone above and beyond from customer service. They keep up with maintenance, pest control to lawn care. They are a wonderful place to live and thrive. Suck and beautiful place! I definitely recommend this place!

They are very comfortable, beautiful apartments and above all with people who understand you and know how to understand you and are always there for you and they accept your license plate or tax number and if you have a problem in Maintenance they are there at the first call.
