We were originally going to rent here but our situation changed. We ended up needing to back out of the lease we signed and the staff here was more than understanding. They made the process painless and did not charge us a single fee for needing to back out of our agreement. Every interaction we had with them from the initial inquiry to the lease signing was extremely pleasant. You can tell the staff (Stacy in particular) actually care about your experience as a tenant and Im sure any resident who does rent here will be in good, capable hands.

Recently moved into The Loop Apartments in Conroe, TX and I couldnt be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was greeted by Dana and Michelle, who provided exceptional service and made the entire process a breeze. They went above and beyond to address all my inquiries and helped me secure my apartment within the same week.My apartment at The Loop Apartments has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. The amenities provided have been fantastic, offering everything I need to feel right at home. The only minor suggestion I have is the implementation of Valet Trash service and more frequent dumpster emptying, as they tend to fill up quickly. Nevertheless, these are small inconveniences that do not overshadow the overall positive experience.One of the major advantages of living at The Loop Apartments is its fantastic location. Being situated next to popular stores like HEB, Target, and Walmart, provides great convenience for everyday needs. Additionally, the complex features two charming dog parks, a scenic trail, and some captivating sculptures, making it a great place for pet owners and nature enthusiasts alike.The area is remarkably peaceful and well-maintained, contributing to a serene living environment. The maintenance team at The Loop Apartments, comprised of two incredibly skilled individuals, deserves special mention. They have promptly addressed any maintenance requests Ive had and demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the complex is in top-notch condition.Overall, I highly recommend The Loop Apartments to anyone searching for quality housing with reasonable pricing. I was in a state of wanting to jump out on a leap of faith and move to a new town, meet new people and start my business. Ms.Patty was able to get me in an apartment within the same week. I had some complications after my move but Ms. Michelle was able to help me get it together. God bless these women, the apartment is modern and amazing. The community is peaceful and friendly. Moving to a new town you would want to move somewhere where you know you’re safe and your belongings stays safe and I am thankful I chose the right apartment complex.

I have been living there for a year and a few months. These people are not perfect but they do try their best. I have no complaints. They always help when asked. We always pay our rent on time which is how it supposed to be to avoid any issues. The apartments are pretty nice and updated. They are very clean people. The club house is a very beautiful bonus area for family get together. Like I said everything is not perfect but they do their best. Nothing will be perfect elsewhere.

This place is wonderful! We are so happy living here. Everyone in the office is courteous and always solves any issue we have, maintenance is always on it and they come by within a day or two and actually fix things. They are even nice to my pets. But there are really minimal problems since the place is still new. Great amenities too! The gym and coffee station is awesome. Everything inside the apartments is also high end so the rent is worth it! 5 stars!

Michelle has been absolutely an amazing property manager to have. Jay has always quickly helped with anything I needed. The rest of the staff are very kind and always there to help out. 10/10 would recommend this apartment complex.

I love this place! Tamara and the front office are great! Rent is worth it for staying in such new and nice apartments! The gym is awesome and the free coffee is a huge help when I run out. They have an awesome printer/fax/scanner available 24/7 and as a teacher its nice to have that available . The pool is so beautiful and salt water a great place to lay out and read and relax. Would recommend to any young couples and families everyone is so nice.

This place truly feels like home! The staff has been awesome since day one. Tamara made the application process an easy one and was always on top of things. Darla and Steven have been great and always willing to help in any way. The maintenance crew has taken care of the maintenance request ASAP. I can honestly say that they are an amazing team. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to call home the Loop is the place to be.

Me and my girls love living here in this community! It’s super quiet and the staff is outstanding! They have gone above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met. I have lived in quite a few complexes and this one by far exceeds everything I’ve ever wanted. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone out there looking for a place! So glad to call this place our home. :)

I love living here. The free cookies and coffee in the office are a great way to start my morning. Especially when I run out of my own coffee. The office staff is always so helpful and kind. The matienence staff are nice and complete work orders in a timely manner. Extremely satisfied with the customer service, appearance, and safety of these apartments.

This place really feels like a luxury complex due to the staff and amenities! Tamara is amazing at making the application process fast and easy. The front office staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and fast to help with anything you need. The complex and salt water pool are new and very well maintained! Parking is great and visitor friendly. Its also a huge plus that the gym, yoga room, coffee machine and printer are available to you 24/7 if you have a busy schedule. Im very happy that I choose the Loop Apartments and I hope this helps for anyone searching apartments in Conroe.

This is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The ladies at the front are very friendly and nice. Our move in special was out of this world!!! It truly is a community all my neighbors are friendly and nice. The best part about living here though is the maitence guys Jeff and Kenny. They are attentive to everything and so helpful. On many occasions you will see one or the other walking the grounds, they always say hello and ask if you need anything. If the grill is out of gas or you have any problem with your apartment they will fix it as soon as they can. I can’t express just how nice those guys are. They make me feel like they actually care about my stay here which makes it feel like home. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. We signed a two year lease and are saving to buy a house and they even have “release from your lease” if you purchase a house. This is the perfect place for my fiancée and I.

We moved in a month and a half ago and have been very pleased so far. The staff has been friendly and I love the text messaging they use to keep residents informed. The clubhouse,pool,gym and other facilities are extremely well maintained.The maintenance guys are awesome and very responsive to any needs that come up.I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Conroe area!

The Loop is such a blessing to us. We recently moved in, LOVE our new home, and look forward to making many wonderful new memories here. The upgraded kitchen features alone, make the apartment actually feel like a house. The office and maintenence staff are all AMAZING people and they get their jobs done quickly and effectively. The property is meticulously maintained and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL in every way. It is truly like living at a luxury resort!!!

The management staff at The Loop is very responsive and have been awesome at getting news out to the community. I have had a wonderful experience since moving here. I have been very impressed with the daily operation at The Loop. I had one maintenance request and received a call immediately when the office opened, my issue was fixed that same day. I think the staff here is doing an amazing job.

We love living here, the staff is great and are always willing to help.I really wish there was a place where the kids could play, there are plenty of places for dogs but no playground for the kids.A second gas grill would be nice and would be able to accommodate the number of people that live here.Overall we love living here.P.S. The staff is extremely helpful and always pleasant, the grounds are always well kept and clean, and the amenities are always well maintained. We live here currently and are in love with our new home I had a small lift in my carpet and they came right away to fix ! I had a package delivered to office and got a text message to notify me lots of places don’t do that ! It’s always so clean in common areas and the pool is incredible! Community is great too they are so friendly love this place I can’t wait to many more years

The Loop is the second complex I’ve lived in since I moved to Conroe last summer and it is easily the best one. I’ve seen over 15 different complexes around Conroe and by far the Loop were my favorite for a number of reasons. From the outside the units are eye catching especially if you’re lucky enough to catch the sun setting behind the complex. The access to 105 and 2854 is amazing and there is a HEB just 3 minutes away. Only about 7 minutes away from 45 and with McDade park just down the road the location is what really sold me on the Loop. Not to mention the salt water pool is fantastic my daughter loves it!
