    Love living here.The grounds around the property are always well maintained and the area is very scenic and beautiful, with awesome walking trails by the river. The pool is awesome and a great place to relax after work and the rest of the amenities are just as good. Everything is always so clean, and the maintenance staff are one of the best teams I’ve ever seen. The apartment was perfect upon move in and Richard is the best maintenance manager I’ve ever met. The office always smells great; Miranda and Keavy are there to greet you with glowing smiles to assist in any way I need.I can’t wait to continue living here and the only downside is that I can’t give this home more than 5 stars.

    It’s been great living here so far. The office and maintenance staff are responsive to any issue I have had. The amenities are so nice. We absolutely LOVE the rooftop lounge and they finally added a new TV which is great for Sunday night football!

    Lived here from 1/23-8/23. Overall, great place. The pool is large and the daybeds are great for lounging. The gym is pretty big as well and is well stocked. I never had a package stolen when delivered to the package room (when the package was too big for the Amazon hub), even when we left it for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. The staff is accommodating and kind and always helpful! The community engagement events are plentiful and there’s always stuff going on. Maintenance was extremely fast and always friendly and respectful. There was a good bit of theft; cars were broken into & storage units were broken into, even though the garage was gated. There were some bugs in the hallways and the carpets were badly stained and there was a lot of trash and dog poop in the stairwells. I know they can’t control that :/ and the location is good!

The transparency that she provides for future projects also alleviates a lot of concern we have on other issues.     This is such a nice place. It is modern and sexy. The leasing team was extremely friendly. The manager there was informative and super sweet. She answered all my questions and really sold me on the amenities (rooftop balcony amazing). This is definitely a top contender in my search for a new place to live. Loved it!

    I visited The Lookout and it was awesome.. I received great customer service.. The property was nice, clean, and most of all quiet..The manger was really nice , friendly, and very knowledgeable..She definitely made me feel like family. I was a ball of nerves but she put me at ease and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be returning to lease here..Way to go Lookout..

    Great property! Management is amazing and always so helpful! All the amenities are exceptional. Specially the fitness center and the Miami style pool with cabanas. It’s annexed to a beautiful creek /trail, but one of the best parts of living here is the maintenance guys. Richard has been at the property for a while and I know I can count on him and his team to fix any issues that I might have in my apartment. Everyone is so friendly yet professional. I had several issues with my unit from a leaking pipe to carpet replacement and these guys have always made sure the job gets done promptly and correctly. I’m so so grateful for such an amazing maintenance crew. Thank you so much Richard and crew! We truly appreciate you!Highly recommend this property! My family and I have been living here for over 5 years! We don’t ever want to move 😎🙏🏼🥰❤️

    Lived here for 2 year and overall loved it. Great location surrounded by greenery and practical as well with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I found the leasing staff and management to be very responsive to the needs of the residents. Friendly neighbors. Sometimes the elevators are down but thats the only negative I can recall.

    Cassie and Sapphire have been incredible, they did everything in their power to move me in during my time frame. My partner and I have been very happy with the place so far.     Absolutely stunning! Loved the pictures online, and its was even more beautiful in person. Definitely a lovely place they have here with amazing people working!! Shout out the Paige Benton for finding us the petfect place. She went so above and beyond when helping us. If your looking for the perfect home these modern apartments are a great place to look into.     Update: a few changes such as new security features, the management and apartment staff have worked very hard improving this and it shows. However, there are issues with the carpets and irresponsible dog owners allowing their dogs to pee in front of elevators.Old 1-star review: (7/2023)Every storage unit was broken into or signs of attempt, apartment has no security. Very disappointed.Have lived here for almost 2 years. I don’t feel safe anymore. Also luxury apartment more like luxury section 8 housing.Edit: this “isolated” event affected 2 floors and multiple units. No notification or community outreach was performed.

    My wife and I have lived here since September and its been awesome. We love the office and maintenance teams. They work hard to take care of everything. Its in a great part of town and we love walking to the Sprouts or the restaurants across the sidewalk. I recommend everyone looking for a community they can call home to stop here and find it!!!

    I lived at The Lookout apartments 3 years and can’t say enough about how amazing it is. Especially with the new management team that took over recently. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help, from the front desk to the maintenance team. I created so many good memories here and never once had a problem. It’s a safe, professional, and clean environment — not to mention, the complimentary coffee downstairs is as good as Starbucks. LOVED working from home this past year! The only reason I moved out was because I’m getting married and buying a house. All the best to the GREAT staff and resident community at The Lookout.

    Sometimes I get anxiety going into an apartment office because of past experiences, but when I went into the Lookout, I had an amazing experience. Paige greeted me with such kindness and truly listened and cared about what I was looking for.     Excellent location. Fish City Grill is amazing. The clubhouse is always clean, the coffee station is something our family enjoys walking to every day. The staff is beyond helpful. Keeping us all informed and up to date. The concierge staff is always looking for ways to improve and their community events knock it out of the park every time.Juliana and Jessica were our initial interactions and the reason we moved here. And we are grateful everyday that we decided to follow that instinct

    My wife and I moved in about a month ago, and are loving it so far. The amenities list goes on and on, but Ive really enjoyed the gorgeous pool, the fitness center, the front office staff, and the resident activities that the team puts on for us. Everyone that weve interacted with - whether staff or resident - has been a joy to be around. The location is also great - we walk with our dog along the river, and everything you need is right next door - grocery, restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend!

    My boyfriend and I spent a lot of time and energy to find the right apartment in Dallas for us. We really wanted to find a place that we could settle down at for the next few years and be comfortable at.The Lookout really stood out to us out of all the complexes we researched and toured. The complex was clean, quiet, well-kept, and very dog friendly. A feature I didn’t know existed until I toured was the creek and walking trail right outside—this was a huge selling point for us, as we love taking our dog on walks & going for runs. The fitness center is awesome and is pretty spacious, and even has a freestanding squat rack. The pool: gorgeous. The nearby shops and restaurants: awesome. The extra rooftop lounge: a plus. The Lake Highlands area around seemed lively and clean with lots to do nearby. Additionally, the proximity to Hwy 75 is perfect; not too close, but not too far.Not only was the complex exactly how the pictures look, but Toni, our leasing agent, did an exceptional job of providing information when we asked and kept us informed of units that came available that were ideal to our price and move-in time frame. We applied the moment we found the right unit and we were approved within a few hours. We even got a bigger unit for a better price than we were expecting, and even better, it faces the creek!With all this being said, our expectations are very high with this property, especially now that we will be residents soon. We are so grateful to have found this property and to have had Toni as our agent. Although we only signed a 1-year lease, we cannot wait to move in and to hopefully call the The Lookout our home for the next few years!

    We just went and toured this apartment community today. I am really impressed with how gorgeous this place is. My boyfriend and I thought the 1 bedroom apartment we looked at was really nice, fresh, and modern. I love the high ceilings and new kitchen appliances it had. It even had under the cabinet lighting, looks really cool.Also, all the staff people we encountered were really nice and answered all the questions we had about the apartment. I thought their pricing for the 1 bedroom apartment was fair and a good deal considering the complex is brand new and has lots of awesome amenities too. The pool area was beautiful and the courtyard had grills to use too.

    Recently toured this facility with my partner, he moved into this complex. Within 3 days of moving in all maintenance concerns he brought up were addressed. Sam and Kazhmiere were amazing help to him during the application process.

    *Long Post Warning* I lived at The Lookout Apartments for 16months. This had to be the best apartment complex I lived in, ever (and I have lived in a number of apartments in several states). For starters, Melissa (who was apart of the old management company) was one of the reasons I wanted to move here. She was so friendly, kind, and fun! She made me and my doggy feel so welcome! The highlight for me, besides the location, were the events the apartment would have. When I first moved in, they would have yoga on Saturday mornings, not sure whatever happened to that, but anyways.... every month there would be at least 3 different resident activities (shout out to Doug & Wanda for throwing these activities). We had a movie night on the top part of the garage (the garage, BTW, was not an extra fee to park in), there would be food trucks that would come, there were events for our pets, breakfast give aways, brunches, casino night, Super Bowl party...all kinds of activities! I loved it. It gave us all an opportunity to meet our neighbors! The new management company came in and there was a bit of a learning curve, but everything soon became better! The apartment complex stayed clean, maintenance responded within a day of a request, I had no complaint. I loved that when the new management took over, valet trash pick up went from 5 days a week to 7 days a week. Felt like I was really getting my money worth! Now, with any apartment complex, you will have concerns with cleanliness from neighbors, including people not picking up after their pets or even themselves, but overall, things were good. Back to the location- cannot beat living in the shopping center with Sprouts, Taco Diner, Fish City Grill, and First Watch... 1 mile away from a Super Target (and 1.5 miles away from a regular Target) 1.5 miles away from a Walmart, 5 mins away from North Park Mall, and then my favorite part, only maybe 3 miles away from White Rock Lake.When it came to communication, I appreciate the management team. During the week of cold and bad weather here in Dallas, management sent us emails to keep us up to date on what all was happening. The consistent updates via email and the resident portal was very helpful! I will really miss this apartment complex (I only left because I purchased a home). I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a REAL luxury apartment to consider The Lookout.

    Love this place. The girls in the office are like my family. That is how they make me feel. Smiling, caring and even work with maintenance being a real team. I love that. Maintenance personnel are very wonderful people. Big family place here. I have got a wonderful view, I got places that I can walk to eat at. Friendly place to live at.

    The Lookout was such a great experience, we moved in when about 30% of the units were filled. Toni, Melissa, and Tanner ALWAYS went above and beyond for our residents. Management actually cares for your experience on the property versus you just being another resident to them. What I enjoyed the most during our stay at the Lookout was the amazing events held in the club room. Live watch parties during football season, Breakfast and Mimosas, and Yappy Hour for our pets were our most favorite events. The event planning staff is absolutely amazing and is always open minded to potential ideas that the residents may have. I have made so many friends there it definitely brought the community together. You will always get a monthly calendar in your email with the events listed for the current month which was a very convenient way to just print out and post it on your fridge. This is definitely the place to live if youre in the Lake Highlands area.

    The location is in the Lake Highlands Town Center which is a very nice little shopping / retail center with a good variety of food and a sprouts which you can walk to. The apartments are also located right next to a nice walking trail/ field which is great if you have a dog. The staff / maintenance team are all super friendly and take care of anything you need in a very professional and timely manner.

    This building is in a good location with shops nearby and a paved trail behind it. It was great to be able to walk to Sprouts and I enjoyed the gym (with a peloton) and the pool! The first floor units look nicer than the rest of the building, so be sure to see the actual unit you are renting. In the last month, they had many community social events but unfortunately, they did not have them for most of the time I lived there.My main complaint is that the office never answers the phone or returns voicemails. If I ever needed anything I would have to rush home from work to go into the office before it closes. It also took months and quite a bit of persistence for them to re-stock the gym with wipes and to repair a leaking/peeling part of my ceiling. However, they have new staff and it seems like they are more on top of community maintenance.

    I moved in a month ago, and I love living at The Lookout! My unit has an excellent view of the creek, the kitchen is well-designed, and the closet space is expansive. The common areas are welcoming and very nicely decorated. I’ve enjoyed events such as the Dog Dayz Event and the St. Patrick’s Day brunch. I can’t wait to enjoy the pool this summer!

    We have lived at The Lookout for almost a year and just renewed our lease. My wife and I LOVE the location and the up-to-date, secure community. Even during the pandemic, the residence life team has arranged multiple events, such as food truck visits, carry-out discounts at local restaurants, and an e-class on painting! We are looking forward to our continued stay at The Lookout and cant wait for the great gym to re-open!

    I secured a unit at The Lookout sight-unseen when I moved to Dallas from out-of-state. Even though it maxed out my budget, it was well worth it. New complex, gorgeous pool, gym with Rogue equipment, gorgeous clubroom, ample parking in the garage, valet trash, high ceilings, energy-efficiency, large kitchens, lots of storage, W/D in-unit, large bathrooms, balconies, and secure package delivery lockers. Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, friendly community fun team who plan the events. I felt very safe here. Just use common sense and dont leave valuables in your car. It was in walking distance to my dentist, grocery store, hair salon, nail salon, restaurants, dry cleaner, etc. About a 15 min drive to almost everything you could ever want in Dallas haha. I dont have a dog, but its basically a dog owners paradise. Dog park, walking trails, no breed restrictions, pet food store and pet hospital in walking distance. I renewed my lease after one year and the increase was in line with expectations. Move out policy was fair (60 day notice) and only got charged an extra $20 for carpet cleaning on top of the cleaning charge I expected from the lease agreement. I kept my apt in pristine condition, so I urge you to do the same so it can stay looking new! As far as noise, I sparingly heard my neighbor upstairs and it would be from heavy stomping. I lived on the side that faced the shopping center. Its nice to be not right on the main road and in an area that shuts down at about 10pm. Overall, outside noise was minimal. Thank you The Lookout team for helping to make my chapter in Dallas enjoyable!

    These Apartments have the most amazing staff. I’ve lived in apartments many years and never have I experienced such hospitality. It’s like living in the Breakers Hotel. I love Melissa and Jose.     We recently moved into these apartments last year in November. Before we even walked in, I just felt like this was gonna be our new home. We were planning on leasing on one of the 2nd or 3rd floor units, but after seeing the high ceilings on the first floor we fell in love. Bethani showed us the unit when we came to visit. She sold us as well honestly. The whole staff has been amazing, even the guys from maintenance have been great. Like at any apartment complex though, our cars got broken into and had some things stolen, but nonetheless we feel very safe and at home here. We absolutely love it here

But the customer service, and the way we were treated while we were there is it really put it over the edge.     Must add to this review, because I am so appreciative of the amazing service here. I still cant believe Jose actually responded to a maintenance call at 1:00 a.m. when my smoke alarm batteries started chirping on my echoing 14-foot ceilings. This is excellent service, and I am so incredibly grateful. My son, dog and cat thank you , too! What a great choice I made -- wonderful people, as well. Green space and retail convenience. Love it!

    I have loved living here! The ammenties are top notch and the staff is even better. They treat everyone like family and make sure you are taken care of with anything you need.     The staff at the Lookout Apartments Lake Highlands were helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the property and several model apartments. The public areas and the individual units are new and modern. The location is perfect with shopping and restaurants nearby.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this apartment. I am literally so close to everything. My church, my nail salon etc. Safety was my number one priority when picking a new apartment and this place just takes the cake. I am walking and balcony views distance from my dogs vet and his supply store as well as Starbucks and Sprouts.Tanner was the friendliest and most helpful leasing consultant, not to mention his fashion is always on point!My only complaint would be that the person above me is either in a step battle, walking the runway or listening to Kirk Franklins song Stomp on repeat because that is literally all I hear but its not a 5-star deal breaker.Move here! You wont be disappointed :)

    I love my apartment! The building is clean and the pool is wonderful! Most importantly I’ve always have had the management team treat me as a human and not just trying squeeze every cent they can out of you. It’s a great place to live with great people.

Ive been here approximately 2.5 yrs now and Im so thankful for the way they keep us informed and updated on everything happening with our community. My neighbors agree! The apts. leadership helps us manage our day to day during these trying times.

    The tour was amazingly detailed and Thy Le answered any questions we had. The price for a brand new unit is very reasonable after the move in deal they offer. Incredibly quiet and feels safe while still in a very convenient location. Will update if anything changes but very impressed so far and exceeded expectations.
