    As a new resident, I am highly impressed with The Livingston. During the leasing process and after moving in, the office staff has been very responsive, always replying on the same or next day whenever contacted. For any maintenance-related issues that have come up during my move-in, they have been quick to resolve them, also on the same or next day, and by utilizing the correct professionals for the job. A huge thank you to Ruth, Jasmine, Alicia, and Jose for all you have done to take care of your residents.

    Excellent place to live! The management at this place is extremely helpful and efficient. They have trash curbside pickup three days a week and weekly landscaping maintenance. They also address any issues in your apartment almost immediately upon your request. Their managers are always kind and willing to help.

    Update: at the one-year mark of living at The Livingston and in that time the buildings have been completely repainted, roofs repaired and landscaping significantly upgraded. Its so nice that management works to keep the property updated and fresh.Only two months into my time at The Livingston, but its been great so far. Jasmine has been my primary management contact and shes been nothing short of exceptional. Welcoming, friendly, accommodating, responsive. Shes just been outstanding in every interaction. Buildings and amenities and landscaping are great but, like anything else, its the people that make the difference.

    Yesterday was the last day in Livingstone. I have just returned the keys. Usually I do not write reviews if I am satisfied but this time I should write a review to appreciate their service. I think it is the perfect time to write review. For the past one year livingstone was my home. The property manager, maintenance team everyone was like family. Specially Jasmine Muniz, I can not thank her enough. She tried her best to give best service. The parent company Grandpeaks got the best team for this complex.I like the building lay out, floor plan and lot of space in the apartment complex. It is one of the best apartment complex if you have children. If I ever come back, I will definitely rent again.

    We have lived here for 5years and Ruth and Tamar have been so kind, helpful and understanding towards us especially during Covid. They worked graciously with the non profit who helped us pay our rents. Secondly rents were not increased during the Covid period but last year rents were increased by $300 and this shocked us because of inflation it is becoming unbearable to pay the rents. The rent is being increased this year by $58 making it a $358 increase in what? less than two years. The Livingston is safe for families with children and very clean. I wish the rents could have stayed with the huge increase of $300 for at lease 2 years before increasing it again. Nevertheless we have been given 2weeks to accept their offer otherwise they will increase the amount offered. This is coercion and that’s a red flag for us. We stayed here for a steady 5 years so the owner didn’t need to replace anything at any cost except paint the apartment last year after the increase when we insisted they needed to justify the increase. In all it’s a great place to stay but the price now is $2458 from $2100 in 2021.

    I am not one to leave many reviews but....I loved my apartment at the Livingston. Great layout and updated appliances. Lots of storage too. I had to move out for personal reasons but I can tell you that the staff here is very friendly and responsive. From the office staff, Tamar and Ruth to the maintenance, Chui they make you feel at home. Maintenance requests were completed very fast. On a Saturday morning one of my smoke alarms was beeping( I couldnt tell which one) and Chui came in less than an hour and got it fixed. So ,highly recommended.

    I have been living at the Livingston for over a year now and I love it! The only reason I will be leaving is to relocate for work, however it is a great community. Very well-kept, safe and quiet community. The maintenance staff is super nice and usually fix any issue same day. Both Ruth and Tamar have always been very helpful and responsive to me since day one.

    Jasmine and Ruth are so AMAZING!!!! jasmine goes above and beyond for this whole community and she also gives the most amazing customer service. Ruth genuinely cares about this community and the overall growth of everything and takes amazing care of it. The maintenance team is also super nice and very well informed. i love this community!

    Jasmine and Ruth have been so helpful during the process of applying and moving in. We appreciate their patience as my parents are elderly and have a lot of questions. We are very happy with our choice at The Livingston.

    My experience at the Livingston from day one has been very pleasant.Tamar has been phenomenial from the beginning to the end. very dedicated to the Livingston residents.I have enjoyed my stay it has been sweet wished I could have stayed longer.     Our a/c went out late Saturday afternoon. I left an emergency message for the staff, even though it was after hours. I really wasnt expecting to hear anything untill Monday. Within 15 minutes, Oscar, head of maintenance, was at the apartment and fixed the a/c. That was great customer service. I dont understand the reviews of tenants saying management isnt responsive. I have been very impressed so far.

    Lived at The Livingston for 5-1/2 years (2011-2017) and I can honestly say I really enjoyed living there. I had a townhouse loft with attached garage which I adored. Relocated back to hometown of Michigan only reason why Im no longer living there. If I ever move back to Plano, TX, I will strongly consider staying at The Livingston again.

    I dont live here, but it seems like the amenities are nice. Ive seen a soda vending machine, paw spa, dog park, pool, outdoor seating, mail center, and more. Its a nice complex to walk around.
