Lydia gave us an incredible tour—her energy was amazing, and she was so friendly and easy to talk to. She welcomed all our questions and answered them thoroughly, making the whole experience both informative and fun. She brought so much personality and humor, which made us feel comfortable right away. Tina at the front desk was also so warm and welcoming, creating such a great atmosphere from the moment we walked in!

Moving is never easy or fun - however, the staff here have been so accommodating in making it seamless and taking the stress out of it all. Whether it’s in the office helping answer “local knowledge”, picking up packages or seeing them out and about everyone is super friendly and welcoming!Their use of technology between garbage pick ups, message boards, notifications when packages arrive, make living here a breeze.We needed service in our unit to look at our refrigerator and someone was in immediately and fixed the issue.Amazing team of people making this place a home.

As a current resident I just have to say, Nina at the leasing office is the absolute most amazing person in the world. Since before moving in she’s constantly been the most helpful person, answered all our questions without any attitude or any disrespect. she constantly replies very quickly and resolves any concerns or issues i have in the matter of minutes. Ask for her if you are thinking of moving in & i just wanna give a big thank you to her and this amazing apartment complex.

I recently had the pleasure of touring The Links on PGA Parkway and I must say, my experience was fantastic! I toured the property with Luther, who was incredibly informative and attentive throughout the entire visit. His detailed insights and friendly demeanor really made a difference.The property itself is impressively large, which initially felt a bit overwhelming to me. However, Luthers reassurance that everything was well-managed and that I had nothing to worry about put my mind at ease. His confidence and knowledge about the property were truly comforting.One of the standout features is the beautiful resort-style pool—its absolutely stunning and something Im genuinely excited about as a potential future resident. The amenities and overall vibe of the property were inviting and made me feel like it could be a great place to call home.Despite some mixed reviews online, my personal experience at The Links on PGA Parkway was overwhelmingly positive. The tour and the property itself have definitely won me over. I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself; you might find, as I did, that it’s a hidden gem worth considering. 10/10!

Though I have had qualms about high turnover in office staff and I miss Kelsey and the previous staff tremendously!!!!!I have to take the time to say Pricilla was a huge help to me last week. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs. She greeted me with smile and made me feel really comfortable. She didn’t brush me off or rush me. Customer service is HUGE for me SO Pricilla will have to be my go to person. She took her time and understood exactly what I was looking for. Major thank you to Pricilla and I believe Sherry for helping me start off 2025 in a fabulous way.

Two truths and a lie: The Links1. There’s a virtual reality golf holo-deck. It’s next to the yoga room, which is next to the lounge.2. If you leave a bag of trash outside your door at the right time, in just the right way. It simply disappears.3. Every morning at sunrise, wild packs of puppies migrate through the common areas in an adorably uncoordinated way. Every night feral clowders of kittens simply wander about being bad at pouncing.I couldn’t be happier with my unit, the building or the complex. The common areas are beautiful and well maintained, the pool is incredible and has an Olympic length lane, without being a gym pool. Oh yeah…the pool is next to the gym, which is right by the concierge (who are just the best) The staff is amazing. A special thank you to Kelsee Hoover. She wasn’t my point of contact, she was just in the room and wanted to help. She was clear, direct, empathetic, and kind, and it made all the difference.

These apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. I must admit the golf simulator sold me. However the pools, clubhouses and gym are quite FAB too. I have already met a handful of neighbors and all are super friendly. You are 5 minutes from just about anything you need on a week to week basis and PGA headquarters is just across the highway. And the best part is if you ask for Kelsee you will be given the grand royal treatment. That girl is so sweet yall, she has made a hard life transition so much easier.

I just moved in last weekend and so far this place is amazing! Ms. Lina has been nothing but great to me! She answered all of my questions and responded so fast with emails! She is awesome! The apartment itself is well put and very clean! If you have any questions about your place, such as maintenance, I recommend calling. I used the online portal to request a service and I still haven’t received anything. Other than that, I love this place! Wish they had a dog park, it would be nice to have my dog stay with me!

My fiancé and I just moved into The Links and absolutely love it here! When we originally toured, our leasing agent Nina was so helpful and communicative through every step of the way, and kept us up-to-date on the status of the new build. We had a couple of issues with the specific unit we were supposed to move into, but Aubree jumped in and saved the day. She worked with me patiently find a solution to the problem, and ended up finding us a better apartment than we had to begin with. She truly went above and beyond our expectations to help us get into the new unit as quickly as possible. The rest of the leasing team, Lina and Trever, were also very helpful and kind anytime we needed help and Nina was not available. The apartment was also incredibly clean on moving day, which has not been the case in previous apartments I’ve moved to. Now that we are settled in, any small maintenance concerns we have had have been resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you, Nina and Aubree!!

I had a great stay at the Links on PGA Parkway. Had to move out due to life circumstances. Aubree was very helpful from the beginning and helped make the process as smooth as possible. The apartment was awesome and had no problems. Definitely would recommend The Links to anyone looking in the Frisco area.

My son and I were apartment shopping this weekend and I decided to stop by these apartments since I’ve been obsessed with them via Zillow & my contact at UMoveFree recommended them as well!When we first walked in we were quickly greeted by Trevor. He seemed busy and walked off immediately. I then walked closer to the desk and was looking at the binder with floor plans when Nina asks me “why am I there” not how can she help me or assist me but “why are you here” so I said “to look for an apartment” I mean why else would I be there right? It was a Saturday morning and man she was sooo rude. Soooo unwelcoming. Sooo unprofessional. Soooo not who should they have in a lease up community. She is hurting business im sure with her terrible attitude. She then handed us off to Kelsee because “she had an 11:45” cool. Glad she did that because there’s NO way I would have toured with her. I felt so uncomfortable in her presence and Kelsee was really her saving grace.I’m giving this place 5 stars simply because of Kelsee Hooper. She is the epitome of five star customer service. Kelsee gladly took over and with a smile assisted me and walked me to about 4 different floor plans. I am so appreciative for her. She is knowledgeable. I left with no questions or concerns. I actually applied for my apt the same day right after the tour. The reason I decided to lease was because of Kelsee Hoopers AMAZING SUPERB Customer care and service. SHE NEEDS TO BE IN MANAGEMENT. What a wonderful person she is. Patience of a saint!! Kelsee has gone above and beyond in every way possible and I’m very thankful. She is very thorough, thoughtful and kind. I’m so glad I met her because had it not been for her- this business would’ve lost me as a resident.Please re consider who you have in office because Nina attitude is trash! & im sure a lot of people realize it and are turned off and probably not leasing due to that. This business may be losing a lot of potential residents due to that. Just something to think about. And as a future resident I still feel uneasy because she’s not someone I’d want to ever handle any business with. Not doing this to hurt anyone’s job but seriously she should take some notes from Kelsee in the customer service department because she’s really has bad energy.

I’ve only lived here for a few days but this place is awesome! The staff at The Links are really friendly and very helpful for when you have any questions or anything like that. Even before I moved in I couldn’t wait to move here. Lina and Trevor have helped me from before I moved in and definitely after. Even the residents are really friendly. I’ve lived here for only a few days but I’ve met more residents in a few days than I did living at my previous community for 5 years. You just feel really welcomed and everything that comes with the apartment is really nice. Even the welcome/swag bag that you get when you move in is pretty sweet looking. The stuff in it is pretty thoughtful as well. It really is luxury living!

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and cannot say enough great things about it! Trevor in the leasing office is always very helpful and has been able to resolve any issues I’ve had. Ron and the maintenance team always get requests taken care of in a timely manner. The only downside is the gym does get full so you have to find a random time to go but otherwise amenities are clean and very modern.

Moved here Feb 23. Very friendly staff. Great amenities, ESPECIALLY THE GOLF SIM. Seriously it’s worth living here just for the Golf Sim. Pool is great. Everyone in the building is friendly. Very quiet. Very safe. Quick access to shopping/groceries/coffee/bars/restaurants.Trevor and the entire concierge staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and know everyone’s names. It’s so nice when you need something from the office and Trevor and the crew are always available.

Overall a very clean, quiet and peaceful complex! Everything is brand new and I havent needed any maintenance calls. There are ample amenities, including a beautiful pool and golf simulator.The only thing I would warn against is the trash problem. You are required to use/pay for valet trash service, and if you need to take trash out at a different time than the designated service time, then you have to take your trash to a first floor trash room. Doesnt sound like a big deal in theory, except other tenants dont follow this rule and let trash build up in the hallways. Smells terrible.

All the staff we have dealt with are very friendly, professional and attentive; Deirdre, Angela, Cody, Trevor, Lina, Carlos and the concierge, Jaci. The staff have provided fun events every month for the residents. A great place to live!

Living The Dream! The Links on PGA is the best rental property Ive ever leased. The property itself is gorgeous and well thought out. The leasing management, leasing agents, concierge desk staff, and maintenance staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The residents are friendly and welcoming. Living here feels like I’m on a permanent vacation. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this little piece of paradise. I would gladly have signed a longer lease, but 18 months was the longest lease they offer.

We moved across the country. Graham and the entire team have been super helpful from the time I first reached out in Sept 2021 to our arrival Dec 2021 to now.The unit has high ceilings which makes it feel roomy, has plenty of storage space for 3 of us, and is nicely finished. The apartment as well as the hallways, club house, etc have a lot of light and are open/spacious. The fitness facility is well equipped and the clubhouse has plenty of room to stretch out and relax if you feel the need.Its very close to everything you need....groceries...general shopping...entertainment. It seems no matter where we want to go, the drive is 10 minutes....or less.Were certainly enjoying our time here and highly recommend it!
