Seriously. Great place to stay if you want to save some money , not saying it’s the best place in the world but it’s people Jermaine, who is maintenance makes your stay worth while by always checking up on us when he’s on the property and keeping it very professional!!

This apartment is a great location if you are studying at unt. It is close to campus and along the bus line towards Discovery Park. The apartment is perfect for a student, the right price for the size you need. The complex is also very close to the life around Fry Street and its good food. The new management of the Lights are very professional and helpful. They are quick to respond, efficient in their work, and help you solve you day-to-day issues effectively. Special shoutout to their 2 managers Chance and Chiney as well as clerk McKinley. These people were very friendly and helpful in helping find the apartment I needed. Overall these apartments are great for students to settle nearby for a great price and quality living space.

The Lights apartments are under new management & I am so grateful for how they have worked with my daughter & addressed issues the last management didn’t & most of all appreciate that my daughter feels safe living there. They have the cutest courtyard, where residents organize cookouts & get to know each other & all watch out for each other. I absolutely love this place for my young adult daughter!

I’m currently a resident at the lights apartments and I have to say it’s recently gone under new management and I’ve had a amazing experience with them! They are very helpful and attentive to when I have problems needing to be addressed! They are very kind, friendly, and understanding. Kim is a amazing person to work with! I definitely would recommend this complex to anyone! They are amazing! Thank y’all!!!

The new management is much better than the previous one. Houses are well maintained and service requests are attended immediately.
