I had the pleasure of attending the open house and exploring the property with Alicia. I was truly impressed by the beautiful units! One of my favorite highlights was the fantastic playground area—so inviting for kids! Plus, the splash pad looked like the perfect spot for some summer fun. It was an enjoyable experience all around!

I just needed to put this online for all to see. I moved into the Landing at the end of March and love this complex and management. I ended up having A LOT of financial difficulties after losing my sister in May and my car breaking down. It was one incident after another and I had no idea how I’d make my rent. Aaliyah in the office has been so understanding!!! Every time I spoke with her she always ended the conversation with something positive to lift my spirits. Of course all complex come with riff raff from time to time, you can’t control everyone on your property but nothing to make me say I need to get out of here. The complex is always clean including the laundry rooms. This is an awesome place to live. Especially if you’re looking for a small, quiet, clean complex.You have to remember when someone posts a review it’s based on their experience and not all experiences are good. Just take a moment to talk to management, view the property, maybe stop someone you see walking and ask how they like living here and make your own decision.

The apartment is spacious and quiet. The grounds are nicely kept, and we’ve had excellent maintenance service. The gym is equipped with high-end equipment and everything works! We just moved to Texas and couldnt of picked a better place to call home!!!

Not going to lie, the property keeps up its appearance and maintenance issues are never a problem. Staff is friendly and Felicia is one of the best ladies you can deal with to help your moment pleasant here at Northpoint. She always goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are meet.I have been here for 4 years and while the rent to space ratio is off. You absolutely get a quiet neighborhood and at night parking lot is well lit up. Would live to be renewing although my small family is growing.

Out of all the apartments Ive lived in, these are by far the best. Clean and safe. Friendly and very helpful staff, from Mariel and Patti the Managers / office staff to the maintenance staff. Everybody is very professional and they treat each resident like family. In all my years of living in apartments I have never meet such wonderful staff. Mariel and Pattie are always on top of things making sure everybody feels at home. I would recommend moving here to anybody looking. ITS THE BEST :)

I lived at Northpoint Square for a year and honestly had it not been for finding a house I would still be living there. I had a townhome unit on a corner across from the leasing office. I really enjoyed my time there. It was quiet and safe. The only down side was the parking but I paid the extra $50 a month for a reserved space right in front of my door. I did have to have some people towed from my space once or twice unfortunately.The office staff and maintenance were always so great all the time!! I worked with Omar and Corina the most but everyone was so nice and accommodating.This stay meant a lot to me because the leasing agent at the time (who no longer works there) really worked with me and my rental history and finances to get this apartment. The management team did not have to approve me but they did and it was the best experience ever! Granted I did my part as well. I paid on time every month and sometimes even early to show myself as a good tenant.When I moved out they even wrote a letter to help me get into my house. The team there is GREAT and I also enjoyed my next door neighbor as well. :-)Revised: One downside when I was there was the laundry rooms. They sucked lol I only used them once and never again. I started using the 24hr laundryman on Kuyendhal. If they get better washers and dryers it would be even better.

Great friendly staff, always ready to help. Maintenance is doing a super good job keeping the complex nice and tidy. Love Love Love the new very bright security lights that surround the complex, definitely makes me feel safer. Our parking concrete could use some love, those cracks and craters are not up to par with how great everything else is. Felicia, Yamilet and Omar are doing a great job!

Love Love Love these apartments. I was having a very difficult time finding an apartment because I’m a first time renter and they accepted me right away. Area is very quiet! Pet friendly! And they have accessible parking. Hopefully they will be adding outlets for washer and dryers in the apartments.

These apartments have come a long way with the new renovations and management! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Maribel and Paty are awesome. Maintenance is super quick and strive for same day service. The property overall is super clean and very quiet. They provide us with courtesy security so the tenants feel safe. Wonderful place to live from our experience here since we moved here 4 months ago I can say that we made a great choice! We entered our apartment and we had a welcome basket with alot of start off goodies for our home! The staff Gladys and Felicia are wonderful they are awesome anything we needed or questions they resolved them.The staff make us feel real welcomed here at Northpoint Square it is a quiet,safe,nice place to live my husband and I love it here thank y’all for everything ya do to make our home a special place and welcoming environment!

The Northpoint square apartment are very nice, I’m in a one bedroom townhouse I moved in July 1st and I’m very happy with my decision. The Felicia and the staff Phenomenal there have good customer service presentation, I enjoy going to the gym haven’t been to the pool yet it’s a quite property so far, people are very friendly, the grounds are clean. The parking isn’t the greatest, but it’s ok, it manageable.🤩

I have been a tenant here going on 3 years. So much has changed and its getting better. The property was a mess the tenants fault trashing and destroying things and kids running everywhere, this is not management fault they are fixing the apartments for the better- for us, the community and greenspoint. I have seen so many managers come and go, but they were never as nice as Maribel. They have a new club room, weight room and soon new updated laundry areas and access gates will soon be working. I can not wait - rent is worth the pay and its very safe for me that is... I recommend family and people who want to live better and nice.

Ive been here a year now, and the only negative experience Ive had is the hot water being turned off without notice... which was understanding because of the renovations... but still annoying. The new management is AWESOME.... they communicate everything... unlike the old management... and they are VERY friendly and professional. As far as a roach infestation people are talking about ... I can count on ONE hand how many Ive seen in my Unit since Ive been here.... sooooo I guess that all depends on your personal cleanliness ... ijs. Its a great move and once all the renovations are done its going to be well worth it!!

However I dont like the fact that they dont have any consideration with the pandemic and all thats going on, they still want to increase the rent at renewal time which is disappointing. 😏

Great place! The renovations is amazing...I have a luxury apartment for a great price everything included except lights! Hardwoods floor throughout, modern kitchen . Very updated community, they are still putting it together. But I love my new place!

Well if your looking for a great, warm, safe and friendly place to move you and your family this is it!! I have lived in apartments my whole life and I have to say I will be here for a long time to come or until they ever sell this place!! LOLThe office staff make you feel like your part of the family from the mintue you come in to get info about the apartments! I LOVE the fact that the owner and management are on top of an issues on the property and try to resolve them quick! The ladies in the office always have parties on holidays and breakfast for us on Saturdays. The manager Mariel McMann and Patti Cruz are awesome with the kids on Fridays they get Popsicles!! I have NEVER seen an office so good with the kids of the property like they are here!!!! MOVE HERE YOU WONT REGREAT IT!!

To Future resident,This property is exactly what is worth with out a doubt. I feel as these reviews over the years may make a new renter in 2021 have a hard time even swinging by to look after reading them. I was born in Detroit Michigan but have lived in a few different states in major citys seattle, Tacoma, Flint, Louisville etc. Point being if there is a Person to describe GHETTO.In all honesty Id be the one to judge Ive lived in studio apartments that only had a bath If thats GHETTO. But this property is well kept for what YOU as a RESIDENT Pay understand that. I see alot of karen reviews that almost just seem like a sour opinion. My 1bed 1 bath is perfect and I also throughly inspected it and did not find any bugs or dead bugs. I want to say I am very pleased with my conditions of my lease I believe it is worth every doller In 2021. Note that, not 2018 not 2015 I said 2021. There are a few things on the property that could be run better like garbage but thats about it. Remember its not the management or front office help that is seeking a home its who is reading this and If WE RESIDENTS dont take care of OUR Community how can we blame anyone else for OUR community? To wrap this up I will say that if you still are reading this you should not expect a 5 star high rise condo with full amenities for less then even 1k a month in North Houston let alone downtown or central Houston would be alot more costly. So this place is worth every penny coming from a current Resident and as a Individual Opinion. Thank you!

Love my apt new appliances are great and pretty as well as the restroom everyhieve is just very new and fresh noooo bugs at allll! I absolutely love my floors too. I live in a towbtown type unit and without washer and dryer or downstairs bottom bath I will say it is a bit pricey but it is a nice neighborhood they keep it very clean outside as well my facoeurf apartment Ive lived in far :)

This is was the best moved I have made since being in Houston. Here is a short list of what makes it a great place to live: Location is great, the grounds are kept up ( the staff even makes sure the street outside the gates are clean), its affordable, its super quiet, extremely safe, maintenance request are quickly handled, laundry rooms are affordable,and the best part is the ENTIRE STAFF are very courteous, professional, very nice, they host some of the best community events I have ever attended and they communicate extremely well the residents.

I wish the paint color of choice on the exterior was different, maybe 1 solid neutral color like a gray building with a darker blue door. These multi colors look like a whistle call that they are only to attract Hispanics, 1 of the reasons people pass them up, it looks like mini Mexico by the exterior of the buildings. I love the exterior of the apartments around the corner, they have a all 1 solid color tan looking color with cranberry colored doors on the units. There is enough multi color buildings in this neighborhood it’s about time y’all stand out and above. Make the exterior look like the multi million dollar renovations also, if you’re using a sign “million dollar renovations” to attract new tenants then you’ll forever be placing those notes on doors every week “referral bonus” it’s not that you’re lacking referrals you’re lacking interest, you can’t place a sign out speaking of dollar amounts and renovations but the renovations are on the inside make the exterior as interesting as the interior

I been here four months and i wouldnt never tell know one to move in... I paid 1600 to move in i didnt get no basket and still paying 900 for a one bedroom one bathroom. The only reason i would stay is because of Abby she makes your pleasant. Shes understand she helps.. I dont really know the other to much other than Gladys she helped my family and i when we moved in after that she act like she didnt no me only when she wanna lock my kids and i out over 60 dollars... Abbys the only one that i know it that office that care about here residents so if i was to refer someone to northpoint square i would definitely refer them to her..

Been here 2 months now its great and we have had no issues, we moved into a newly renovated unit, everything new and updated features and we absolutely love it, we love the esthetics of the apartments in general interior and exterior, if there is trash on the ground trust me it wont be there long, they keep the grounds clean, and I notice the maintenance men constantly working and moving around, the ladies in the office are great and very friendly, maintenance men walk by you theyre also friendly and speak when they see you, the neighbors are friendly for the most part, I do notice that 99% of the Hispanic neighbors only speak to the other Hispanics, but that could easily be language barriers also, it has no bearing on the appointment complex itself. Although weve only been here a couple of months I dont see or experience what these other people are complaining about, and for those who say you can move into something nicer and bigger and better area for cheaper you must halve never lived in nicer, bigger and better areas a day in your life, I have, we left spring, went to humble and now here, so please feel free to go to humble, spring, the woodlands, memorial and the galleria area, and look at those nice apartments and ask for these updates in those nicer areas and I guarantee you will be paying $1,200 or more a month, especially in a new complex, if you dont make 3 times $1,500 a month dont even bother, which I know most of you dont, so please do your research or at least have lived in better and nicer neighborhoods before comparing and downing this community.

Well, the truth is, the area is good! It is very clean and calm. The girls in the office Pati and Maribel are very friendly and help in any way they can! Maintenance is fast and they do the work the same day. The pool is very clean for children to walk around in. They have lunch every Saturday for residents. There is security so that everyone is well. I am happy with the property
