I toured this apartment complex without an appointment, and Christian made the experience fantastic! He was welcoming, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. The community is clean, quiet, and spacious, with a well-maintained and inviting atmosphere. I had the pleasure of touring The Landing at Willow Grove with the lovely LaDonna S. The floor plans are beautiful and so spacious. It’s a quiet, small community, which I love because it makes it more personable when dealing with the staff. LaDonna was so kind and helpful. She followed up with me on things that needed to be taken care of in a timely manner and she’s always so pleasant!

I had an extremely pleasant, warm and welcoming feeling when I came here to inquire. LaDonna S is one of a kind! Just to give a little insight... when I first came here I was feeling really down. From the time I walked in LaDonna spoke to me and let me know shed be with me soon as she had other potential residents at her desk at the moment. She proceeded to check in with me and let me know shed be with me shortly and offered me coffee. Her smile and friendliness made me feel really good before I could even inquire about the 2 bedroom. As I continued to sit there patiently waiting and admiring the beautiful office and decorations thinking about my life I wanted to cry. Before I could drop a tear, LaDonma was done speaking with the other people and she was ready for me. Her warm and welcoming spirit made me instantly feel better. I toured the apartmwnt and loved everything about it! So homey and just beautiful. I am paying my application fee today to see what comes back. I already feel this is my new beginning. By the way the other office staff were also very friendly and helpful. I watched how they were also very helpful and had great customer service. Ive never had any experience like this and would give 10 stars if I could. If youre looking for somewhere look no further. Prices and specials are AMAZING and so far the best Ive seen in the area. Melissa is also a great location with one of the top school districts. HEB and much more will also be coming soon and just minutes away.

I was scheduled to see another apartment in Malissa with my daughter. On the way we decided to stop in at the landing and check it out. So glad we did. Met with Shelby Phillips assistant manager and toured their one bedroom apartment.She was so nice and extremely knowledgeable. That apartment is like a home. I made up my mind within 10 minutes!!! Application process and credit check all online and fast. Great property with great management. We are so happy her move in date is this month. You have to check out the Landing at Willow Grove Apartments.

Its been 1 month since have moved in and great apartments! Loving the open floorplans, especially the 2 bedroom one! Lots of lighting and feels safe! Staff has been helpful too! Love how halal food and grocery stores are nearby! Very close to I-75 love that too!

Just moved in late July and I’m very happy so far! The entire complex is brand new and very clean. I’m personally in a one bedroom and the unit is very cute, spacious, and functional. The staff has also been very sweet and helpful with any issues or questions I’ve had so far. I’ll update if things changed but so far I am very happy with this complex

Wow is all I can say! I stumbled across this complex when searching for an apartment and I’m glad I did! Staff is extremely friendly, warm and inviting. From the minute I walked into the front office, I felt at home which is what anyone would be looking for. Complex is very nice with wonderful amenities. The management staff was MORE than accommodating and helped every step along the way to get my apartment move in locked in. I highly recommend The Landing at Willow Grove, you will not be disappointed! Great location, clean, beautiful, and a home feeling apartment!

I wished I had of known about these apartments last year when I moved to Melissa . I had a great experience when I looked here a few weeks ago and this will be my new home. Ladonna was amazing as well as Joy and Tiffany. Floor plans are fantastic. Cant wait to be there.
