Ive been living at The Lana Apartments for nearly five years now, and Im currently in my second apartment within the complex after downsizing. This community has consistently provided a fantastic living experience. The management team is straightforward, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Any issues that arise are addressed promptly and efficiently, which speaks volumes about their dedication to resident satisfaction.The complex itself is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Downsizing was a seamless process, thanks to the accommodating staff, especially Lindsey the assistant manager who made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend The Lana Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living environment with great management.

I was supposed to move in The Lana in August but i broke my foot and was places on leave, i contacted the apt and they were quick to help and see what worked best for me! i decided to push the date back to 9/25 which was yesterday. The move in experience was GREAT! Dadrian was awesome!! his customer service was amazing. i did not tour the exact unit before picking the apt due to me moving in later than i expected but before i signed the lease i walked the apartment and it was fairly clean. cleaner than others i’ve been in, the apartment is spacious and they have multiple pools. i feel like i will really enjoy my stay at the Lana!! Thanks to Dadrian and the manager of the property 💕

When I say communication is amazing I mean it!! The staff is extremely helpful with whatever is needed. Im a 7 year resident here at Lana, and Im only giving 5 stars to Xavier at the office, who solved my problem with care and grace.Pest control I do my own since ,yes, lots of bugs and roaches.Location and the peaceful sound of the creek 5 stars.Safety 1 star since I had my apartment broken into 2 times(relocated to diferente apto after that).Trash 3 stars, and I prefer to take it by myself since I dont like to have trash around for more than one day.Neighbors are not loud, so 5 stars.Renovated apartments 3 stars since some appliances dont work or are too old and nasty. Windows and doors are old and have air leaks.New floors are nice!Maintenance = 5 starsSwimming pool and exercise room I dont use so I have no idea what to expect.Price is reasonable since it keeps getting so many bad reviews.I keep staying here because of location, location, and location.

The Lana is the best apartment complex I have lived in. It truly feels like home. Andrea is always so nice when I go to the office and her and Jessie always make sure whatever I need is done in a timely manner. They make me like I am their only tenant. Jessie even sent me a response to an email to make sure she was on top of it. Gus always come through for me with all of my maintenance requests. He is the best! The new management company has done a terrific job improving the property and ensuring it is safe and up to par! I have been here 4 years and the gates never worked until now. The gym is renovated along with updates to our patios and building appearance. I really appreciate the staff and just wanted to let all of them know! Keep up the great work!

Nice wood floors and fresh painted walls. The appliances are way better than the last apartment. Part is missing from the stove, the fridge bottom door rail has a crack, and some of the microwave plate is melted away. Although, the rent office sent out a very detailed email about noise disturbances and pets… things are the same. I’m thinking they need to tape them to everyone’s door now. My new upstairs neighbor has heavier feet and 3 dogs (two big and one small). The floor shakes and then some. You hear them running through the whole apartment. Residents don’t pick up after their pets. They allow them to relieve themselves in the grass in front of my window, around my patio. I’m being clear about the location because they’re a pets section is feet’s away. Overall, the appearance of the complex is clean and nice.The new valet trash company is great. Maintenance is very educational and respectful (except that one; he looks at you like he’s irritated until you prove him wrong then he changes his demeanor). Management is still great with turnaround time when responding.

Lived here for 2 years and dont have any major complaints. The new management team that took over after my first year there has worked hard to make the Lana live up to Luxury Apartments. They actually provide valet trash pick up, recently renovated the gym, have multiple pools, fixed the entrance gate, and the maintenance team was always very nice and quick to help!My 1 bedroom was nice and spacious and I overall appreciated the open design. The complex in itself is fairly quiet and I could hardly hear my neighbors. Overall, had a great time living at the Lana and would recommend to anyone looking for a pet friendly luxury apartment complex in North Dallas.P.S- Lindsey is a great Assistant Manager and was very helpful in answering questions throughout my time living here. I truly appreciate all she did for me during my time at the Lana!

I love my apartment and the management staff. The management staff is always ready to help with any problems and answer questions in a timely manner. The communication with the management staff is just as awesome as it is with the leasing agents(which is very unusual). I recommend The Lana to anyone looking for home. I must say Lindsey is always taking the extra step to ensure both the residents and the property interests are meet.

From the moment I first contacted him, he showcased remarkable professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist.One of the standout qualities of Diego is his bilingualism, which proved to be a tremendous asset during our interactions as there was a language barrier between one of my clients, but Diego effortlessly navigated between English and my native language, ensuring everyone felt included.I love the property as well it is a very well maintained property for being such a large one. It is a worth a look. The leasing office is friendly and always willing to help.

Been here 4 years, and had been wanting to move for 3 because the management was seriously going down. Fortunately, the most recent management team has been phenomenal! Especially the Assistant Property manager Lindsey. Great attitude! She cares, things get taken care of, and taken care of fast and efficiently. The office staff is pleasant and make sure youre taken care of. Its a 360 change, and Im so glad I stayed.

I have lived at the property for a while now and when I first moved in it was great. Then the property went through “let just say a rough patch”. I decided to stick it out, because I just love the area it is in. It super close to everything you need and I’m glad that I did. The current staff in the office have been extremely helpful lately with all my concerns and questions. The assistant property manager Lindsey has responded promptly to all my emails and help resolve some issues I was having. The front office staff (Jessie, Andrea and Cindy) have been helpful as well, especially when I have gone in to speak with them about anything. Jessie is super great at getting back to you whenever a follow up is needed. The complex may not be perfect but the staff definitely try their hardest to help in anyway the can!

Update: I really like the new management! They have been doing a lot to get the residents engaged such as fun social media contests, free happy hours, and events. I truly feel part of a community. They also implemented visitor parking and I haven’t had any issues finding a spot to park now. This is the best place I’ve ever lived!I’ve been living here for a little over 2 years. The staff are extremely friendly/caring, multiple pools, the grounds are well kept, and I love that it’s dog friendly with 2 dog parks. The maintenance team is amazing!!! They get things fixed the next day! Love them. That’s why I just signed my 3rd lease. :) If you can, get a creek view! I love my patio and quiet view.

Props to Xavier from the leasing office for exceptional customer service! Due to unideal circustances with our move-in process, the options were to find a different unit or a new complex altogether. (Previous tenants left it a mess.) This was very frustrating and I and my boyfriend were anxiety ridden but Xavier worked with me and explained all of our options to find the perfect home. He answered my questions with great detail and replies to emails in a timely manner. He made sure I was able to speak with a manager as well to gain clarity on the previous tenant situation and his personality throughout that visit helped me to remain calm. Thanks to him and Property Manager; Lindsey, we were able to find the best unit for us!

Hyde Park is home since last 2 years and i couldnt have been more happier about staying here! Apartments are nice, spacious with all modern amenities. Loads of trees around in the complex and the swimming pools are fun! I feel quite safe here and there is security watch sometimes too. I had an issue earlier of not being able to get parking on weekends but after the new rule came in, parking is ample and you do not need to worry about it. The management does an excellent job at maintenance, i literally mean the best! You have a problem in the apt today night and it gets fixed first thing in the morning! The maintenance guys are so good!! They handle all my packages well, i never had a complain. Everyone at the front office e are so polite, friendly and helpful! I love my home here and so continue to chose it to be the one post my wedding! Thank you for all you do to make homes happier for people like me! I have in the past and would gladly do it again to encourage people looking out for homes in the neighborhood to consider staying at hyde park!

I Have Lived At The Lana For A Year and I Just RENEWED My Lease At the beginning of this month.!! The apts are quiet and close to everything . The renovations are good & the unit I’m in is NICEThe property has really improved over the last 11 Months I have been here. I personally have seen the changes The New Manager Lindsey was the best addition KEEP HER!!!!!!!!! She has worked WONDERS!!!!!!! Not only with the property and but staff too.!! She and the office staff are always helpful and nice. They always say hello and remember your name. All the Small things that make a big difference. Every time I have had an issue the we’re on top of it!!! Maintenance was always quick! MOST IMPORTANTLY Since I been here. updates galore!!! We got a new gym, they re painted buildings then repainted the parking lot. The entry gates finally works!!! New patio railing . They even put new grass on the property. Maint. always keep the grounds clean. Just all around improvement since I moved in last year and you see them constantly making more. I feel I’m getting my money’s worth. Which is exactly why I renewed. I am a satisfied Resident!!!!

Lots of hoops to jump through to get the keys. Roads are a little rough. I’ve seen more cockroaches than I’d like to. All of the doors in our apartment do not seal. It’s always been easy to get ahold of someone in the leasing office and the staff has always been welcoming and helpful.

Update Review:Looks like there is a new management that very recently started at The Lana. I was very impressed when I got a call back from the now Assistant Property Manager - Lindsay to discuss my issues.She agreed that it was the older management’s fault that I was not communicated any dues and got the issue fixed and my credit cleared with the agency.Although I have not lived at this property for the last 2 years - I think this new team is doing a much better job and is trying to bring the complex back to it’s former glory!Original Review:The new management is absolutely horrible. The worst management possible! Please save your money and mental peace and do not elect to live here. It’s cheap for a reason.I lived here when this property was under the hyde Park management and it was a delight to live here. Their management was so proactive and professional. I was with this for 2 years.In my third year at this property the management switched to The lana and that’s when the problems started. Service requests would get cancelled on their own. No response to phone calls. Reception always closed. New people each week at the reception.When we were leaving, we had to visit 5-6 times just to get our exit confirmed. I went to their office 3 times after leaving to confirm no pending charges - because I was sure they will mess something up.Fast forward ONE YEAR after leaving, we get a collections email for a pending charge of $75. Why have we not heard of this charge before? No one reached out to us to pay anything? Even when we visited no one told us. No email. Nothing.Even now when we went to see the manager - she was ‘out’. No reply to emails. Absolutely horrendous customer satisfaction.Please be warned and save your money. You’re better off living in some other property that will not ruin your credit due to their fault.Also please note that there are no security cameras in this property. When we lived there mailbox vandalism and packages getting stolen from your home was very frequent. We had to always opt for pick up of packages due to this issue.And the gates are ALWAYS not working.

We recently moved into The Lana Apartments this weekend. And it was a very good experience. The apartment is was fairly clean and will only need a brief sparkle that I normally do when moving. I will say there was a lot of confusion about our one month free special, but The property Manager Robyn was very professional and helpful, she was able to work with us half way on getting two weeks free at move in and for Decembers rent. The leasing Agent Andrea that work with us was very friendly. I would of gave 5 stars if Gym was working but it’s undergoing renovation, and if we actually got what we were originally offered 1 month free in November. All in all this property is good I’m glad our locator Nick Ferrara recommended:)

I have lived here for what seems like forever because it feels like home. Apartment living is apartment living ... but apartment living feeling like home is special. It took a while to make it home, but with the help and response of the staff and management, I am content and happy. Hyde Park has everything you need and more than likely, most of what you want to make your home! Obviously I recommend Hyde Park Montfort for you.06/07/2023 **UPDATE**I would like to add an update to the above review - which stillholds true! However its more than four years later and there is more to say! I have lived here since August 2014. Obviously I have been more than a little content. The last year has undergone a new owner and three new management teams and various and sundry other changes. Truthfully - I was more than a little concerned. Communications were not good for a while and tenants - no wait, I will speak for myself only - I was not getting responses to my inquiries and issues. During this time, there were property updates taking place and that was good. But not getting the service and communication was troubling.GOOD NEWS - it has turned around and I am so pleased with the staff and management. Emails are sent out regarding most everything and the community appears to be a top priority! It takes time to transition and I believe The LANA new owners and new management have overcome some inherited issues and it is a job well done. I recommend this place. My intention is to continue calling this my home! Im coming up on my 10 year anniversary and that is a good thing! Great maintenance emergency experience. We came home and the house was hot. AC was dropped down to 68 in hopes of cooling down quickly. Well two hours later and the temp in apt was still 90 degrees and we live on third floor. We have a little girl and it’s like almost midnight. The crew came out and was very nice. He attempted multiple times to fix it but couldn’t at that time and it had to be addressed the next day. He gave us a key to a fully furnished suite the apartment has on the property. It was like a Airbnb setup. Clean sheets folded on bed, coffee machine, towels, and TV etc. We all cuddled in a queen size bed very grateful to be able to be cool and not hot. Thank you maintenance team for helping us out and getting it fixed the next day. We are very appreciative and thank you front office for always being so kind. I love being here!

I renewed my lease here twice, loved the location, and I’m moving to a house now. Lovely people at the front office, always took care of us, even during the ice storm on February 2021. My building went out of power and they even let us stay on a clean empty apartment with hot water and power until we got our power fixed. It’s good to feel that somebody actually has your back on situations like those. I’ll for sure miss their Saturday’s breakfast and lots of activities. My pup for sure will miss her friends at the doggy park too. It’s been nothing but great to live here. Thank you!!!

I’ve lived here 2 years. This has been a very pleasant journey. Anytime I put an order in for something to be fixed they came immediately. The apartments also have monthly gatherings so you can get to know staff and neighbors. I really have enjoyed my time here. I’m in the process of purchasing a home so my time with Hyde Park is coming to an end. I’m thankful to the staff for their kindness. The neighborhood was also amazing. Everything you need literally in walking distance!

The apartments are beautiful, safe, and close to everything! So thankful to be living here, especially with a newborn! I know that we are safe and secure in our apartment.

Ive lived here for several years now. My general opinion is very positive. The front desk staff as well as the assistant manager Diana are approachable and helpful. The Saturday breakfasts and other summer events are really well done.One concern is that the ceilings are very noisy. Every footstep from your upstairs neighbors will be heard.Recently though , some of the newer residents dont seem to follow safe speed limit within the complex.

Im a current resident here at Hyde Park. The apartment complex is very beautiful with lots of trees and greenery. The home unit is very nice and spacious. The kitchen is pretty big and have all stainless appliances and Garnite countertop. The bathroom is super spacious. The main attraction of my home is the huge patio facing the creek. We can see lots of greenery and lots of birds and squirrels here.The maintenance is quick and good. The pools and gym are really good. The community is pet friendly with couple dog parks and good walking path.Few problems that i felt are1) corridors are mostly dusty.2) The main gate is broken most of the time,we paid 60$ for each gate remote which is of no use now. But they compensated for it by increasing the number of security patrols in the night.3) The laundry facility here is not so good.Only 2 out of 6 washers are working now. I have complained about the issue twice but i didnt get any response.Apart from these problems, Im happy with my stay here. It is very peaceful and serene place to live in.

I have lived in this complex for 8 years in two different apartments. Its one of the few mid-range apartments in the area. At first, the staff seemed to change pretty frequently but it has been stable for the last 5 years or so. The property is very clean. We have a ton of pools. The best part about the complex is that it is super dog-friendly. On top of the 2 Dog Parks, we are also right next to White Rock Creek. there is a great rocky beach where a lot of us take our dogs to swim (it is right behind the Phase2 Dog Park). All of the office staff are incredibly friendly and I have never had a problem with anyone (this is pretty uncommon in my renting experience. Cindy is especially awesome. She always goes out of her way to make sure any issues i report get resolved. The apartments themselves are great. We have wood floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances and the best of all....we have garden tubs. The parking has significantly improved over the last 5 years. my guests rarely have a problem parking.

I moved to these apartments from Arkansas in November of 2015 and they were great from the showing of the apartment until my recent move out. I only left the residence because my family expanded and we had to move to a bigger place. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and maintenance always got things done in a timely manner. The pool is always clean and the activity nights were awesome. I will miss this place as it was my first home in Dallas. Keep up the great work, guys.

Hyde park is overall a great place to live. Some small details like certain fixtures needing to be replaced, squeaky floors/bath tub, etc that could use improvement but the management has been fair and respectful. Some of the technicians, specifically one of their newer younger guys, are rude and unhelpful. However, the neighbors have been wonderful. The area is nice and the complex itself is fairly well kept up. Phase 2 offers a beautiful green with a dog park that really helps us pet friendly patrons! Conclusion, the rent is fair, the people are great and Hyde Park is a great option to consider for your next home!

I have been a resident at Hyde Park for the past 3 years and have truly enjoyed the place. The amenities including the club house, gym, pools and hot tub etc. have been great and enhanced my overall experience staying in this community. Couldnt have asked for a better location as its closeby to most things. The management and front office (particularly Cindy!) have been amazing and make sure service requests are resolved ASAP. Would highly recommend as reasonably priced apartments in the North Dallas area.

This is a very good apartment with all amenities to stay at Addison.We are staying here since long time, planning to stay some more time. For sure recommend anyone for this apartment.Loved the inside area with lot of trees, and it’s very calm.Lot of car spaces which never disappoints for your car parking. They have reserved Car Port, garages, and Open parking.Gym,Pools and Weekend Brunch is something will enjoy more here.Hydepark is very big with 2 phases, we enjoy going for walk inside apartment sometime..it’s cool.Thrash picking on time in front of our door and it works from Sunday to Thursday.Regarding Service requests for any complaints, it’s always folks are very quick and they fixed any issues within less amount of time.Leasing office folks are great and friendly to get things done quickly.I would say staying since long time,I don’t have anything to complain.Kudos to Hydepark!!!!👌👌

Been living here 3 months or so, now. It has been a great experience. Love my apartment and the facilities are well maintained and updated. Only bad thing is is the unreserved parking, which can get full near individual units and require a longer walk home than intended, but generally not an issue. Look forward to living here for a while.

This complex is beautiful and well run. Maintinence responds quickly and always does an excellent job. Management has always been helpful. Great place to have a dog with a cute little dog park (though I do not), and brunch every saturday morning!Ive lived her approximately three months so far, and the complex is quiet, the neighbors are nice.The apartment has great natural light, the appliances are good quality, and its very spacious for the price. I did a ton of research and visited a half dozen other complexes in the area. In its price range, its top of the line.I would absolutely recommend living here.

I went to tour this establishment. Searching for an apartment is such a tedious process, but I was blown away with the great hospitality and customer service given by Karasheika. She was really knowledgeable about the property, and she even gave fashion ideas. She made my process really easy and we enjoyed small talk and lots of laughter. It’s people like her that makes the world go round! She is without a doubt the BEST!! I really want to thank her for being her!

Love the updated apartments. The office staff is great and the maintenance team gets to you within the day or the next. Best apartment complex I have lived at yet out of 5 others. My only complaint is the parking. The parking is horrible so be prepared to pay extra for a covered spot or be prepared to walk half a mile to your car.

I usually dont write Google reviews but living at Hyde Park has been such an awesome experience. The apartments models have a nice luxurious design, maintenance crew do an outstanding job in completing requests quickly, theres various events (including breakfast on Saturdays! ), and an amazing neighborhood location in walking distance to all the hot spots in Addison. But what makes living in Hyde Park so enjoyable has been the staff! One name in particular I want to mention is Cindy! She does exceptional work in going out of her way to help with issues/requests as well as being highly informative to any questions you have. I cant count the number of times shes been a tremendous help but Ill never forget the time when she was helping me set up my online account and she advised I set up an e-check payment method instead of by credit card to avoid a service charge. Thats what so great about Cindy, shell go the extra mile to provide you a better customer service experience than expected. She is such an asset to Hyde Park, thank you Cindy! I highly recommend checking out Hyde Park!

I love staying here, I have been here since 2012 and I dont see my self going any where soon, the staff especially the manager and Cindy they so professional and just wonderful their public relations is super 100%, the manager is very help no matter what problem you have she will help, since I have been here I have had no problems with insecurity it feels safe for me to stay here. The maintenance also are great they so quick to any problem you put in. Thank you faiz. Oh the surroundings are clean the pool by my apt is clean

The moment I walked into Hyde Park Shawn B. was nothing but amazing. From the tour around the complex to him helping me get all set for my move in. Shawn went above and beyond. I asked to move in a day early due to my other apartments not willing to let me stay an extra night. Shawn put in a great word for me to the property manager. I got all moved in and I absolutely love my apartment. If you are looking to move here please ask for Shawn! He’s the BEST!!!

I lived at Hyde Park for two years, and recently moved due to work, but I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking in the north Dallas area! The location is great and convenient to many things close by, and the complex feels very safe with a nice scenery and security on site every night. Management was also great for the entire two years that I lived there, and they were always very quick to respond and friendly to work with anytime I needed something. I would highly recommend checking out Hyde Park if youre looking for apartments in the area!

Ive just renewed my 12 month lease. I love the area, the amenities, and the updated apartments. Im in a 3rd floor unit with vaulted ceilings, so I dont have to deal with hearing people walk above me all day (sorry to those living under me! :D) - but that is something you get at all apartments. Sometimes I hear people next to me our outside my window, but nothing excessive or disturbing.Maintenance is quick and reliable, putting requests in is easy online. I love the staff at the office, and they have been getting into hosting regular community events. Not many people attend compared to the size of the complex, but all of the ones Ive gone to have been fun, plus the feed you and provide drinks, sometimes wine and champagne!When I was first looking for apartments in the area, it took me a long time to decide because of bad reviews. But all of the nice apartments I was looking at had bad reviews. Im hoping my review here reminds people that most folks leave reviews when they are angry. The other 95% of clients/residents are just happy going about their days.For the area we are in, there are thefts taking place that are probably similar to the amount of theft at other complexes or neighborhoods near us. Just be smart about what you leave out in plain view in your car. I also dont like to run outside of the complex at night, though I see others doing it. Occasionally Ive walked alone to the shops at Beltline and the Tollway when there are a lot of people out (weekends). I do feel safe running in the morning and during the day. The demographic of the neighborhood is very wide, and Hyde Park is located and priced between older cheaper apartments and newer luxury apartments.This apartment is nearing the top of my rental budget as a single young professional, not sure if I will renew again in a year assuming the price goes up again. But, I definitely love being able to walk to the shops, have text notifications when I get a delivery to the office, and having the ability to rent a garage. Pools and gym are nice too, access gate with code to call my phone is a plus as well.I am giving Hyde Park 5 stars because I feel like I am getting what I am paying for. Anything extra I would desire would come with a more luxury apartment, and management has given me what I have needed. If anything has disappointed me, it was not large enough to deter me from living here. If this was my review for my Time Warner internet service, it would be a different story. :)

Today I really felt the need to leave an awesome review for the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Our heater went out last night in the middle of this record-setting cold weather and the temperature in my apt was dropping FAST! The cold woke me and my 7yr old up and I immediately called our maintenance line! I not only got a call back within 10 minutes, but he was at my apt in less than an hour and had the heater fixed in less than 30 min! This is just one example of what really makes this complex stand out and truly special! The service and care we have received here goes beyond and above any of my expectations! All I can say is THANK YOU to all the Hyde Park Team! You guys are the real MVPs!!!

I had the pleasure of coming in as a walk-in and instantly being attended. Front concierge was friendly and nice. It was about noon-ish and it had seem like no one was around but Shawn volunteered before going to lunch. He took his time, very knowledgeable, charismatic, and he did not rush at all which I loved. I ended up not renting here but this is the guy to see thank you for an awesome experience.

I have been a resident at Hyde Park since 2014. This is a very large property with the best of both worlds regarding location to all Dallas has to offer. The wonderful trees and greenbelt areas are great to come home to. I dont feel like I live in a concrete jungle. The site team is always willing to listen to resident concerns and they give 100% in trying to resolve all matters.The pricing is competitive and the interiors are beautiful. Definitely worth stopping by for a visit.

Ive been living here about 4 months and am really enjoying it. The staff has been polite and responded quickly to any issues. The complex is clean and quiet. I have a unit in the 2nd area and it has a nice view from the patio. Theyve just been remodeled so there are granite countertops, nice tile in the baths and wood flooring.There was some confusion between what I thought I was renting (with fireplace) to the actual unit which has not fireplace. Im actually happy about it, theres more room in the living area.

There are some ridiculous fees, like valet trash pick up which they charge you quite a bit for only to have 1 trash bag a night taken, and ONLY if it is inside a particular trash bin. Security has been an issue lately but I truly feel like HPaM is doing what they can as an administration. Not sure what the other residents writing such harsh negative reviews expect them as an administration to do, short of staying on call 24 hours a day so they can personally walk you from your car to your front door, get real people, theyre doing all they can. This is one of the safest places Ive lived in since moving back home.Beautiful facilities that are maintained by be the Da Vincis of groundskeepers. The maintenance staff is always out working fast and hard to keep the place clean and neat. These guys are the heroes of the complex to me, HP whatever you pay them it cant be enough.Youll see complaint after complaint about the office staff and how they ignore requests. I have only placed 3 maintenance requests but each one was responded to and completed the same afternoon I called it in! The staff is nice, courteous and always seems to understand the issue Im having and they get it resolved. I had a neighbor dispute with someone who allowed her 100lb dogs (plural) to run and jump around above me at 3am and later. The staff heard my complaint, worked with me, and moved me to a top floor apt at no extra cost and actually were able to put me in an updated apt with a cheaper rent! I put deposits down on the new place, and I was refunded the deposits from the old place in less than 2 weeks, which was ridiculously fast to me.MY ONLY COMPLAINT, the buildings are very loud. I live on the top floor, and I can hear people having conversations down in the parking lot clearly enough that it feels like they are sitting on my couch with me. But, these buildings are much older than Anterra, so short of knocking them down and rebuilding them I dont think theres much they can do about it.Living here, you are 5 minutes from one of the most fun areas in town, the best restaurants, and you are 3 minutes from the Tollway which can get you across town in a matter of minutes. Great location!Highly recommend this place. Call the office, talk with the staff, and rent here.HPaM, keeping doing you boo

Its very hard transitioning from Tulsa to Dallas, TX. Me and my wife stayed here for almost a year now. The apartment complex is very safe, clean, maintenance people are prompt, professional, and adjust to flexible time slots per your schedule.The mail and parcel delivery are recorded and done in a professional way. Daned is super nice in showing the apartment complex and never hesitated to answer and follow up your questions. He ensures a smooth paper work transition is done during renewal. Cindy is one of the sweetest young ladies in the office and that really helps with a dominant person as myself. It is very refreshing to have her here at Hyde Park and I am almost certain she is one of the biggest reasons why other residents love here as much as we do. The location is great for accessing almost any part of town and is most convenient to stores, malls, post office, tollway, etc. The staff is most accommodating and the maintenance staff is excellent. Large, well-priced, extremely quiet apartments. Maintenance and security is super responsive. When its not COVID, Hyde Park hosts get togethers for residents (and even during COVId they still held games and contests online on Fridays). My only complaint about the apartment is that I hear the people above me and below me. But really, its great and the best deal in the area.
