Have been apartment hunting for almost two months and have been meaning to leave a review from my experience at The Kirby, downtown Dallas. This property is unique, beautiful and full of history and has an elegant yet urban vibe. The exposed ceilings and rustic charm definitely makes this property stand out from the rest. Most importantly, the leasing agent who assisted and toured us was the real gem of the experience.George was welcoming and gracious from the moment he greeted us—walk-ins without an appointment. He gladly showed us three different units, including the penthouse, amenities and the incredible roof-top view. Although we opted for a different property—I would definitely recommend this place to see if it’s right for you. Great prices, too. But if you want the best customer service experience, ask for George—he’s definitely one of the best and he’ll make you feel right at home. Thank you, George!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From day one, the management team has been exceptional. They’re not just responsive; they genuinely care about the residents and take the time to address any concerns promptly and professionally.

I wanted to wait to write a review until at least a couple months after I moved in. I moved in here April 1st so it’s been about 8 months since I started living at the Kirby.So far I’ve had absolutely 0 issues with my unit, which is something I was worried about with it being such an old building. The staff are amazing, and always willing to answer any questions/concerns I have. The building itself is beautiful, with lots of the original parts kept from when it first opened. The gothic style architecture and almost hotel looking lobby really caught my eye when I was apartment hunting. But what really sold the place for me was the staff. When I came to tour it was the only place where I didn’t feel like I was being interviewed for a job, and I made a great connection with Jason and Courtland (2 of the leasing agents). It almost felt like I was just having casual conversation with friends.My unit is amazing, and as an artist it truly embodies everything I wanted for a living space. It is big and open with concrete floors and beautiful Old Brick on some of the walls, spacious Kitchen with up to date appliances, 12 foot tall ceilings , original hardwood flooring, & it’s all in the heart of downtown Dallas.I cant recommend the Kirby enough. All of the residents are extremely friendly, the amenities are well kept, and the staff is amazing.Thank you Jason and Courtland!

Ive lived in the Kirby for 2 years and have LOVED my time here! My husband and I just renewed our lease. The building is beautiful, and the layouts are unique and interesting. Originally an office building built in the early 1900s, the exposed brick, hardwood floors and high ceilings make the apartments charming and warm. New restaurants are popping up downtown every month, making Main Street a fun place to be living. The residents have done a great job of creating a tight-knit community, by planning brunches and pool parties. Plus, the new management is great! Theyre patient with the tenants and clearly excited to be working for the new owner.

This place is amazing! I just moved in and it was such easy process. The staff is like my new family. The Lobby and building is incredibly historic and magnificent and my place is EPIC!! I honestly think I moved here for the staff and everything else has just been a marvelous bonus!! I am one lucky girl to snag a classy place this.

I do not live here but I was able to stop by to tour the property today (weekday morning) and I did wait a few minutes as I did not have an appointment set. One of the residents let me in and I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman from the leasing office. Cortlandt took me on a tour, he is very knowledgeable and kind! I thought the guys in the office were great. If you are not used to living in a historical building, then this might not be for you but its in my top contenders for my new home! Thanks Cortlandt and Jason!

In my search for an apartment in downtown, I stumbled upon this gem of a community. Angie in the front office was so incredibly helpful and thorough. Although I didnt end up moving in because of timing and my new job, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Gorgeous building and I was beyond impressed with the customer service and attention to detail.

Edgar is Amazing!! I didn’t have any problems with my apt but when I did have an issue he was on time, Polite, considerate of my children and belongings. Edgar is someone you can count on and is reliable at the Kirby on main.

Absolutely loved living here. Office staff always knew your name and helped you out with any issues. The building is amazing but the staff really made it feel like home.

Toured with Jonathan and he was absolutely wonderful! The building has such a historic charm to it with amazing views and gorgeous doors! I absolutely loved this place!!

Love this place. Its old with lots of history and the staff are amazing. Cameron has been a God sent with helping me get acclimated and orientated to the building and the area.

It was a pretty cool place. The management was nice and accommodating. The only thing is the pool is pretty small and doesnt seem like it can be really used.
