I came to the property for a tour and was sold upon driving onto the property grounds. The grounds are well maintained, trash reciprocals were not over flowing, and property was very pretty and spread out in a great layout. I met with Ms. Crystal for my tour and she was so sweet and answered all my questions. I was overjoyed the moment I saw the second unit she showed me. I cant wait to become a future resident at the property. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to this amazing neighborhood.

My recent move in has been such an ease with Crystal. So far the experience has been great, work order are managed online, so is pest control. I like the fact that everything is in the portal. I’d recommend living here for the area and prices.

Such a great environment! To each their own and my experience is just top notch!I would love to give 5 stars to the intelligent but extremely beautiful assistant manager Crystal G!Shes such a great listener and uplifting spirt that she helped me through my move and personal life that she deserves everything great coming her way! The way she has turned this complex around should be studied because i simply cant fathom the detailed work she has done for her clients! God bless her soul and God bless the keller!10/10!! ❤️

What can I say.. Marisa & Apple are great.. they really helped me thru the process and believe me .. when I forget to send something . They were patient and got me approved in one day … love ya both very much girlies.. everyone needs to come out here and see the environment .. I actually had a deer stare at me like saying hi to me .. lol

I was able to apply online and upload all necessary documents with ease and was contacted back promptly. All of my questions and concerns about the move in and any specials were addressed and I will be picking up my keys this weekend. Very smooth!! I will provide more feedback once I’m moved in about the apartment and community, but so far very happy.

I’ve lived here a few years now and have been happy with the staff and property. The staff has always been kind and attentive. I love when they hold events for the residents. Always so fun and kid friendly as well. I haven’t had to call maintenance very much at all but when I do they are quick to respond. I’ve lived in a couple different units (upgraded to largest floor plan) and find them well prepared for move in. I’ve never had issues with neighbors. I find the location convenient to shopping and schools. It’s been a great experience!

Just moved in with my boyfriend here, the staff has been very professional and welcoming! Our studio is clean, the neighbors have been friendly and even helped us move in. So far so good, there has been clear communication between us and management if there are any problems in our lease or with our payments. I hope it stays good!

We have seen many changes driving by on our way to work and school everyday. Mainly outside. We moved to be closer work recently. The staff made the move very simple and hassle free. We absoluteIy love our 1 bedroom. It has a great view. The pool looks very relaxing and cant wait until the summer. We really appreciate the office girls taking the time to set up our app. We only had 1 small issue upon move in but maintenance addressed it right away. Thank you. Thumbs up!

It was a challenge looking for an apartment; but when I visited The Keller Apartments, I felt right at home. All the ladies in the office as well as the manager are extremely nice and caring. I moved in a couple of days ago and I absolutely love my place. Clean, new, and I have a great view of the city and pool. I am right at home! Great place!

Honestly, this is the best apartment experience I’ve had with administration, quickness, and communication. The property is beautiful and management is on top of everything. Crystal, Amanda, and Stephany were so helpful throughout the entire process, I dont know how I wouldve found such a nice apartment with out them! I couldnt have asked to find a better place or better leasing agents! The apartments are a great price for what you get!. Its very secure, plenty of BBQ pits, quiet and very nice people that Ive met in the community so far... & Not to mentioned their 3-layer pool!!! Cannot wait until summer. Overall I rate The Keller a 5/5 FORUSRE!

Moved here few months ago from nasty ole houston and it’s been awesome!!! as some of you know houston has a huge roach problem and it was really hard for me to live around that as i never had to deal with anything like that until i moved to houston. i was scared that i would have to deal with that again bc apartments can be very tricky. i’m happy to say i’ve only seen two in the few months i’ve been here. sometimes it’s unavoidable but they do everything to help you. it’s definitely not infested. go to bridgestone apartment in houston now that’s an infestation this is NOTHING near how bad apartments can be. my only complaint is my upstairs neighbor they’re loud but they have kids so it’s just something i deal with. amanda in the front is awesome! she will answer you rather is 2 pm or 2 am. I’m happy to call this place a home!!

Great place, highly recommend. It is peaceful, and maintenance is quick to respond. The people take great care of the property. There is also people like Amanda, Tammy, Crystal, and Heather who are friendly, and go above and beyond for the residence here.

I’ve been at the Keller for just a couple months now and I can say that it’s been a very good experience at this place. Really quiet , like I have nice neighbors everyone really sticks to themselves. Military friendly as well. Good location and friendly staff and always willing to help.
