    I have lived here almost 2 years and thankfully I have never had major issues. I did have a leak once, but management sent someone right away to fix the issue. I was even locked out of my apartment once because the bolt broke from the inside and Felisha (manager) sent someone to help me right away. Overall, it’s been peaceful for my family and I.

    The Jackson has had major renovations on most of their units and, on the older units they upgrade us in place as needed. I will say, except for one occasion, in my eight years, its been my experience that the Jackson handles their tenants business promptly.Maintenance is top notch. They know how to do what they do, yessss!! The laundry rooms are clean and maintained. The little dog park is cute. But my babies dont play nicely with others. The trash area is not bad. Only a few people hang their clothes outside for a short time, whatever. One block from Castle Hills.Overall, The Jackson is definetly decent and giving.

    I recently had an electrical problem in my kitchen and i notified the office… thankfully they fixed it in a very timely manner and maintenance even fixed a toilet issue i had while they were there as well. They ladies in the office were very kind and polite.

    Felicia is great!! The complex looks a lot better since she took over, the service repairs are being done in a timely manner. Keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Mike Garcia was absolutely perfect, it didnt take him long to address the problem and fix it. If I ever have any issues Ill make sure to ask for him again.

    The apts have really made a huge improvement since new management. All my work orders have been answered promptly. Matt, the Maintenance Manager really knows what he is doing. All my repairs have been completed within the same day. My AC went out and Matt told me he’d fix it as soon as he could, & he did. Big Thanks to Management & maintenance.

    Great apartment I just moved in and my apartment as be is so cute. The property manager is great she took the time to show me my apartment before I move in and ask me if this the right choice. I said yes❤️I know there’s other issues that might be going around, but the new management looks and has been taken care of everything. I believe I will be in good hands.Thank you, Ms.Ramirez.

    I enjoyed the experience I had with the young lady Patty made you feel very comfortable as I walked in smiling at all times very impressed.Ive had a very pleasant living status here at the Jackson apartments.     We have been living at the Jackson for over 5 years we seen over 10 management come threw they all left within a year and did nothing to our community our new staff in the office are doing a great job turning the place around I had no AC for 5 years new staff made sure my AC was working properly the first week my family thanks you guys so much they fixed all the holes in and my floor as well. We hope you are the last management company and we get to keep you. Thank you Ms. Gallardo

    Let’s start with the office staff, AMAZING group of people who takes the time to explain the process and gives a complete tour of the property with no hidden agenda. This was not done with the other properties I toured and they wanted you to pay application fees before they did anything. I was so impressed with the apartment I immediately went to the process of renting and they helped me every step of the way. It’s worth every penny to have a nice place to live 💕💕 I am so grateful for all of you in the office and last but not least the maintenance manager who made sure everything was perfect 💕

    I moved into the Jackson today. I was skeptical because of the reviews however, it’s under new management and the new manager Felicia made sure that I’ll be taken care of. She did everything I asked from paint to ceilings to sinks everything. I asked her she took care of, and moved me in same day five stars for me And she has one month free

    The new manager Felicia is amazing. I walked in she gave me a tour and had me keys and a new home within 30 min! She’s so sweet and the cutest! I love my new apartment thank you Felicia! It’s beautiful 😻

    I am so happy with my experience during my application process. I’m Patricia is my leasing a gent and she went far and beyond my expectations. I was approved right away and got my keys a week from applying. Danielle was awesome as well answering any questions I had when Patty wasn’t available. Can’t wait to move in!

    Its alright. I love what they have done with the pools! But its surprisingly kinda quiet. Its not dangerous around here much at least. Not that Ive seen anyway

    The maintenance guy was knowledgeable and quick. He fixed my garbage disposal and dishwasher right away. My dishwasher has never worked since I been in my apartment (3years). I garbage disposal was suppose to be fixed previously, obviously not. I am very pleased with the new management and their team.

    I want to start off by saying I have lived here for 7 years and I have seen management come and go. I also understand what an undertaking it is to come in and have to correct inherited previous issues, that were not taken care by previous management, for whatever the reason. I personally like to introduce myself to the new management team and welcome them here and address any concerns, that I may have and understand that it is going to take a partnership with them, as they face residents who come in upset and probably rightfully so, to hear what needs to be done and come up with a plan to take care it.I know that things here may not be perfect, but most things in life are not and I know sometimes a resident may have an issue that is more pressing or urgent than mine and of course their issue will get taken care first. I just encourage Marisela, Laura, Jennifer, Apple and Kaleb to keep striving and moving forward to better this community one day at a time.

    I would have loved to live here at the Jackson but I have two evictions 😔but other than that Amanda was so Amanda she helped me and my wife and was very patient n welcoming maybe once I pay it off I’ll be back for sure just because Amanda gave us the best service if you had a 10 star button she would get it

    The apartments are good, I like that there is a school and nearby shops and I like that they have swimming pools that are open and most of all I like Miss Felicia, she is a good person, she helped me with my application and explained to me what I wanted to know. Thank you Felicia.
