I am a tenant at this complex. Of course not all places are perfect but I do appreciate the workers for this property. The office staff are very friendly and understanding. I personally spoke with each of them at least once and they are all so pleasant even if it was a short conversation with a couple of them. Mae is the main one who I have spoke with most times, she is very knowledgeable and understanding I appreciate that since its hard to come by these days. Also for the maintenance team big thank you to Dre she was so very knowledgeable and kind, Frankie and Trevor also. They all are considerate of your time and need of repairs once they are in your unit. They cleaned up any mess left behind and actually trouble shot any issues needed to be fix at the time they arrived. My drain in the downstairs bathroom was just not budging no matter what I did. Dre cleared it and made sure it will stay that way no problem. They also fixed my shower head in the upstairs bathroom from leaking, and trouble shot another leak issue. Each time they come out they are super helpful so thanks to you all. Now it does take some time to get to repairs needed since they are only human and no one is perfect so thats why I gave 4 stars not 5. The workers them selfs do deserve a 5 star though. It is a old apartment complex so of course it will need some work.

Things tend to be getting better compared to a year ago. There is more transparency and more events for the community. However, maintenance response still needs work. I know more is being done to address this, but the quality of the maintenance personnel is a concern. They seem well-qualified, but sometimes they perform a quick fix without properly diagnosing the issue, leaving it unresolved. It would be beneficial to prioritize more urgent orders, if that isn’t already being done.

Moved in about a month ago and I Love My place. Mae was so helpful in making my move smooth. The new maintenance supervisor came in to take care of a few things needed in my Apt. He was very professional and very neat when working in my Apt. I highly recommend this place.

I LoVe my 3bedroom 3bath apartment home!! Very clean, very spacious, beautiful wood plank flooring thru out! Maintenance is awesome very helpful !! We also have new staff in the office great staff inside and outside!!! Axio has #Resident Events that my children live to go too! I love the area and might I say my apartment is huge and very well priced for being in the #Medical Center Area

Manager and people work in the office are nice, will to help anytime you need. Howe, they are short on staffs, my apartment need to replace the stove, they did order it pretty quick but not been install due to “short staff “. I unable to move in on move in date since they haven’t clean the apartment yet, need a deep clean even now.

I am not in a position to say anything for I am late on my bills.I have read many reviews, and all I say is! Many monthly bills that are required, I have issues such pest control, I pay monthly but no one comes to exterminate so each month there is a payment I don’t get service for. Other than that I have seen different changes with the new owner trying to improve this complex. Other than that I am happy with my apartment. One more thing I have gone to the office, called the office (no answer) so what other number is there. Mail issues, no mail even the USPS website says how many letters I am getting that day, I have yet to receive any. Not in the office or at my local post office. But as I said new owners, I understand trying to fix and fulfill what they can. Time and in due time I know It will get done, thank you IRIS for waiting on my rent.

Our apartment was great, we had tons of help from the staff with our move in and they’ve so far been pretty good about necessary repairs. Me and my wife are happy with our apartment but the actual move in wasn’t easy. We didn’t have tons of space on the street and our uhaul took up most the road, this angered residents and one even called a tow truck on us, how inconsiderate. Besides the seemingly not friendly neighbors everything seems to be going great. We’re a quite family so with the location of our apartment everything looks like it’ll be good for a long time

My friends and I love this place. Though my friend isnt looking to move in until June. The lady in the front Mae was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely lease because of her customer service.

My grandma had a broken fridge/ice maker for months! Alex F came by as soon as the new company took over and fixed it right away! She told me A few days later He saw her struggling with some grocery bags and grabbed them from her to take inside. The world could use more Alex’s thanks for hiring such a great guy that goes the extra mile when he doesn’t have to!

Mae at the front office is 100% the girl to talk to! We have lived here for a year and are transferring to a bigger apartment and she has been here since day 1! Shes a rockstar at her job and we cant wait to talk to her Everytime we go in. Its amazing how a little understanding can go a long way and she is the best at it.

I have been here for 2 years and have seen so many new maintenance but I can say that the staff they have now is excellent I put in a work order for a leak and Andrea and Alex came in and took care of the issue and were very helpful and on top of things.

I just moved into my new townhome here, YES i read all the reviews before anything. Was i a little worried? YES, but on the other hand i am a very lenient person and will do most things myself like changing a light bulb out. Yes someone literally left a bad review because they didnt get there lightbulb replaced. Anyways, i had a few minor problems when moving in like a leaking dishwasher and one side of the sink not working. Few days later maintenance came and fixed it. I have had no issues since then I am happy going on 2 months in my new home. I am really proud of all the work going into this complex because it truly is beautiful. I see everyday the maintenance out here so you cant tell me they arent doing anything. So thank you to the team here and most of all the maintenance crew i know how hard it must be to deal with everyone but yall keep going strong.

Moved in about a week ago. Like others, I was kinda second guessing myself due to the reviews. But decided to give it a go anyways. GLAD I did. I rented out a studio and for the price I pay for rent I couldnt expect the best right? Well, thats what I got. Studio was ready to move in. Not one bug, spec of mold or anything. My bathroom had flooded a lil bit last night and I thought no big deal. Got some towels and soaked it up. This morning it was the whole bathroom dang near. I went to the office and made a work order and within literally 20 mins after trash service the guys came and fixed it. Got the person out here to suck the water out my floor and everything. My pipe under my sink was a big loose. But yeah dont let the reviews clout your judgement too much. Because you rarely hear about the good experiences.

Relocated my mom here from Louisiana , and I must say the reviews had me nervous, but I gave it the benefit of doubt and i’m happy I did.Olga was amazing she was very transparent, and went above and beyond to get things done. She understood the situation with us moving from another state and she was ready with ft videos.She held packages at the office, helped move packages, and even held the apartment longer since weather caused a delay and anything else that needed to be done she is your go to.The apartments are very quiet other than the occasional dog barking.. The apartments are nothing like the reviews. The apartment is very spacious and I have no issues with rodents. I drove around and saw the courts and park open, and the pool was very clean.The only down side is that maintenance is so slow. I put in a request almost 2 weeks ago for an issue and it still hasn’t been resolved, but every time I go outside I see them riding around in their vehicles or the golf carts doing nothing.This is unacceptable. Other than this I would definitely recommend moving here and talk to Olga 😊

I will be hitting my 8th year this month. I have seen many managers come and go. I was deciding to move out this year but met our new manager by the name of Jessica and spoke some concerns on some maintenance issues and she got them taken care of..She was very polite and apologetic.I was so amazed on how she got things taken care of especially picking up right where last staff left off. If your looking for a new place ask for the manager Jessica she will make you feel right at home..She will give you great hospitality.

Ive read a lot of negative comments regarding this property, but I guess its what you make of it. I live in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom and I love it for the price and size. Yes, it is a older property, but as with any property you will have issues even if new. My electric bill has not gone over $200.00 and I moved here in July of 2013. Everything cant be blamed on the complex and staff, somethings are the tenants responsibility. I have had several issues, but I call immediately to notify them and within a day or two my issues are resolved if no parts has to be ordered. Anytime that I have called regarding AC or plumbing problems they come immediately to assess the problem, this includes calls after 10:00pm, weekends and holidays.I shopped a many of other properties and did not find anything with the price for the size of space that I have. I paid more for my previous apartment that was a newer build, had less sq. footage, many electrical/plumbing issues, and horrible parking.Dont believe everything you read, experience it yourself. If the apartments were that bad they would not have as many residents as they do. One of my neighbors has been here for over 12 years, that should say something about the property and its staff.Trust and believe, I am here because I want to be, not because I have to be!

These apartments went above and beyond to help us find our home. Even though we didn’t get it because of credit, they were quick to refer us to another apartment complex and right away we went to see it that day and got approved within a day and signed the lease! Came in today looking for a 3 bedroom for myself and my kids to finally live together in a safe neighborhood and Nicole Garza was very understanding and helpful to a single father in need of a little guidance . The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented just like I wanted and it is very clean. I love it. Cant wait to move in!! You will definitely get your moneys worth and then some at Axio.

In response to Mallory:I have lived in this community for quite some time and agree that the trash this past week has been an issue. I asked he office personnel what was going on and was informed that there had been a mix up with the waste management company. I was told it would be removed and it has been. I have personally witnessed members of both the maintenance team as well as the office staff picking up trash and trying to rectify the situation. I had an emergency where an individual was making physical threats. This guy was stalking me. The courtesy officer took the time to have another officer come out and do a police report as well as set up a schedule so that I knew my home was being monitored. I felt not only secure but also was impressed with the level of service I received. As far as the statement about the pools, I have never witnessed drug use or seen sexual activity going on. I have gotten somewhat irritated about people swimming late but it is south Texas in the summer and I know that a fence even if 10 feet high wont keep a kid from getting in the water. I really like this community and M excited about all the positive changes not only in my home and the appearance of the complex but also in the management.I see Melanie the manager in the office before 6am every morning when i walk my dog. The leasing agent that helped me (Mitchell) has been nothing short of a blessing as he got me into a home during a very crazy transition. I just went to watch the cowboys game on a big screen.My honest opinion is that every place I have ever rented has had both its pros and cons! I am so happy to have such an awesome home with such a great staff to help me out whenever I ask.I know Mallory and will say to her, why trash your place of residency!?Why not help out and become a member of the community you chose to call home.I recommend you check this place out! Youll love it.

They have a new head of Maintenance and Joe Herrera is AMAZING! I had so many issues when I moved in. I regretted it from day one, but since Shippy bought the complex everything has started turning around. Joe actually shows up when promised and fixes the issue no excuses. I have left 2 messages, I understand its Sunday but when my neighbor calls me telling me theres water coming up through the floor and I am out of town, this is very concerning. I have had to change my plans and I am on my way home now.UPDATE: I will tell you this Maintenance did respond fast once the message was passed correctly due to error with v/m. Also on top of this the new staff is very courteous.

I was viewing a different community on the same street, when I noticed the adorable brick townhomes. I drove onto the property and was met by Jackie at the office. She was quite vibrant, personable and professional. She did share with me there were a lot of renovations taking place. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me three different floorplans. I must say I was blown away. Even in the rehab esthetic phase, they were jaw dropping. I immediately fell in love and told Jackie I had to move in. I am looking forward to living here!
