I recently had the pleasure of touring this boutique property, and the leasing associate provided an outstanding experience. She dedicated about an hour to guiding me through the apartments I was interested in, as well as the amenities, demonstrating exceptional attentiveness and professionalism. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager to answer all my questions, ensuring that any concerns I had were thoroughly addressed. The apartments are very beautiful and well-maintained, and the vibrant community atmosphere and prime location create a warm and inviting environment. While I did not what I was looking rate (occupancy rate is high at 98%, and tenants typically renew their contracts), this is an exceptional property. For anyone looking for a beautifully designed home with top-tier amenities and a welcoming, professional staff, I would highly recommend The Hudson.

Living at the Hudson has been such a fantastic experience! Bryan and Taylor are absolute gems—always helpful, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making us feel at home. They’re quick to solve any issues that come up, and they plan the most fun and engaging events, which really bring the community together. It makes every day feel like a staycation!Plus, Manny is the best maintenance person you could ask for. If there’s ever a problem, he’s there to fix it in no time, always with a smile. The apartments are spotless and well-maintained, and the environment just feels so comfortable and clean. I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s truly a home, thanks to the amazing team here!

I have lived here for more than a year. The building and amenities are nice, as are the finishes and features of the apartment. The location is also excellent, with many good restaurants within walking distance and right next to Katy Trail. The management staff is friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance team who have always been responsive and do a great job. I have no complaints and enjoy living here, I highly recommend it.

I moved back to Dallas from Frisco two weeks ago and toured around 7 properties before landing in The Hudson. The experience from the moment I walked into the leasing office has been fantastic.The area, in my opinion, does not get better. There are plenty of things within walking distance including Katy Trail access a block away, Javiers a block and a half away, and Chelsea Corner just across the street.In addition, Brayan (leasing agent) has been incredibly responsive to all requests, and his hospitality skills have given me a warmth feeling from the moment I walked in. Chelsea and Taylor are pretty awesome too!Final and most importantly: Denver, the property manager has been very hands on at all times and I now understand why his team thrives so well under his leadership.If looking for a great place to live with modern finishes, excellent staff, and ideal location, look no more, The Hudson is the place to live.

We have been living at The Hudson for almost 2 years and love it!The entire leasing office staff is so nice. Rodney, Robert, and Chelsea all have taken the time to get to know us and always go above and beyond. They throw great events for the residents and are always down for a fun chat!The maintenance team is phenomenal as well! Manny and Isaiah are THE nicest and also so quick at getting things fixed. They are just a joy to be around.I highly recommend the Hudson! The building’s community, the neighborhood, and the building itself couldn’t be better!

The Leasing Agent, Chelsea was super nice. The apartment building seems very well kept. I had a really great tour overall. I ended up not taking a unit at The Hudson. The location was good, and although it’s not right on the highway, I’m looking for something a little further from 75. Also, the smell of air freshener throughout the building was a bit too strong. There was even a strong scent of it in the gym. Overall good place to check out though, if you’re looking in the area.

I lived at the Hudson for 18 months and loved it! Beautiful property with nice amenities, clean well-kept common areas, friendly staff and the perfect location. The one improvement we would have appreciated would be security cameras on the outside perimeters/back of the building and parking area. The area is known for car break ins. Otherwise, the property itself is fabulous and highly recommend!

My wife and I moved here six months ago, and have nothing but good things to say about our time at the Hudson. The building is really nice, our apartment is in great shape, and our balcony faces the pool. Lupe and Stephanie are always there whenever we have any questions, or need anything, and Ramón fixes any service request within a day.

I moved back to DFW in 2022 and toured around 15 properties before landing in The Hudson. Ive since moved on, but had an excellent experience while living there.The area, in my opinion, does not get better. There are plenty of things within walking distance including Katy Trail access a block away, Javiers a block and a half away, and Chelsea Corner just across the street. In addition, Rodney and the staff on premise are wonderful and an absolute joy to work with.Some of the more practical matters: The outdoor pool/grill area are well appropriated and an enjoyable place to host friends. I found the insulation in the place to be good and during the summer months never had an electric bill over $130 (space was ~950SF). The entertaining space on the top floor is a nice gathering spot to host people. Finally, there are between ~100-120 units in the entire building. I enjoyed living in a smaller community of neighbors vs. some of the much larger complexes Ive lived in.

This building is beautiful and well cared for, the amenities are top notch, and maintenance requests are taken care of immediately. Robert and Rodney in the leasing office go above and beyond to take care of their residents. I would highly recommend the Hudson to anyone looking to live in Knox Henderson!

The Hudson apartment complex is hands down the best in the Dallas area. The team, Rodney, Robert and Brittany are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel truly special to be here at the Hudson. The place is always clean and the décor is so fancy. I could go on and on about the pool here because it is so fantastic and the managers do a great job at putting together events for everyone to join in on. All in all the Hudson is incredibly well managed and taken care of. If you are searching around for a new apartment without a doubt put this place at the top of your list.

I loved living at The Hudson. Lupe in the leasing office was amazing! He was always so helpful and very friendly. I have lived in a lot of apartment buildings in Dallas and he has been one of the best! Ramon and Humberto in Maintenance were always quick to help with anything I needed. They were quick and efficient.The apartments are very spacious and gorgeous. The Hudson has some of the best floor plans in Dallas. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home!

Ive lived at The Hudson for two months now and I love it. My apartment is a great, spacious layout with luxury finishes and high-end appliances. The amenities are amazing - business center, lounge, pool and outdoor cook area, fitness center, dog park, and dog wash. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help with any issues that arise. Ive had to make a couple maintenance requests, and theyve responded quickly and fixed everything. I love that the apartment is small and not too crowded, but still has the amenities as if it were a large high-rise community.

Terrific building and location. The building is large enough to offer great amenities, a good gym, two community lounges, a great pool area with grills, a deck with outstanding downtown views and even a fenced in dog walk, but small enough to feel like a community.The staff and level of service is what really sets them apart, they communicate and are responsive. When things break, and they do, they respond and follow-up.The Hudson is great and was a great place to call home.

I recently moved out of Dallas, but if I ever move back, I would want to live at The Hudson again! The staff—Bear, Rachel, Juan and William—have been beyond helpful, attentive, caring and just plain lovely people to know. The building is kept-up daily and has a very high-end, clean and professional atmosphere. The gym is awesome and has everything you need for a great workout. The pool is gorgeous. The apartments are beautiful. I was out-of-town when there was an issue with security, but I have always felt safe there and have had many packages delivered without incident. With as legitimately caring as the staff is, I can’t imagine that they would not quickly resolve any issue. I truly can’t praise them enough! I moved to Dallas by myself and not knowing anyone there—I very quickly felt comfortable and ‘at home’ at The Hudson.

Loved living at The Hudson. The location is amazing and has a neighborhood feel, right by the Katy Trail. Lupe and Stephanie and rest of the team are great and very responsive. The gym has everything you need, tons of light (floor to ceiling windows), and is never over crowded. The pool gets sun all day and great for laying out. Definitely recommend!

The Hudson is always clean, it is in a fun and safe area, and the shared amenity spaces have a refreshing, professional aesthetic that make the entire building feel like my home. There is also a great community atmosphere: many residents spend their free time planning events for the apartment and getting together to relax by the pool. Issues are resolved quickly, trash rooms and stairwells are kept clean, and the exterior is up-kept well. My dog loves the dog run next to the building and I feel safe walking him around the area, the Katy Trail being so close is another huge added benefit!

Terrific building and even more amazing staff! I moved back to Dallas after being away for years. Lupe and the team were so patient and helpful in assisting me with my many questions while i tried to set something up from out of town. They helped me find the best unit for my needs and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my decision. They were also so kind and helpful during the entire application and move-in process. Made moving so easy!! The building and amenities are wonderful too. Not to mention, one of the best locations! So far, any issues have been promptly fixed by maintenance and the resident portal makes everything accessible, quick and easy! Highly recommend!

**edited review, as new management has taken necessary steps to get the building headed back towards its original 5-star level**I have lived here since the building opened. The property had a recent management change, and the transition was rocky to start (changing security measures, dirtier hallways, etc.), but after a couple months the team finally started listening to feedback and are brining back essential security features.The apartment units are WONDERFUL. The location is perfection, and besides from the all the recent construction is on a quiet block. The amenities are top-notch from the beautiful pool to the rooftop areas to the gym. Its the little things like having towels available in the gym that set this building apart!Having lived in the building since the beginning, its obvious the age of residents have shifted younger, so the pool area is definitely louder in the summers. Aside from a couple weekends of over-crowded pool parties from too many guests, the pool area is a fun and lively, yet enjoyable scene! This definitely could change as residents come and go though.I love that this building is smaller (fewer units than many of the apartments around town), giving it a bit more feel of friendly community. The previous management did a great job at making an effort to host fun events, so I hope that will continue with new management to keep a similar culture!We (along with other residents) have had a couple odd security issues, but they are now being addressed by management.Overall it has been a wonderful 2.5 years. I have referred residents in the past and will once again continue to do so, especially with recent security updates!

The complex itself is conveniently located by restaurants, shops, bars, and the Katy Trail. Dallas has (too) many apartment options and we consider ourselves lucky to have found The Hudson :)

Moved here in Dec 2019.4 months ago, the property has acquired all new staff and a new management company under Cottonwood Residential. Bear, William, Racheal, and the maintenance crew Juan, and Zeke who are mentioned in previous reviews have all since left.PROS:- Building is new- Units have good furnishings- Sky lounge with the view of the skyline is a treat- Theres a pool area with grill, and little Bonfire Pits which can be fun- Gym has all the basic equipment with the added perk of the interactive tv for guided workouts which can be fun if you like that.- Pet area is located to the side of the property- Theres a dog wash area in the garage if needed.- Luxor Locker package system is hit or miss, but overall works well in keeping packages safe and organized until I can retrieve them.- Proximity to Katy Trail and the Knox/Henderson area is great.- Lupe in the office stands out and works hard. He also has wonderful ideas for resident events which make the place seem special.CONS- Attention to detail and making the place feel welcoming is lacking.- The new company has implemented self-guided tours which really puts a disconnect on the apartment hunting process. Strange to see people giving themself a tour.- Previous cleaning crew was fantastic, current cleaning crew isnt the same. I wish the staff would walk the property more often because they are often unaware of anything that needs to be addressed.- Back alley, especially near the trash area, has broken glass and bits of trash littered. Could really use a power wash and every other day cleanup at the very least. Maintenance crew have an easy job obviously because they are usually in the trash room smoking which sometimes stinks up the hallways when it blows up the trash chute.- Pet area has needs a sanitize or spray down. It stinks pretty bad and of course we have a few lazy residents who dont like to clean up after themselves. I dont think they treat that area for bugs either because I see mosquitoes often and picked fleas off my dogs after going over there.- New management isnt sure who truly has which reserved parking spots so sometimes parking in the garage can be a cluster.- Parking garage gates are notorious for being broken so always make sure to lock your car, theres been break-ins off and on for the last year.My review has been changed a few times as things get addressed, change, and improve. Overall its nice. There are measures that the new management has taken to get back to the original 5 star review place, but its a work in progress.

The management team hosted a safety meeting and addressed everyone’s concerns. The garage gate used to stay open for about 20 seconds to let a car pass through, and by our suggestion they corrected the garage gate so now it only opens for a few seconds and then immediately closes. (I suspect that people were piggy backing to get in hence the car break ins) Also The Hudson has more security cameras than any building I have ever lived at, cameras are in all of the community areas, there’s 4 cameras in the garage, there are also cameras in all the mail rooms and every entry point to the building. I have seen the weekend security guard checking my floor, I have seen her walking around in the parking garage and she monitors the pool so that only 12 people are out there at a time because of Covid. All the doors, elevators, and stairwells are key fob access. I have lived at buildings that do have a concierge, and have had my bike stolen, my car broken into, and my amazon packages stolen. It happens at all properties, but I am glad that where I live the management team takes the residents safety as a priority and held a safety meeting for us. The leasing office does have an emergency line that goes straight to the property manager and maintenance staff, but they have always told us to call 911 if there is an emergency or if we see any suspicious activity. In the safety meeting one of the Dallas Police who monitors this area agreed with Raichel and said that the police have the fastest response time to check out a potential situation and that if we see anything, calling 911 would be the proper response. I just renewed for another year, everybody is really friendly and I have made a bunch of friends while living here. Even with Covid the property hosts virtual bingo nights, virtual trivia nights with really cool prizes you can win, and they have an in-person mask sewing class you can rsvp to each month!

This is one of best buildings I have had the pleasure of experiencing in quite some time. It is extremely well run - spotless and extremely well maintained. The staff are lovely to deal with and super responsive. Just a wonderful place to come home to after a busy day.
