First of when I first moved here I was skeptical due to the reviews but I decided that I should give it for a try myself. This review is after a year in the property. Maintenance for starters , there is nothing Jose can’t fix. The guy knows what he is doing and makes sure that you feel satisfied with the unit and doesn’t hesitate even when your being picky. Jose is the guy that helps even when it has nothing to do with his job. Property manager Reggie is very attentive to detail and very proper every single time I have an issue, he communicates and makes sure he has answered your questions and has helped me in the small time he’s been in the property. Nayeli and Key that are the the leasing office are helpful and try their best to resolve an issue. Overall can say a great team in the leasing office. The property itself has its years but for the price and in Carrollton I think is worth it. I understand it won’t be perfect all the time but the issues get resolved.

I think the apartment are good and look good inside. and staff if very helpful. Just there have been a lot of Cuban and Venezuelan people moving in. They do not respect your parking spots you paid for. Their kid jump on your cars to try to get on top of the car port metal top . And do not know how to drive. I have seen a few speed and get very close to the cars driving in front of them.

10/10!!! The Holden Apartment Team was fantastic and the experience overall was very personable. Walking into the office you can see the Team moral and how they work together to make sure all needs and request were met. Although, I ended up deciding on a different complex due to my job’s distance and convenience, they really left an outstanding impression. I would most definetly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in this area to check them out 😊

The staff at this place is absolutely incredible! I was interested in taking a tour of the property, but I wasnt quite sure about what I was looking for. However, with the assistance of Reginald, I received exceptional help. He listened to my preferences and was able to find a floor plan that perfectly matched my desires.

Had a very great and easy process when leasing here at the Holden, Nallely answered all the questions and concerns we had. These apartments are close to my kids school my job and stores, is in a very good location. Will definitely recommend living here!

I Have lived in since may 2013 and this complex has had 4/management teams of which this is by the far best in all those years. Reggie is a phenomenal manager who knows customer etiquette and also has a well articulated concept of management and is geared towards resident satisfaction and is congruent to amicable consensus of a desired success of the property function and operations

The holden Apartments have been one of the most nicest places I’ve ever lived in, I never had any issues with them before, including the staff. The employees are such good people, and are very understanding and helpful, especially this girl named Nallely, she has helped me so much and she’s a very gorgeous girl. If you ever have an issue please go with her she is wonderful!

The first apartment I lived in it was amazing. I had no problems with the unit but then I had recently transferred and my main issue is we have no AC and every time I call maintenance it’s the same thing over and over saying they’re just gonna put some Freon or they might try to fix it but then they never do thankfully since we’re coming into winter it’s not that bad, but I’m worried for when Summer comes around. The leasing office is great service. Claudia and Juanita are always trying to make sure that everything gets done in a timely manner and I personally feel like the complex is very clean and the trash gets taken out regularly and I never have any issues with trash on the ground or around the dumpsters.

I have lived at this community for going on 4 years now. I have had no issues with my years here. It is convenient to be close to our elementary school and the kids have school friends to play with often. The maintenance and office staff have always been helpful and patient in my experience. The Holden has been a great place to call home for me and my family.

These are some very nice apartments and are in a very nice location. The landscape is very well maintained and the whole complex is clean unlike others that clean only the front. The units are spacious and the walls are thick enough that you dont have to hear the neighbors. They also have covered parking spaces that are for your own use as well as parking for visitors. I recommend these apartments based on my own experience and insight. I do recommend you check them out for yourself but I know you will be satisfied. Also they are located close to many shopping centers.

The maintenance crew here is very responsive dedicated and hardworking they know how to fix the usual things from plumbing to AC electrical etc are very friendly and will let you know how soon a work order will take to complete just make sure you place your problem in the portal early enough and they will always send out someone asap. Great job guyz🥰🤩

I want to share my experience with the office staff at The Holden Apts. I went with my parents to view the apartments as to they were intrested in renting in that area. They had been hesitant in going by themselves as to they are not very fluent in english. To our surprise there was a beautiful young lady by the name of Nallely who is bilingual! My parents were so happy that there was staff there that speaks their language. Nallely treated us as family and made us feel comfortable. She answered all our questions and left no doubts in my parents. The Holden Apartments have a very valuable asset with Miss.Nallely! Do not hesitate and go check them out! Thank you Miss.Nallely for your hospitality towards my parents and myself!

Had a leak in my bathroom. I put the request in that morning. 1 hour later the maintenance man was at my door. It took him about 20 minutes to fix the problem. He cleaned up after himself. Then he informed me of what the problem was and that it was fixed.

I have found maintenance to be very helpful and friendly. Usually, they get to my apartment for maintenance concerns within 24 hours. Sometimes, they are there within a few minutes. I know each of them on a first name basis. They teach me at least one Spanish word per day. I like to joke around with them. They have a great sense of humor. I have never known them to have a situation in my apartment that they couldnt resolve in a satisfactory manner within a satisfactory time. The ladies at the office are very helpful and kind. They are very friendly.

My fiancee and I have lived here for a year and cant wait to spend more time here as we grow our family. The location is excellent with plenty of places to dine and shop. Great schools in the area and a beautiful community. Our complex stays clean with residents and staff doing their part to keep our grounds trash and dog poop-free. The staff and maintenance respond promptly to our calls and service requests. Great community at a great price!!

Let me start by saying that Marisol the assistant manager is one of the best agents I have met she is super courteous and friendly. I have live in this property for 7 months and all of it is wonderful. My apartment was upgraded, the grounds are always clean and Jose the maintenance man is amazing. They always fixed everything I asked for and didnt have any problems. The community is gated, I had my bikes without a lock and have never had a problem with robberies. They also have the option of covered parking which is a big plus. Noise is not a problem in this community, totally recommend it.

To those of you looking to move in the Carrollton Oaks Apartment complex i would like to advise you i have lived here for 6 years and can attest the management here are remarkably outstanding. i have never had an issue that tool more than two days to resolve. The maintenance men are very professional and pay attention to detail to address any issues. The complex has very effective security and there are no concerns about burglary or vehicle tampering or theft. The apartment complex operate very efficiently with much supervision. i would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable safe environment to live.

Solved: It is difficult to visit my own family for more than two nights, specially on holidays, the parking permit only allows to stay 2 nights. Property manager and leasing agents are out-going and accommodating - they go that EXTRA step to provide the best experience. Excellent customer service!! I would recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in the Carrollton area - reasonable rent and close access to George-Bush Turnpike...

This has been one of the few places that have been able to deliver on several key factors, including location, prices and the fact that we can have our dog, who is a pit, here with us.Only a few minutes from downtown Carrollton, this apartment is surrounding by numerous public parks and includes two play sets for children, onsite grilling, a soccer and tennis court and onsite workers that are here 6 days a week.My experiences have been very positive with the office staff, who are some of the hardest working people I have met and have made me feel very welcomed into the Carrollton community.

First I want to thank Nallely, since she has been there, along with the new manager, many things have changed and the attention is really incredible! I just renewed my contract, I feel calm living here! The maintenance service is very good, my air was burned, and they came to install a portable one the next day, and the other two days they installed a new one! Mr. José is very kind.
