I thank the Lord for having a place to lay my head and I think God that I have somewhere to come every day and be at peace in the hive is that place for me for the last four to five years I do recommend it to anyone and everyone that needs a roof over their head and a place that can call home the hive could be your place

These apartments are good to live in if you are one to stay to yourself,I absolutely love the staff they are working extremely hard to pick up behind the previous management that had no clue as to what they was doing Mrs.Jaqueline is a great leasing manager her and Manuel if there is any question are problems those are the 2 go too they will get the job done,cant forget about the assistant manager her name is Carla, I have only met her a hand full of times but she is very knowledgeable and soft spoken,Mrs Claudia is the manager she a little ruff around the edges but that because she takes her job serious and last but not less the maintenance workers are super sweet it might seem like there behind but that just because of all the past mistakes they have to clean up from past management,

I normally dont leave reviews, but had to recognize a team member at this property. A lady name Daniella toured me around the property and showed me an apartment for my family & myself. She had a kind greeting, was very detailed & had amazing customer service! Definitely looking forward to coming back and leasing when my current lease expires.

We lived here for 2 years but moved last year. We’ve only ever had two problems. No enough parking and 1 issue that wasn’t fixed. The parking wasn’t that bad and a lot of issues we had actually got fixed. But about a month or two before we moved out the ceiling (right were the light is) started caving in. It was water damage from this bad storms there were. It was leaking for about a month also but they do their 6 month pest control and they gave us our deposit back. Which we weren’t expecting since we left a good mess since we had kids. I know it’s called the hive now but if it’s as good as it was then I’d highly recommend. Looking to move again and might actually come back!

I Ralph Puentes of the hives apartment I have been a resident for five years. I need not to say that I am happy living here. and the employees in the office and Ill maintenance man are very good or should I say nice to the residence. And do finds the time to ask him questions about what they feel needs to be done to help the Hive Apartments. Me as a resident find it very important for the staff of this unit to correspond with residence. myself as a resident find it very important to help them as well. In the long run we do need each other to help this place look nice. And they are doing a very good job and what theyre doing. And at the same time it should make them feel good go home knowing they did a good days work. And for Mrs Hicks she should be proud of herself she has done a big accomplishment. Because it starts with her and goes down there chain of command. I would like to say thank you to the staff at the Hives Apartment

This apartment community has great customer service. I stopped by to inquire about availability and I was immediately greeted and felt welcome. The community was clean, well kept and fairly quiet. Daniella was able to answer all of my questions and advise me on their requirements. This is a place I’d recommend just from their professionalism.

I recently inquired about an apartment and spoke to Daniella. She was so professional and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the property and local amenities in the area.
