Living at the Hedge Apartments has been a joy to my life. The location is perfect. I am able to travel with ease because two major Highways (183 /I 35). Downtown is easily 15 minutes away even during traffic. The staff in the office have always been very helpful with any situations. I would recommend the Hedge Apartments.

I currently live at hedge apartments i just renovated my contract for another year. I love it here it’s not too far from the city , close commute to my job. It’s very peaceful & safe that’s what I enjoy. All the staff are super nice & friendly. Everything is super great here. Highly recommend to lease at hedge.

Ive been living here since 2023. I really feel better now that the right management is in charge. Kapil is great and help me apply and get income housing which as help me tremendous. Plus I love that Im five minutes away from work. The gym facility is nice and there pool is great in the summer.

The whole process was super smooth and the staff there were extremely welcoming and friendly talked to me through the tour of the ends and outs and complex background and changes and the upgrades… I also experienced and saw the upgrades in the units we toured. They were clean upgraded appliances and AC units. The gym was decent and very clean. They also have a Karaoke community room which is super cool. Complex is quite at night no problems at all. Neighbors so far are friendly and welcoming.they have easily accessible visitors parking with a website to easily access to register the vehicle and plenty of parking. Thank you all “OFFICE STAF” for welcoming me

Leaving a review in regards to maintenance. Daniel helped me out big time today. I’ve been having way too many roaches in my apartment considering I try to clean it once a week. I figured it was a problem with caulking and that it was. Daniel was very kind and even pulled out my fridge & oven to caulk behind there. He also let me lay my roach traps behind there as well. Pest control came promptly after and helped me out greatly as well. Thank you Hedge team Daniel and Pest control guy I forgot to get his name.

The Hedge has a very lovely pool area and the Staff are actually Super freaking cool and helpful to assisting the residents as much as can with any situation that involves the Hedge. Richard management goes above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Theres a gym here that is so Zen to me its unbelievable. Dont miss out on the karaoke room as well.

The staff is very friendly and communicate well. Maintenance calls are also taken care of in a timely manner. 24 hour round clock maintenance as well. Theres even a restaurant connected to the property called la marea and a small dog park.

Shoutout to Josh! I took a tour with my dad and our experience with Josh was exceptional. We were greeted immediately as we walked into the lobby and throughout the tour he had a great attitude which was genuine and not “salesmen-like”. He even offered us free refreshments. Textbook customer service in my opinion. The apartments themselves were also very nice, everything was recently renovated so cabinetry and appliances looked solid.

After several attempts of tolerating unprofessional receptionists that don’t know how phones work, I wasn’t looking forward to living in Austin (I just moved from NY). Then I walked in the Hedge and was greeted with big smiles from Liz. She explained everything I needed to know and was patient with my questions and her attention to detail was a relief. Then she shows me the gym with free-weights and a karaoke room free on weekdays. Sold. Amanda and Holly are always welcoming and helpful at any turn. Sold. And Geronimo’s name is Geronimo, that’s enough for me he’s cool. Sold. I was called back to be approved the next day and I couldn’t be happier. Other places took two weeks to still have no results. Liz and Amanda kept in contact throughout the signing process. They showed me the billing process couple times to be clear but I’ll be back just to ask them dumb questions they are so friendly. Grateful I had a professional and welcoming experience to my new home at the Hedge.

I am so happy that I found these apartments and I owe it to the property manager Claudia Lozano! Looking at the pictures online was decent but when I met with Claudia in person, she gave me a fantastic experience! I am done looking for apartments for my new home because I already found my new home now! I am just praying that April comes up really fast so I can move in already because these apartments are still getting built though. I recommend these apartments because of the setting and definitely the price. I am looking forward to working with Claudia from here on out and if I could give Claudia more than five stars, I would absolutely do it! The Hedge Apartments is number 1 and will always will be especially the salary I have as a security officer.

Im giving them a 4 star review because the manager, Vickie, was really awesome to work with. I cant speak for the property itself (other than the fact that the interiors of the units are nice) because of the renovations which are in process.This is a property that is still under construction, and not to mention its under construction during a pandemic. Once it became evident that construction was being indefinitely delayed (its my understanding that theyre expecting to be up and running in April at this point), Vickie immediately offered me a unit in one of their sister properties. The transition from The Hedge to Rare Apartments was seamless and handled very professionally by Vickie and the management staff at Rare.I wish the staff at The Hedge all the best and look forward to seeing what they do with this property (which has a lot of potential, Id like to point that out) once the construction and renovation processes are completed.

Very appreciative of the fast and kind response of Claudia. I will admit the apartments are VERY far from done, but if your arent satisfied you can always get your security deposit back. If the place ends up looking like the options online ( I went for the studio sage option) then these are some of the most affordable apartments in Austin if you just want the bare essentials.You get to live near the heart of Austin and experience the city to the full. 😇

I know how frustrating it is to be told one thing and get completely the opposite. I try to practice patients and understanding . For my own well being. And to be honest this practice has given me a much happier life. I’m Thankful for all my blessings. Things could be way worse. I applied for my apartment and also was given a few different move in dates. Totally understand. If you have ever built a house. You would know it never is done in time . So moving in. I looked around and said to myself. Yeah right. 2!weeks. Knowing this i still decided this is my new home. I can handle a little construction and maybe learn a few things along the way. As well as the people I have met. I absolutely hands down think Marie and the other ladies in the office deserve a gold star. They are under the pressure big time. All day everyday. And they did not offer me a dime to write a post. Once all of this is done. Those ladies should get a huge bonus. Because without them. There would be no Hedge. I am here. And I love it. It’s cozy affordable New!! And I feel safe. So Thank you ladies for all that. You do . To find a new apartment in atx that’s affordable is impossible. I actually feel lucky .. xoxo #bhappy

I’m giving my experience so far 4/5 because Vicky has been super helpful, kind, and fair.There’s currently construction at the building, but it’s starting to come together! And the inside of the units are very nice. It will be a great place to live once fully completed!Also, there’s a nice park down the street that just opened. Overall, a work in progress but worth it.

Im actually the first tenant to move in here on july 1 2020. and YES - that was DEFINITELY too early bc there were several minor inconveniences that were not being handled. imo - the biggest issue is its too soon for them to be allowing people to move in.the apts were declared uninhabitable by the city of austin and we were originally told jan 1 was the move back in date. now that the date has been pushed back to april - that tells me they are truly allowing for the proper amount of time needed to make sure everything is really ready for occupancy.vicky is really nice and accommodating and im DEFINITELY coming back home as soon as i get the greenlight!ps: for those considering living here in april - i BET you given the problems the complex has had to date, and the fact that they are in pre-leasing phase - i bet good money the mgmt is open to cutting some deals in terms of rent discounts or extra amenities, etc. #lemonstolemonade
