    They give you the apartment in pretty bad shape. Dirty and things missing or broken. But as soon as you do the work orders they work fast and replaced everything new. Happy

    I am so satisfied with the services l got from the staff mostly Blanca and Alma as a new resident. They are so understanding and ready to help out with whatever that causes discomfort to the resident, full of smiles always. I appreciate both of you for your kind gesture.     The apartment is good, they work with you at all times. The maintenance department is on point, they don’t waste time with your schedule work. Blanca is good at what she does, she is very helpful and always ready to listen and find a solution to your problem. I will recommend this place as a great place to live

    To who it may concern,We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now, the place Is great and they have wonderful and welcoming staff and they are always ready to help. The only few issues we’ve had so far is about cockroaches , they sent pest control to take care of it and it’s been reducing now, another issue was about my car which I parked backwards was towed, not knowing there is a law that’s prohibits that but with the help of the staff, we are able to go get it back for free.Hope you find this information helpful.     Blanca and the staff are wonderful person kind and very helpful lady. She made moving into the apartment really easy.I have a serious problem with my apartment since I moved in July 27th 2024. I cant in good faith post pictures like that here.Blanca, has refused to fix the problems. If anyone from the company can contact me then I would send the pictures to the office.I sent Blanca an email informing her that if the problems are not fixed by September 30th I will have no choice but call the state.Mold on the wall, cabinet not fix. I came to the office today to meet with you Blanca told me you are not in the property. I dont feel like adding pictures here. But I believed you are the lady I saw showing the property to some family toad.

    The few times Ive needed maintenance its been great. Cristobal the AC guy was very prompt and helpful, its not complicated yet but only because he had to order some parts, Im confident it will be working like new soon.

    Ive been here at the residence for over 3 years now and just renewed for 1 more year. Moving from a home to a Apartment I surely had to adjust but the staff and management team has done a phenomenal job. They have helped me a lot over the years and I cant thank them enough. Any concerns or maintenance issues is taken care of right away. They have worked with me on any issues that may arise and do what they can to make sure its handled and taken cared of. If you choose to make Hawthorne your new home you wont be disappointed. Blanca and Perla and management will surely take care of you.

    This is a very beautiful and peaceful apartment in the area, when you are looking for a better place to stay, this is a place to called HOME…I didn’t meant to leave but my work is not in Houston so I decided to moved close to my work place…The staff member are so friendly especially BIANCA she’s such a sweet lady always makes things easier for me when ever I have issues, am surely gonna miss her laugh….😁😁😀 ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️

    Contrary to what i have read on this review platform so far, i believe many people just used one circumstance to generalize the overall performance of the staff ,the beauty and calmness of this great place.I love the staff, they are patient, hardworking, friendly and always ready to respond to your issues anytime of the day. Particularly, Rosa is very kind, softhearted and welcoming. She is one of the few people you can deal with on daily basics and never let their emotions to rule them She will do her best to assist you and has been very consistent over the years. Lastly, my overall assessment of this apartment is 99.9% and i recommend it to everyone looking for a cool and violent free place to stay. DJ.

    Where to start? I’ve recently moved her and I LOVE IT! The maintenance is AMAZING the staff is TRULY THE MOST FRIENDLIEST AND HELPFUL I’ve ever dealt with. I recently had an issue with my sink and they maintenance crew came to repair my facet. They took the time to explain to me the cause of the issue and also how to prevent it. Like seriously WHO DOES THAT? 😃 I would like to recommend this Apartments to anyone who have a family and want a safe place to come home to. Thanks to the office staff that made the whole process easy and fast for any issue I ever have! I wish all the apartments where and had staff as they have here at the Hawthorne Apts! Thanks Ladies You All Rock! 👍

    Great place to live, manager and staff always on point. The community itself is just very respectful and friendly. Great place to live if you have a family. The only thing that sucks is the parking but if you pay for your spot you won’t ever have a problem. You can also always go and ask for a parking permit just to be sure in case you have visitors staying over.

    It is a very nice, quiet, clean and conveniently located multi family community tucked away near the West Park Tollway. The best part is the community oriented activities established by the new management team. There are activities for everyone of all ages. Management has welcomed various community outreach programs such as the food bank, children vaccination site and senior citizen activities. Deep, the manager, Blanca and Perla who are the leasing agents has always been friendly and helpful to myself and fellow neighbors. There is security on property so you feel safe. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. There is frequent lawn maintenance. This is a great apartment community. Come check it out for yourself.

    I’ve been here for two years now and I have no reason to complain of anything, the maintenance personnel are always on time to attend to any issues, the apartment office is always there to address any issues on time.

    Seems like everyone only writes reviews when they are upset. Like everyplace, there are rules and policies to follow. The staff is always trying to help their residents and yes, sometimes we dont get it our way but is not fair that we dont say that they help us as much as they can. They also have to follow rules. To me they are doing their job and Im happy living here.

    I had misplaced my bunch of keys in the metro, and then I turned to the management office of the Hawthorne Apartments complex, they found me emergency keys in order to be able to open and my house, and my mailbox. Curiously, while I thought I had returned the keys to them that they had inadvertently fallen on the ground... for 3 days we had no follow-up, and I insisted on barking them returned the keys. This Saturday morning, I was very happy to learn that they had found my keys. And I take this platform to congratulate their true worth, their professionalism, their ability to listen very attentively to their residents. Big Kudos guys!!!MauriceUnit 2210

    This apartment Complex Is amazing ! They have the Gatewise system which makes it Much easier for all residents. Maintanance awesome always try to take care of all issues ASAP!!!!     I have lived here since 2019 and they are always prompt to respond to your need or request. Even though the management changed but the people or staff are so good and very hands on.     I like Hawthorne Apartments, quiet and nice place to live. The maintenance crew are awesome. However, the management dont listen at all, they keep repeating the same thing I have complained severally. Firstly, the management just shut water off without sending out notification. It after they have shut the water off that they will send out a message. I have come out of the shower with soap on me few times with no water to rinse the soap off, very frustrating. Secondly, the dumpsters on weekends is a complete mess, trash everywhere.
