From my experience so far from the new owners and staff are very respectful outgoing and helpful. They make me feel excited to pick them for my new apartment, and a certain staff member christina from the front office has been so helpful and understandind.

Ms.Christina was a great tour lady she showed me everything she made sure I was informed. On every single aspect of the apt i was scared of the recent reviews but she informed me that they just bought the apartment an it’s improving which I seen an will becoming a resident in the near future

We had a rough time getting situated but the leasing office helped us out wayyyyy more than what i thought they would. The women in the office actually explain to you what’s going on and actually listen to your problems!!

I have lived at this complex since 2021. A New management company is finally here. The now Griffin Apartments is wonderful. The office staff is pleasant and welcoming. They put all their efforts into correcting situations left by old management. I finally have a working AC. YAY They even provided an inhouse unit while they were waiting for parts. Maintenance is great. They respond same day and actually fix the problem. I do not have any bugs and love my apartment. This new management company and office staff really made a difference here. I would recommend to anyone. I wont be moving for a long time.

Honestly, since this new management team has taken over, the property has looked a lot better. I can say as a 4 year resident here, I am pleased with what I am seeing. Good Job !!!!!

I moved in and everything went smoothly. Friendly staff! Nice apartment with upgrades. Quiet community
