    New management and ownership have done a great job at turning this property around. The money they have put into this property has done wonders. They have added great amenities and added extra safety items like cameras throughout, new lighting throughout and security 24/7.

    Monday night around 9:30PM, our power went out in the apartments due to a failed transformer. Our property manager Ms. Sonya responded promptly as soon as she was aware of the situation. Not only did she stay on the property with us, Ms. Sonya and management also kept us informed with emails that provided updates on the failed transformer. Ms. Sonya also made a unit (Apt. 44) accessible for ALL residents that provided AC, electricity (to charge our electronic devices), water, Gatorade, fruits, pizza and popsicles for our babies to enjoy. Ms. Sonya also left the pool open during business hours for us to cool off in as well. Our kids really enjoyed that.

    Sonya W.!!!!! The reason I ultimately chose The Selena. She give that extra care, consideration that not every one possesses. I know it’s new management and they need a moment to get it together but customer service is something either you got it or you don’t. Sonya got it!!!! Thank you a billion times for everything!No lie. Some of the employees will turn you off and stress you out. But hopefully you won’t let that deter you because there’s always those few apples that spoil the bunch.With their great prices and spacious apartments it’s worth it to apply. I’m thankfully I got approved. With some stipulations. I’m happy and loving my new apartment and can’t wait to qualify for something larger!!!

    The whole office personal are very help, very kind, polite and super super friendly. They have really made me feel at home. Ive never seen or met any other apartments personal like the ones here. I dont know how else to express my feels and thoughts except they are one of a kind. Oh and maintenance personal are just as great as all others. Thanks to the Lord I made the Graham my new home. Love you all

    My family and I are interested in being tenants and the staff has been spectacular. They have been extremely helpful, professional and friendly in every instance. Especially Alisha, who has helped us every step of the way and has kept us updated daily on our application. Not only has she made us feel welcomed from day one, but she has been a deciding factor in selecting this location. Great staff is a rare commodity.The facilities and grounds are very well kept and the unit we are interested in, which has recently been updated, looks great. My family and I are looking forward to moving in and becoming a part of this community. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a new residence.

    The new staff has been so great to my babies and I. I do want commend Karen and her team for making things much better since they have been here. Lots of improvements and effort to want to fulfill to the residents needs( myself included). Being that my experience wasn’t so great at first I’m one happy resident now. Thank you all! I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone in need of a new place or fresh start and convenience. Karen and the the team definitely deserve a raise or bonus 🤗

    Brandon is by far the best leasing agent i have came in contact with. He has been so awesome to me in this process. He has made things so simple and smooth for me in this time.     The staff is very welcoming and helpful andMs.Tonya is awesome !!! & she definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and are aware of anything that you may need. With the misfortune and everything that went on with the recent winter storm they are still able to accommodate their tenants by working really hard to make sure that everything is running smoothly and that everyone is happy I appreciate the hard and I love my apt so far so good

    Ive been living at The Graham for three months now and I love it. Their newly renovated apartments make my last apartment look like a homeless shelter. Its very calm and quiet when I come home from work. The employees are friendly and very sympathetic so if youre having issues, they are quick to solve it. Theres never any issues with other residents. Its simply a lovely place to live.

    I have been living here for almost 7 months. The only issue I had before was with the past management team, along with other minor issues here and there. I went to re-sign my lease yesterday. The new management staff is SO much better than the one before. They were very polite and helpful. It looks like they are really serious in making these apartments so much better, along with providing great customer service. So because of that, shout out to Cessly, Matilda, and Krys who are doing a great job so far.

    Outstanding Administrative Team onsite! Very much an improvement from previous admins, very attentive to your individual needs to improve your living experience. Ms. Sonya has walked a many evenings addressing various as well as the lady in the front office. Just what we’ve needed as tenants. They may have earned that 5th star by the time I need to renew.

    Intially showing me the apartment Brandon was VERY helpful ! if your looking to Rent he is Definitely your guy ! Been here 3 weeks and although the rocky start due to renovations , anytime there was an inconvenience “Office Worker/ Receptionist “ Brandon was Amazing , he definitely took into account any concerns i had regarding the property he informed me about all the positive changes within the property and staff . rather its my maintenance orders or just simple questions . Definitely Brought New Light to the Property ! & so far im loving my new home !

    I moved in about a month ago I had a few issues with roaches and my hot water in my tub was not working properly. I put in a work order and they got it all fixed right away they did preventative maintenance to make sure the bugs didn’t come back and Matthew is amazing he told me exactly what I needed to do and made sure they stayed up on things for me. I’m so happy with the service.

    Current resident started about 3 months ago. The thing i love the most is that they do keep cleaning the pools when they can (because due to weather mostly). The apartment itself has been good and cozy. Requests made are done within a week since placed.

    We were in search of a community that would give us safety and comfort as well mas being cost effective. We found it here at The Graham Apartments. The people on The Graham Team are responsive and knowledgeable and friendly polite people. The property offers play areas and B-B-Que areas as well as pools. We have had nothing but good things in relation to this property and team other than great things. Very happy we found this property and the helpful staff here. Looking forward to living here now and in the future.

    Stayed in these apartments while in Houston and I must say it was a great and friendly experience! Nice, clean apartments and the staff was amazing. I was tended to by Aaron S. and he brought it all together with his outstanding customer service and his extreme professionalism. I left satisfied and would definitely stay again so long as Aaron is still with the company. Thank you Aaron!!

    Alisha was a breath of fresh air and she made us feel welcome with her warm and fuzzy personality. She gave us all the details of the apartment rental. She caused us to want to rent here.Matthew inside the office encouraged us to take advantage of the move-in-special and save money by moving in earlier than we were anticipating. He too was warm and friendly.

    Donald, Keisha and the other young black lady (sorry but I forgot her name) are incredible! They make every visit to the office fun. I like their professionalism about getting things done while at the same time not being too uptight or too personal. Thanks guys! Love it here!

    I moved here out of state and can I say more the staff is “wonderful” and friendly beyond measures. I feel that they are working hard to make the living situations better. In time. Again the staff make you feel you are someone instead of a number. I’m a satisfied customer.

    I love these apartments, Matthew Perez, works in the leasing office. He’s very attentive of his potential tenants and very helpful. He’s willing to answer any and every question you may have, he’s the only leasing agent I have met in any apartment complex that will not be satisfied until he KNOWS his tenant(s) are satisfied. Very professional. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments if it wasn’t for him.

    I LOVE THESE APARTMENTS! The office staff are committed to being transparent, informal and making customer service their number one priority. Lulu and Celeste are awesome, you are able to voice your concern and see a result. And yes I am a current resident.

    I have been here a year. I havent had any issues as of yet but you cant blame the apartment for the actions of others. Things are pretty quiet for us. I love Celeste she is cool and is always smiling and she always seems to be in a good mood. Things have really turned around over here. I like it here

    Lovely apartments! I move in Monday and cant wait!!! Krys is the REAL MVP!❤️❤️❤️Update: Ive been here about a month now.Ive had to call to get things fixed, they get fixed within 3 days.I love my apartment.. crime is everywhere! Its not just these apartments they arent that bad honestly... they care about you and how you feel they make sure your complaints get handled properly. I just wanna say thanks kyrs & Matilda everything yall done for me since I been here and for handling my complaints. I like it here so far

    UPDATE: My wife received a call from management after this post and the office has really gone over and beyond to try to fix the situation. Although we still wont be moving in due to us signing on a lease for a different apartment, we really appreciated the effort. Thank you Sessly.Was looking to move in over this past wkend but didnt. The girl who was suppose to have everything ready (Matilda) was out and everyone else acted like they didnt have a clue about our move and was unable (unwilling) to help. The apartment that they tried to give us was next to about six other units with boarded up windows and smashed out glass everywhere. When my wife and I tried to see if they can give a different unit, we got the cold shoulder and NO ONE would help us or return our calls. The model they show is nice as well as the front of the apartments but the office is NOT helpful and the units in the middle and end are HORRIBLE. So glad we did not make the mistake of moving in!

    I love the village at Uvalde apartments I have been here 7 years and this is the best staff yet!!! I love to see the smiling faces when I walk into the office they really take the time to fix things. And finally they fixed the outside lighting.     Very friendly staff! Aaron Solis gave me a tour of community. He is very knowledgable of community and area. Aaron knew exactly what I needed. He had all the answers to my questions! Definitely choosing The Graham as my next new home!!

    Cessly is an amazing manager! She goes above and beyond to ensure that residents are satisfied as much as it depends on her. She is warm-hearted, compassionate, and works diligently to get problems rectified. I absolutely adore her!Krisalyn is extremely helpful. She acknowledges everyone in her presence and takes the necessary steps to ensure they are taken care of in a timely manner.Manuel is a great guy! He will assist residents outside of work hours if necessary. He even goes the extra mile by assisting with personal emergencies, i.e, flat tires, dead car batteries, etc.Darryl is always happy to assist with maintenance issues as well.

    Im a brand new resident and ive been on the grounds since 8am and i absolutely love what im experiencing thus far. I had a small window issue upon move in that was taking care of on the spot. I was homeless for 5yrs until I met Ms. Tanya. God gets the glory of course but human being wise Ms. Tanya has single handedly turned my life around. This is actually my second time living here so they must be doing something right and on a very consistent basis cause people dont RETURN to bad living circumstances. Different strokes for different folks, to each its on, etc etc..IM HAPPY

    I have been at Village at Uvalde for 11 yrs. During this time it has been total chaos. Horrible management, robbing,murders, break ins and terrible maintenance. Dumpsters overflowing. Hot water off and on, roaches out of control and always being told about being locked out of your unit. Im critical care and ac unit working sometimes. Am on oxygen 24 hr a day. Have experienced 4different owners in 5 yrs. Last one welded allaccess gates shut including exit facing my unit and put razorwirearound the property like we are a bunch of animals. One way in and way out. Access gate seldom working. Only to file bankruptcy. Now the property is owned by the Lindt Corp. And the are going a great job. Have upgraded all the new lease renewals and to be honest Im ok with the rent increase. I now have wood floors, upgraded electrical outlets new lightening fixtures. The out side of the buildings have been painted brick red and I think it looks great. Office people are friendly and polite and solve maintenance request quickly as possible. I have 2favorites n the office Chris and Janet. They make sure things stay good in my unit. For the first time in years Im happy living at Village at Uvalde
