    Ive lived here for a few months now. Its very quiet. The buildings could definitely use some TLC but for the price in this area and the size of apartment its fine. Every time Ive gone into the office or needed maintenance, theyve been polite, nice, and quick. When I first moved in, I ran into the tow truck guy, and he was very nice and helpful. Pointed out the many signs on the fence that tell u how to get a 24 hour visitors parking pass.

    I have a review for these apartments. I lived here for 4 years. I would not have stayed here if it was unsafe or bad apartments. I did not have a roach problem and I have had 2 different apartments here. I lived in #203 and it was the best spot in the complex. I do have to say that the air conditioning is awesome there! I have moved because I’m trying to buy a house. I have NO complaints on The Glen, the new management is great as well. I also become friends with the maintenance and we love and miss them. I hope others see this review, I have memories and good people are at The Glen!

    Talk about great service! The crew here at The Glen always takes care of their residents. The office staff is very friendly and have a very open door policy. The maintenance team is awesome, especially Amir. Here’s always there for his residents no matter what time of day. If you’re looking for a maintenance man who will always put his residents first, The Glen is the place to be! Thank you guys for all of your hard work and dedication to your residents!

    Been here 6 years and i am renewing next month. I have had very few issues with my apt But when i do the maintenance guys are awesome!! Otis usually does my work orders and this guy is great! Always smiling and always just fixes the problem No ill get to it another day like when i lived in dallas but right then. I dont hesitate to call any problems in because they will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Im very comfortable here and dont plan on moving anytime soon!!

    I have lived at the Glen for about 6 months now and I have nothing bad to say about it. Our toilet flooded a little and people were here to fix it in 5 minutes. While they were here they fixed a few things they saw wrong and told us everything was good to go. As for management They are beyond helpful with all our needs they really treat us like friends. Everytime we go to the office its a great experience! Chris always helps my boyfriend and I feel comfortable where we live and always asks if there is anything he can help us with to make our living experience is the best it can be. They actually do such a good job I wanted to show appreciation and let everyone know things have really turned around here. If youre looking for a quite place to stay the Glen is a great place

    Old buildings. Kept up well by the maintenance guys. If theres an issue theyre on it. Couple of troublesome neighbors needed to be taken care of. It was only a matter of time before they were evicted. And they were. So as far as community goes, its improving. Lots of kids playing at the park, its nice to see, shows you the place is safe for families. Dogs are handled by their owners well, and if theyre not, management is on top of it. The gate is annoying, but it deters some unwanted people. If a criminal was determined, its real easy to get around, but it would definitely slow them down.

    Ive been apartment hunting for about 3 months. I spoke with Miss Kitty and I loved her personality and willingness to help me. She was unable to provide me with an apartment around my due date and certain amenities that I wanted but she did refer me to a few other places and I really appreciated that. Thanks so much and keep up the good work! 😊

    I have lived here for about 6 months and so far I have not had any kind of problem. Nothing in my apartment has broken or ceased to work in any way. My upstairs neighbors can be kind of noisy but youre going to have that problem in any apartment complex. My only real complaint is that the main pool is closed more often than it is open, and the other pool is basically never open. No fun having to go to another apartment complex to swim during the summer.Also, the people complaining about their electric bill must waste a bunch of electricity. I use green mountain energy, which is fairly expensive comparatively, and my highest electric bill has been $120.

    I have lived here for 4 years when it was Hampton bay. I havent had any real issues other than a broken gate lol but what I love is the maintenance staff! Particularly Otis. Hes always polite and knowledgeable and never made me wait when hes on call. Ive never really seen this in previous apts. He has been to my apt for anything such as ac or busted pipe and he never leaves until the work is finished! Keep up the good work gentleman!!

    The new management team has been fantastic as well as the new maintenance team. They resond very quickly to emails and maintenance requests. Ive just celebrated 5 years here at The Glen.

    I have great neighbors that kind of just mind their own business. I never worry about packages and I feel very safe. The staff are always very informational and sweet.

    The Glen has an amazing staff, they are warm, welcoming and professional! I love that they are a gated complex. The only issues that we ever had was our upstairs neighbor being to loud, but that comes with living in an apartment. 😊

    Amir is always on time when needed. Always knocks on the door with a smile on his face. Along side with always making speedy repairs, his work area is always clean and he never leaves a mess behind. The office crew is also very attentative and helpful when needed.

    I really appreciate living here. My neighbors are nice. Anytime I needed something fixed it was taken care of. The office staff has been very courteous and treats us well.

    I think its a great place to stay...we great people here...my kids love the outdoors here... maintenance has really step there game up...we have wonderful staff of people in our office...very friendly and great attitudes....

    Called to see if this apartment complex worked with broken leases (if they are second chance.) The leasing agent I spoke to was very kind and informed me they do not but gave me a few names of apartments in the area that do offer second chance leasing. Very helpful!

    The staff is great! I loved staying here when I did stay here. The staff was very helpful and apartments very affordable. My only complaint is the apartments are old but not the fault of the staff.

    I love the park, the area it’s in and the fact it’s close to my baby school so she can ride the bus home from school and I won’t have to worry about leaving work early to get her
