    This place is gorgeous! I had one of the best experiences touring this past week with Jesus.The amenities are top notch. I couldnt believe they had an indoor and outdoor theater!     Are you looking for an upscale apartment All your own and you need something to call home. This is definitely the place to go. They can accommodate for all of your needs. The safety of this place is impeccable. From a community theater only for its residents and the lounge side pool is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention the beautiful stainless steel grills. They have, and thats only the outside inside. You have beautiful marble counters, beautiful floors, washer and dryer in every unit, and your own private water heater ( Which means no sharing your hot water!) Jesus is very professional and loves to get to your level and really make you fit right in. You want a good bang for your buck? Come right here. You have so many restaurants and convenient stores right here.On this corner, you wont even need a car to drive around.You have everything from the world of beers to seventy eleven and the best restaurants around. I came to view this place a few days ago to see what it was about and they really live it up in this place!

Autumn told us about various resources we could use around Fort Worth for our move-in as well as spots to go with our dog. The George is beautiful and Iā€™m so happy we decided on this apartment complex. Everyone has been so friendly and kind, we really like all the staff here! Since moving in we always go see Autumn to say hello and just absolutely love her! I would recommend everyone to go to her and move into The George!

Autumn was our main contact and showed us around for our induction she helped us with our lease and truly canā€™t tell you how much she helped us and made the whole experience easy, nothing was too much hassle!     Update: after 2.5 amazing years we finally moved out to move back to our home country. The George has been nothing but amazing from beginning to the end. The maintenance crew is so efficient, they sometimes come within 2 hrs of us putting up a maintenance request. I dare you to find another place that does the same! The property is painstakingly cleaned every day to ensure every corner is pristine. Every staff on the leasing team go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. We will miss this place!My family and I have just moved into The George from overseas, and the team here has made this an amazing experience.From the time we made an enquiry till now, every email has been replied promptly by every single team member. Evelyn even gave us a video tour of the property because we were overseas. Chris also went above and beyond to help us check if certain units were available.Moving in was a breeze! Ginger has been most helpful in getting us settled in, answering all our queries with a big smile on her face.The property is amazing - clean, quiet and safe. The apartment is beautifully designed and fitted with top notch appliances to help you feel right at home.     We are grateful to be living at the George - hands down the best property in Fort Worth. We worked closely with Hannah Springer when we visited the property and she showed us multiple units to ensure we found our best fit. The staff are responsive, communicate well, and are great people. Walking around the property, you will immediately see how beautiful the amenities are, but it also was nice to see how friendly everyone was. The neighborhood is safe and steps away from wonderful places to eat, shop, and more. We hope to stay here for years to come.

    The George is a great place to live! Location is awesome- right in ClearFork with access to all the great shops and restaurants. Most importantly the team at the George makes everything easy and goes above and beyond! This makes all the difference! Hannah Springer welcomed us as new residents walking us through the process with ease and she has been there for us ever since. She responds immediately if there is anything we need. Hannah takes a personal interest in the tenants. We are away quite a bit and Hannah is great when we need help with apartment access or deliveries when we are not here. She and Chris and the rest of the team are very nice, professional and always looking to help! When we ask for anything, it is taken care of immediately. They they are always smiling !

    The George offers exquisite luxury apartments with exceptional customer service. As an out of state resident, I recently moved to Texas because of a life-threatening situation with a loved one. On my first visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Autumn. She politely listened to my concerns and showed me a beautiful apartment that I instantly fell in love with! Autumn made the process simple and was so accommodating to my needs. She has amazing interpersonal skills. She has a very special ability to put herself into someone elseā€™s shoes and understand where they are coming from. Her leadership and sense of knowledge is admirable. What really impressed me most of all is her genuine and sincere kindness. When I first moved in, I was welcomed by a gracious surprise gift from Autumn waiting for me in the apartment.Autumn is a gem! I canā€™t thank her enough making the process seamless, with gentle timeline reminders which I appreciated; and she made sure every package was safely secured in my new apartment while I was out of state. Nick was extremely helpful taking my many calls and answering all my questions. He even tracked down packages and walked them up to my 6th floor apartment! Thank you Nick! Maintenance responds very quickly and even cleans up if necessary. Look no further, The George is a very comfortable, quiet place to live, and youā€™ll take comfort knowing the rental team truly does care about you and your wellness.

    Mark GMy wife and I moved to Texas several weeks ago. Hannah gave us a tour of the facilities. Some of the amenities that are offered such as the pool, fitness room, and the media center are second to none. Hannah was also a great help in assisting us in obtaining utilities and internet services. In the process of moving in, Autumn another management team member was instrumental in coordinating the Pods drop off and providing access to the loading dock. Her assistance made the moving in process allot easier. The management team is always available to help you with any concerns. They will go out of their way to make living at The George a pleasant and rewarding experience. In addition, the George is extremely well maintained and the residents are always looking to help you adjust to your new surroundings.

    Absolutely love the front desk here. Theyā€™re super helpful and friendly. Jesus once helped me look for a lost package by searching over an hour for it, and you really donā€™t see that kind of care with apartment complexes most of the time. Recommend this place mostly because the management here is kind and considerate and super helpful.

    I toured The George recently. The amenities are amazing and the gym had a proper squat rack. Cant ask for more! Autumn was the staff who showed me around. She is really good at her job and helped me narrow down the options pretty quickly. Unfortunately, I decided to go Burnett Loft in the end. It was a bit cheaper, bigger and had more within walking distance. However, the amenities and interior design of The George was by far the best among the three places I visited. The other two being Burnett Loft in downtown and The Urby in Dallas. I would highly recommend checking out The George!

    Chris Holt is the leasing agent that helped me get a place here at The George, and he was absolutely tremendous! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through all the steps I needed to take to apply and sign. If anyone is looking to get an apartment here at The George, ask for Chris Holt he was phenomenal! I cant say enough great things about not only him, but the entire staff! Everyone is so beyond sweet and helpful! Not to mention the place is gorgeous and has a ton of amenities. The George is also in a wonderful area with tons of restaurants, shopping, and even a Mutts dog park nearby!

    If you are in the market for a place to live then look no further than The George. Accessible, fine dining and shopping, close place for your fur babies to mingle with other fur babies........Iā€™m sure many properties can check those boxes. But The George takes it to another level by the property itself. The overall appearance, the amenities, the space, the finishes in each home. Time and care were given into each detail of each aspect. I feel that 5 stars donā€™t do justice. And I say that because you can have a good property.....you can have a fabulous community but if it isnā€™t managed by people that are just as amazing in my opinion you might as well be living in a mediocre community. Well The George took as much time and care as they did in building an fabulously beautiful property as they did in finding an amazingly caring and professional staff to make this the BEST place to live in DFW! Ginger is on the top and while she oozes with professionalism and knowledge she is very easy to talk to and you feel right at home from the moment you meet. With someone like that in charge it is no wonder why the rest of the staff are of the same caliber....they are a well oiled machine that make every process of moving in, to everyday living, simple, easy and flawless. In fact, it continues long after you move in. Attentive day one to day 30 and counting. I highly recommend Ginger. I highly recommend The George.

    This complex is stunning! The homes are immaculate, the amenities are unbelievable, and the staff is so sweet and professional. The experience started as soon as I walked in. They greeted me warmly; it was a nice change from feeling like a bother when visiting other apartments in the area. I arrived right as they were closing and offered to come back another time, but they were adamant about me staying and taking a tour. I toured with Ginger, and I cant say enough about her; she was knowledgeable and genuine. I never got the impression she was trying to sell me something and answered all my questions with no hesitation. The units look custom, and the amenities are like nothing Ive ever seen before. I highly recommend this property!!

    Update to below, one year later! I love it here even more now and I did not think that was possible! The staff is so wonderful, such a kind community, I feel so safe, and it is always so clean and nice! Chris has gone above and beyond to help me in any way I need! You can always count on the George to make you feel at home- I never want to leave!My first full week at the George has been an absolute blast. With the help of the staff I found the perfect room with a great view of the trinity! One thing I really enjoy about The George is the resident get togethers we have already had one and Chris helped introduce me to other new residents and was overall a huge help in helping me meet people and find the perfect spot for myself in general. The weight room is always extremely clean and never to crowded which is somthing I really enjoy compared to the last place I lived in. Its hard not to love loving right in the heart of clearfork. Having a safe, clean, and fun apartment to live in makes it all the better. The lobby is opulent, entry offers views directly to a spectacular pool and is replete with conference rooms, media room, loggia and a well-equipped gym. A package room makes life easy (especially in the era of Covid home delivery for everything). My apartment (Iā€™m the first to occupy) is extraordinaryā€¦engineered hard-wood flooring, 8ā€™ ceilings, high-end appliances, washer/dryer and an incredible view.Second and more importantly are the people who staff this property. They will undoubtedly facilitate your early days and make you feel ā€œat homeā€ rather than a ā€œlesseeā€. In order of appearance I offer the following:Hannah: This women had the patience of a saint as she showed me model after model back in December of 2020. The pandemic was at its height and she made me feel completely welcomedā€¦masks and all. Her site tour convinced me that this is where I wanted to live.Ginger: She is the leader of the leasing team and spent an incredible amount of time with me to select the perfect apartment (mission accomplished).     I couldnt have asked for a better experience moving into The George. From the first time seeing the property to moving in it has been nothing but amazing.     While looking for an apartment in the Fort Worth area. I came into The George apartment complex. The area looked nice so I went inside and immediately greeted by a lady by the name of Ginger. Whom I found out was the manager of the complex. She showed me and my daughter a 2bd 2bath. It is a beautiful complex with a lot of amenities.

    Moved into town and had a long hard search for what place would be best for me. I worked with Hollie and got all my questions answered (which was a ton of questions) - I needed a spot to take my dogs and being right next to the trails and river couldnā€™t be more perfect. They have a placed called ā€œMuttsā€ which is a dog park/cantina. Enough about my putts, The George has amazing amenities which include the pool and workout room. If this wasnā€™t enough Hollie and the staff helped with the whole process and couldnā€™t be happier! Thank you to Hanover for making my choice so easy

    The George at Clear Fork (Fort Worth) is a delightful place to live. I especially appreciate the concierge staff and general managers (Ginger) warm hospitality, copious attention to detail and professionalism. The residences and amenities are a quintessential of gracious community and it often feels like living in resort. The Georges nearby shops and restaurants are an extra bonus as is the nearby access to freeways, downtown and DFW airport. All have exceeded my expectations.

Very sad to leave due to residency assignment but would love to come back to the Clearfork area for work in the future and to live here again.     Thank you many to the kind people of The George. I have come to Texas from Russia because of big war and bring wife Katerina and beautiful daughter Svetlana and strong son Boris. Long did we live in Russia, my father saw fall of Berlin Wall and communism and his fathers before him had many hard times. Kunkelikov family struggle for many times and oil in Yaroslavl bring us fortune through God. Vladimir Putin has brought many bad times in Russia, soldiers hurting and dying in Ukraine and not hearing of his people. We left only land we have had and picked Texas for hearing of nice persons and taxes lower. We arrive in April.We have stay in many hotels since coming and have liked the persons of Texas very, so family want to live here for ever. We bring our Rubles and trade them for many dollars and Katerina and me ride in new car to George building apartment. Fast greeted by lovely Autumn who has job by George. I tell her long story of journey to Texas and she listen well and lead tour for me and Katerina, very nice. She has been honest and generous and happy and told Katerina and me best way to move in fast. Kunkelikov family will be moving in very fast and thank you Autumn.
