    I live at The gallery Edinburgh property, it’s always so peaceful and quiet. If there is any questions I have for the office staff Vivian or Jennifer is quick to address any issues and the maintenance is top notch I had an emergency situation and Sam was there within 15 minutes! They know their stuff overall a great great place to live!!!!

    We are so glad that we found this little community. They are more like townhomes than apartments, with private backyards and plenty of space and charm. Vivian and Jennifer both went above and beyond to get our lease completed before the move-in date, but ran into technical difficulties on the website they utilize for all of the paperwork. They worked around the clock to get it fixed, and we ended up signing a day late, BUT they kept our initial rate offer AND gave us a generous amount off the first full months rent. On the night we moved in, we realized our hot water was not working and put in a work order. Maintenance called us within 5 minutes, and was at the house in under 20 to get it fixed (and this was around 10 PM at night). We may have just moved here, but we already feel completely at home and could not be happier.

    Office staff is amazing! Vivian is always on top of any requests. Maintenance is very thorough and prompt. Definitely recommend any of their properties

    Mrs. Casanova was through all the way. She was direct on prices and quick and efficient to show us our way and possible here soon our next home. Any questions we had she answered. Gallery at rain tree was really nice and we were able to view the apartment we are hopefully going to get and move into next week. 🙏

    We have lived here 8 years. Nice little back yard with privacy fence. They have mowers come every week and keep up the front and back. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 baths, formal dining or can use for office. Laundry room, 2 car garage, and Fireplace.1,500 sq feet. Price is $1,300.00. When we call about an issue they will come the very same day. Monthly exterminating and AC filter. We have a few people that drive through this area with loud music. But not a problem.

    We couldn’t be anymore pleased to have moved to The Gallery Apartments ! Vivian went well beyond in helping us! When she wasn’t there Jennifer was there to help. I would highly recommend the apartments. Vivian we couldn’t have done it without you ❤️

    We rented here for approx. 3 years (both a 2 and 3 bedroom). Liked how quiet the area was, the fact that the neighbors were friendly, and the entire team was awesome. From the Manager down to the Service technicians, everyone we dealt with made us feel appreciated as a renter. Only left as we purchased a home. Highly recommend this set of duplexs.

    A great place to live. The 2br/2b homes are very comfortable, clean and well taken care of. This home has just the right amount of sq footage for 2 people, but I do wish the kitchen had of been larger. It’s been a very quiet community so far. All of the employees are very nice, respectful and willing to help you in every way possible. The maintenance department is always very prompt and fast to attend to any problem.

    Lived here for going on 5 years now. Community is relatively quiet most of the time. Maintenance has always been friendly and helpful the few times Ive needed them. Most of the neighbors are extremely respectful of others and you probably wont even hear as much as a peep out of them. The few things Im not fond of are mostly personal things - wish there was covered parking and not fond of the curbside garbage pickup over dumpsters but neither is a huge inconvenience. Rent is very affordable and location is excellent (and getting better very soon). Office staff have always been extremely helpful and friendly. The fact that I can pay my rent online now helps a ton too. Overall, a very pleasant experience living here.

    Going on 3 years living at Brookside Village, and we love it! The staff is always friendly, professional and always puts the tenants first. Maintenance has always been on top of our maintenance requests and needs right away. We have lived in many other apartments in Tyler and this place beats them all for sure! We have never had one problem here and definately recommend Brookside. Quiet neighborhood and great prices too.

    Moved in sight unseen from out of state in Feb. 2014, and still here. Tammy and her staff are extremely professional and courteous yet very friendly. They are quick to respond to work order issues and are always smiling. Putting in the new fencing, having garbage pick up daily, and pest control inside and out are just a few changes they have made recently for the good of the complex and tenants. I appreciate them tremendously! It makes you proud that you live here, close to everything and people say to me all the time, wow, these are nice town-homes...I didnt know these were back here. Sometimes I go to the office to pay rent, just so I can see their cheery faces......a great place to live and very economical!!!!!

    Storage!! you will scream as you tour these duplexes. I almost did. MIne is a 2br/2 bth unit. Everything was sparkly clean upon move-in. There are 2 hallway closets and 2 bedroom closets, every one of them a walk-in. Plus theres a huge linen closet. In addition there are two living areas, a kitchen (small) a separate dining area and a large garage with,yes, another storage closet! The bedrooms are large.The management staff is superb---warm and friendly. So is the maintenance staff. Repairs get done pronto.This is a great place to live in Tyler.
