I moved into the Leighton several weeks ago and have been nothing but happy with my entire experience from the day that I toured! Ashley and Lexi in the office have been so helpful with any questions I’ve had and made the move-in process so easy and simple. My one bedroom apartment is so beautiful and clean. Compared to other apartments I’ve lived in, the Leighton tops them by far. We have already enjoyed the dog park so much. The pool is gorgeous and I can’t wait to use it this summer. The gym is spacious with a variety of nice new equipment. I called in a work order because one of my cabinet hinges was loose and Robert came within 5 minutes and fixed it! So impressed with how speedy and friendly maintenance is. The Leighton is probably the best apartment complex you could live at in Lubbock

I love it here at the Leighton. I’ve been living here since August, and the ladies in the office never hesitate to answer my call. They emailed me when a package of mine was in their office. Any problem there has been here at the apartment complex they resolved quickly. They replaced my refrigerator door without me asking because, it was all banged up when I first moved in. They truly care about the property and residents. Best apartments I’ve lived in!

Management has been great and responsive. My neighbor is super inconsiderate and leaves her dog outside all day and non-stop barks. Tenants also do not pick up after their dog in the dog park or around the complex which is unhygienic and a health risk to other dogs.

My son moved in the first of January while he finishes his degree work @ Texas Tech. I recently spent the weekend with him and was very impressed with his place. The complex is beautifully kept and his apartment is perfect! The office staff is quick to reply to any inquiry or request you may have. I’m happy he found such a nice place to call home while he is here in Lubbock.
