The Enclave Management team are so friendly, approachable, and helpful! They’ve started doing monthly events for the entire complex to come together as a community and make connections. The complex is quiet, clean, and super welcoming. I’ve been here for a couple of years and absolutely love the environment here, and everything within the complex is easy to walk to: the office, mailboxes, laundry unit, and garbage cans.

Ive been living here for about 6 months. Im happy with my decision! The complex is quiet, and clean, really quick access to the loop. The apartment itself is a good size for the rent. Also clean inside. Most importantly the front office staff and maintenance have been top notch. Ive had several maintenance requests for various items, and they have always been out the same day, even after hours when needed. The facilities like the pool and gym are well maintained. I would definitely recommend The Enclave to any of my friends looking for a good apartment complex.

The office staff(Belle) has been so helpful since day 1!! She has helped me with any issues I’ve had and has helped me when I was having difficulties when I was having trouble paying online. She has always responded in a timely manner and always so happy to help. I love The fitness center, I canceled my membership at the gym I was going to. Saving money is a plus and the fitness center is nice and cool inside. Pool always looks so clean and the maintenance men have the property looking so nice and comfortable to live in!! Highly recommend living here. My home is my peace and the staff makes it easier to have that peace

I highly recommend The Enclave; my family and I had the best experience. Office staff is very professional, and respectful. Maintenance is highly knowledgeable and were quick to repair anything we submitted to get fixed. The office and amenities were always maintained very clean and smelled fantastic! THE POOL was our favorite amenity to enjoy, it was always SUPER clean and pleasant. Prior to us moving in we read a few reviews that mentioned the water being turned off often, in the year that we lived there, the water was shut off twice for 5-30 minutes and we would get notice via email of this happening. Overall, this complex has it together I would recommend to anyone!

Usually I’m not one to leave reviews on anything, however I’d like to take the time and give props to this apartment complex. So far since I’ve been living here, it’s been great! The actual are rather cozy and spacious inside despite the outside appearance. And not to mention they have a rather nice gym and pool area as well. With this said, the best thing about this complex is the admin and maintenance staff here. Most notably Mrs. Belle Guerra, who has become my go-to personnel if I have need of anything. Not only is she patient and caring, she absolutely awesome at what she does! Overall, I would say that it has been a great experience living here.

I took a tour there searching for the right apartment complex for me. The property was well kept. The office was nice and clean. I was welcomed in by Belle. She was insightful with a popping personality. The wait wasnt long to take a tour. Any questions i had. Belle had the answers right of the bat. Ill be calling back closer to when my lease is up here at my current place.

In the process of apartment shopping, Belle in the main office was extremly helpful. She was very communicative and kind. She was sure to make us feel very welcomed and was thorough on the walk around. Any questions I needed answered she was quick to have an answer for. The grounds of the apartment were very well kept, the pool was nice and clean, and the apartment itself was very homely.

Super friendly staff! Havent had an issue with them since the first day! Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and everytime Ive needed something or had a maintenance issues they where quick to be there and solve it. Office staff are super cordial and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a safe and affordable place to live!

In the process of looking for an apartment, the main office lady by the name of Belle was really helpful. She was very communicative and kind. She made me feel very welcomed and like I was looking at the right place to live. The grounds of the apartment were very well kept, the pool was nice and clean, and the apartment itself was breathtaking. I think I made the right decision to #LiveEnclave

The administration is great about answering any questions you have and communicate well with their residents. Maintenance workers are really good at solving the problem and Ive never had to wait longer than a day or two. The complex itself is smaller but so well kept and the grounds are beautiful and clean. Its a very quiet place to live.

Ive enjoyed my year of living here. There have been few maintenance issues and even when there were any they would immediately have someone come to fix it. Its clean on the inside and out. I dont have any issues with neighbors and parking is not bad. The current office staff is always ready to help and answer questions.

She answered all my questions with a smile and assured me that it would be a perfect place for my girls and I to live! These look like they’re very well kept up with! We moved into the complex 11 months ago and so far it has been great! From my research in the area, which I did extensively before moving in, they are decently priced for the area and amenities. Though an older complex they are nice and well maintained. The management has always been very nice and professional. Weve had a few instances where weve had to contact the office for maintenance issues and the response has always been very quick, even in the middle of the night. Including one case where the issue was that we locked ourselves out of our apartment at 10pm on a weekend. The onsite police officer brought a spare and let us in the apartment within about 20 minutes of our initial call.We like it so much we just signed another lease for another year. :D

I lived at The Enclave for 3 1/2 years and I loved every minute of it. I wish I could go back. Of all the apartment complexes that I have lived in, this is the only one that I would go back to without thinking twice about it.Complex: The complex is older than the ones that surround it, but they are kept in great condition by the maintenance staff.Management: During my time, I saw a management change and never once did I feel as though I was treated badly by any single manager. Whenever you need anything done, the management will immediately put in a request and make sure that they clearly understand what your problem is so that it can get fixed as soon as possible.Maintenance: Rick, one of the maintenance men, was amazing at his job. I had multiple maintenance requests while I was there (even had a leak in the ceiling above my bathtub), and they always got things fixed within the day. Most of the time, I would go put in a request and they would have it done within the next few hours (if it wasnt an emergency). The leak above my bathtub got fixed within 2 hours and it only took them that much time because they had to go and get some parts from Home Depot or Lowes.Ammenities: The pool is always kept clean and the workout center is small, but well kept.

So far we have lived in the apartment complex for 6 months now. the only complaint is black stuff growing in the bathtubs. the assistant manager is nice and helpful the manager not so much. the on duty police officer is nice. the area is quiet. i do wish tho that they had fans in every room and lights in every room. maintenance is kind of out there they have very little experience. i have had to teach them some stuff since living here.

My husband and I moved to Lubbock in 2015 and have lived in Enclave ever since. From the monent we started our lil life here, we’ve had the best experience. The landscape that we face from our window is my favorite spot and our apartment is cozy and cute. We both are grateful for the management here and the maintenance people who show up to fix any problem in less than few hours.Our rent is affordable and I say this as a student couple! It’s in a neighborhood that is safe and residential, full of grocery stores and department stores around it. In short, we both LOVE it here and will live until we finish our school and get a job.

I have loved every second of my time at The Enclave. Taylor and Destanie are excellent at what they do. For being an older complex, these apartments are very affordable and fair for what you get. Ive only needed maintenance once and they were there same day I put in the request. Taylor is quick to respond and fix any issues that I could potentially have. Over all, I am sad to leave!Thank you to the Enclave staff!!

I have lived here at the Enclave for 8 months now and i love it! I dont plan on moving anytime soon. Management staff is wonderful and if anything goes wrong maintenance is here to fix it right away! Rent may seem kinda pricey but you get what you pay for. Nice quiet neighbors no crimes or anything around here! i strongly recommend moving here!
