I recently recently moved into the Emory, and so far, I’m loving it! The building is new and in a fantastic area. While there’s still some ongoing construction, it hasn’t been a major issue.A huge shoutout to Tim, the leasing agent—he’s absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable about the property, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance manager is also great, responsive, and ensures everything runs smoothly.Overall, I’m excited to be here and looking forward to seeing the community grow!

I flew in from California to help my son move to The Emory in Plano. Alex, Andrea, and Tim were all extremely helpful, knowledgable, and personable and made the move-in process an easy one. The apartment is fresh and modern and in impeccable condition. Hats off to Team Emory!

I had an appointment to tour an apartment as I am relocating to Texas from Illinois. I was late due to my flight being canceled and rebooked. Management was understanding of my delay. I toured with Natalie, who was nice and very informative. This apartment complex is beautiful. It is in a great location, and the amenities and apartment unit I toured looked exactly like the website photos. I love the finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Having a covered parking garage where you park on the floor your unit is on is a great concept. It gives you the urban living setting within a suburb. It was a tough choice to decide to live here. Unfortunately, I decided to be slightly closer to Dallas. Thank you Natalie for your patience and time with the tour.

Alex gave my wife and I a great tour for the Emory! He was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-designed with great natural light and high-end finishes. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The Emory offers a perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and community. Highly recommend checking it out!

I moved into The Emory about two months ago and Ive really enjoyed it! Tim, Alex, and all the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Everything is brand new, all nice amenities and comfortable living - especially for me being on the taller side. Everything is designed pretty vertically and spacious so I feel very comfortable at home.I havent been to the pool yet but it looks great, I use the gym and other facilities several times a week and everything is high quality and new! They have a great package system as well. I was apprehensive about the Internet being in-house and community bandwidth, but its fiber under the hood and I have been consistently getting 900 up/down through wired connections with no issue.I have a few small considerations that werent my ideal preference like the card fobs for entry over actual fobs, the sink faucet and dimensions, and the keyless apartment access (Id prefer an old school key), but these being my biggest concerns should tell you that the quality and experience of The Emory is as good as it gets in Downtown. Its a great place, brand new, good people, and Id recommend it if youre looking for a place!

As a Licensed RE Agent/Apartment Locator I tour a lot of properties and rarely leave reviews, but this place is stunning! Definitely a hidden gem in Downtown Plano! The leasing team, especially Alex, were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable during the visit for one of my out of state clients!

Have lived here over a month now and haven’t had any major complaints. Few workmanship flaws upon move-in as well as a stained carpet, which I do believe should’ve been addressed beforehand, but overall it’s been great. Maintenance and staff have been nice as well as the amenities. Looking forward to the retail stores opening below us in the future.

Alex provided a great experience while giving a tour of the living area, amenities, and shared spaces. He was very engaged and answered all questions and follow ups. The pictures are an accurate representation of this building and the space feels like a nice hotel with a more home like feel. They put a lot of details into the space and design. They thought of everything from individual working spaces, conference rooms, secure mailroom, and plenty of open areas to gather with friends. Tim is also very friendly and helpful. The staff is attentive and are actually in house, which makes a difference in service compared to other leasing options . Great place and would recommend touring/leasing.

First off I’ma start and say that ALEX needs a raise lol. He was the best and so patient with me and my situation and really worked with me so my boyfriend and I could get approved. All the employees are super friendly and not like the stuck up people I’ve delt with back in Cali. The facility is beautiful, I love that it’s like one of those high end hotels you want to stay at when you’re in Vegas. The gym is AWESOME! Like everything you need is in there and saves me money on getting a membership somewhere else. This place even has charging ports for your cars which is so nice and super convenient. I also like that internet is already there for your convenience and gets added on with your rent. You don’t have to go through the hassle of looking for a carrier. I’m so excited to start my new life and journey here in Texas. Thanks Emory!

I did a tour with Amy & let me tell you - she is beyond spectacular and gives a new meaning to amazing! She greeted me by name instantly upon arrival - which is the first time this has ever happened whilst touring. Her professionalism and knowledge of The Emory truly made this tour memorable. She answered all of my questions with patience & showed me the type of service I can expect to recieve if I signed a lease. The apartments & amenities are truly luxury with an excellent location.Update:Since moving in there’s certainly been some pros and cons.Pros: The maintanence is very friendly and gets the work orders done timely. The location is very convenient. Very secure and safe. The common spaces are always clean. Friendly tenants.Cons: Given its a new building, there are occurrences where things happen like random fire alarms going off for hours (and its obnoxious) or music blasting from the pool area - which was controlled through a building iPad and noone could stop it. Wi-Fi goes in and out and very problematic for those that WFH. Couriers like UberEats now cannot deliver directly to our doors which totally defeats the purpose of delivery (you must meet them at the front door in the lobby).

Very nice apartment complex with all the amenities you could want. Alex, the leasing representative, was also very punctual and courteous during our tour of the apartment. Would recommend checking the place out and touring with him if youre looking to move to Plano/Dallas!

Ive been looking for nice apartments in or near downtown Plano and dropped in to check out the Emory and Im glad did. Ive seen it under construction for a few months, but its open now. The apartment building is GORGEOUS. Everything is so high end and the staff was phenomenal. I felt very much at home!
