Property manager Arnita was very pleasant person, and very professional. I came in to make a work order and she took good care of all of my concerns. She is the first property manager to actually introduce herself to the property. Overall it was a great experience.

Arnita the property manager is one hell of a manager. We have been with the property for about 7 months now and we’ve gone through 2 property managements with 3-4 managers. Arnita is BY FAR the BEST manager we have worked with. While the others were giving us the run around; she got straight to the point and pinpointed the problem directly. She solved all our problems In one sitting. Definitely see the changes happening with her on the management team! Thank you so much Arnita! My family and I are so very blessed to finally speak to someone who cares about their tenants! Ask for Arnita for any of your apartments needs!!

I’ve been living here about five months. And they have been really good to me, especially Adriana in the office when I call to get things done in my apartment they always fit in a timely manner. And Freddie, the maintenance guy always does a good job and stays on top of the things that need to be done!
