The plumber who came to fix my toilet was not only professional and skilled but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with.The issue with my toilet, which continued running after flushing, has been completely resolved. The plumber explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was in perfect working order before leaving. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and commitment to quality service.Thank you for providing such a positive experience. I will certainly recommend your services to others and won’t hesitate to reach out again should I need plumbing assistance in the future.

I can only speak about my experience at The Edison. It was really good. The leasing agents, Allen & Jasmin, were always diligent with my requests. (I would call, and Allen would call back, saying there was a missed call from me.) The assistant was able to answer any billing questions I had. The manager, Jerri, would always help me, and I could not have asked for more. I never had a package stolen, appliances were included, and I never had crime issues.I want to highlight that this is an older community, so plumbing, a/c issues, etc., will happen. (My a/c went out, and a brand new one had to be installed.) The team quickly gets with a vendor or complete in-house and will accommodate items as issues arise. (They gave me a portable a/c unit.)Overall, I enjoyed my time and was paying for what I got, and I recommended the apartments to any friends who wanted to stay within budget but have a good location.

Talked to Jasmine over the phone and she answered all questions I had, very good service. I scheduled a tour and met with Allen who was also amazing. He sent me two quotes with an affordable price range and also assisted me with additional questions and information.Update #1: Signed me lease. The process was easy for me. I also have their look and lease special that I put towards my move in. My unit is being fixed, so far so good. I move in two weeks.Update #2: It’s not awful. Here’s a few cons though: The utilities on the side away from the leasing office aren’t nearly as nice as the ones in here front. Gate doesn’t work, washing machines doesn’t work, on side walk and parking spots in front of staircases (a complete fire hazard). The apartment I got was dirty and such but it’s nothing for me to just go and clean it up. The neighborhood isn’t the worst but I’ve only been here for a week. Pool isn’t open, which means gym is hardly accessible. Amenities don’t really work but there’s a bill for it…As for pros; Complex is quiet aside from neighbors music but I don’t mind. The leasing office has great and helpful staff and resources. No key needed and can control everything from cellular device. My unit is spacious for 1 person (A3 Floorplan). Very convenient if you need public transportation!!I go to work and am out very often so I can’t complain too much as I just need somewhere to lay my head down though I wish we got to use the amenities that we are paying for.Overall: Affordable, cheap rent but you definitely get what you pay for!

I am about to move into the Edison Apartments. You know that feeling of uncertainty you get when you’re about to sign a new lease? The one that tells you this is either going be a great experience or an absolute disaster? I can honestly say this staff has put all those uneasy, skeptical feelings to rest. I’ve been working with Allen and let me tell you- This man has been such a huge help! He has put up with me calling and asking a billion questions. He sent me an email, then called me and talked through the info with me. He’s an incredible communicator, and on top of his awesome customer service; he’s really kind. From what I’ve seen, the apartments are nice and clean. I feel safe walking around by myself. I’m excited to move in next month. Basing everything off my current experience with Edison, I would say 10/10 recommend. Ask for Allen! Unless you’re one of those cranky people who can’t be satisfied for nothing. Then forget he exists, he’s too good for you.

I’ve gotta give these fives stars to Jazmin. She was able to help me and my mother secure an apartment. Jazmin went out of her way to answer all my questions and she also went out of her way to find the best solution for us. She is super friendly and so accommodating, made us feel very welcomed and she gave a detailed tour of the facility. She’s very professional and responsive to emails. You can tell that she enjoys helping people. I’d highly recommend you to pick the Edison and let Jazmin take care of you!

I am a current resident and have nothing but great things to say about The Edison Apts. I have lived here now for almost 9 months and have had a great experience. Here is an example of how they took care of an emergency AC problem. I arrived home from vacationing in Mexico on Sunday evening to an apt with no AC. I went online and called the after hours emergency hotline left a message about my problem and within 30 minutes they had a tech on his way to my apt. Louis was his name if I remember correctly. Louis communicated his ETA , arrived early and diagnosed the problem quickly. Louis proceeded to fix the problem, clean up any mess he made and even installed a new air filter for me. Great Job Louis and The Edison as coming home from the heat into a hot apt on a Sunday could of been a nightmare. Thanks again for the great work Louis and the Edison team.Mike E

Even before moving in, he went out of his way to help me get an apartment here and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The Edison is my best apartment experience ever. Management works hard to make the tenants happy. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. The location is perfect with easy access to the interstate and located next to the Dart Train station. I’m so happy with my experience so far.

My husband and I have lived here since 2017, we renewed our lease for 2 years in a third floor apartment and let me just say our second year was rough. We were struggling financially and yet the management (before the new guys) was very understanding as long as we communicated. I appreciated it so much, so if you guys see this, THANK YOU!! We eventually moved into a smaller unit on the first floor, that was just across the parking lot from our previous. Rent was way cheaper and was easier for us to pay and now we’re renewing for a fourth year, second year in this unit. Not too many complaints here and the new management is just as good as the ones before, maybe a bit better. ONLY complaints are that one of the women in the office has very poor communication skills 🙃😬 so be mindful of whom you talk to when wanting to move here or if you live here. Emailing isn’t the best way of communication. And the other complaint is how much they’re raising rent, and bills are allocated instead of included now, which is fine. We’re in a better place financially so we’ll have no problem paying it, I just don’t think the apartment is worth raising from $615 base price to $740. The appliances are VERY OUTDATED and the floors were a bit uneven. And even the patio door doesn’t always close properly. Other than that it’s a cute little apartment I see ourselves in for maybe another year or 2. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part but my neighbors could go up and down the stairs quieter at 2AM and not be yelling and talking so loud 🥴🙄

I have been here at these apartments for 14.5 months and I must say I love it I stay in a 1 bd rm with a sun room and I have not had any complaints or issues whatever I need done they will fix it right a way and all the staff members in the off are always nice…. I can honestly say these apartments are much better than my last ones

So far a pretty good experience at the Edison. Management is responsive and helpful. Office staff is nice. Property is kept clean and security makes passes often. Apartment was newly renovated and overall looked great. My only complaints would be the paint is easily scraped, and my bathroom somehow missed a coat of wall texture when being renovated but these are small issues overall

This five star rating is two stars too small for quality service. So I will give 7 stars for one particular reason. Living at the Edison has its ups and downs but one thing became consistent. That is when they hired Allen Lee in the office. I usually never find someone that encompasses the skills of management with the customer services and he excels at all of them.The office staff is very friendly but Allen Lee is not the average, he is the Excellent and above that. He works with you and is in my view a genuine guy that really cares about what happens to all the tenants.If I owned the Edison he would be the guy that I would hire because he makes you feel welcomed and that your important. His kindness is unquestioned! His ability to instantly make you feel like a friend is one of his outstanding qualities. I am telling people this, if you want to speak to a person who takes things to the next level because he wants to, you just need to talk to Allen Lee.Thank You, Allen for helping my mother and I makes us feel at home here. I recommend that Indio Management give you a raise, a paid vacation for a week at the Four Seasons Private Island Resort of Voavah at the Maldives Islands off the coast of India and a plaque that will remind him of great days.Thank You Indio for making sure you care about how your tenants are treated because of Allen Lee. This is my 2nd year renting here and I love the apartments because they’re peaceful. The manager Jessi is really patient and helpful whenever I need something done. The other workers are very kind and always get the job done as well. They’ve recently made the security better for the apartments so that we all can feel secure. I would totally recommend Beacon Hill !

I moved here a year ago. I have never seen a more conciderate staff everthing is repaired in a day. Everything was going great then I got cancer I went from working to Social Security Disability. Yesenia got to work with me to help me thru the transition. Thank you to the staff at the Edison. Cancer is the worst thing you can hear from a doctor.

My husband Juan Montano and Fidelina We lived for 5 years in this property. All the staff is friendly, even the manager Jesenia, although she is busy, always makes time to attend to the tenants. They serve in Spanish and English. The maintenance is good, reports today arrive tomorrow. If the problem is more complicated, it takes 2 to 3 days.There are access roads, such as the LBJ Skilman metro station 3 minutes away and the 635 freeway 2 minutes away. What we didnt like was collecting garbage at the trash vale door. But that is not imposed by management but by company policies. I recommend making it optional for renting staff. We always had security and this is a shopping plaza for any emergency.

My name is Ana Maria Aponte, I have been living at The Edison Apartments for more than four years, with the new owners and especially with the new Management it is more pleasant to live here. The staff who work in the office are very kind and gentle, always trying to solve our needs as soon as possible. The changes are noticeable in terms of security within the property such as cameras, police surveillance service, the entrance and exit doors of the building are controlled and in operation.What I do not agree with and what many residents do too is Valet Trash a service that has been imposed on us and that we have to pay for ourselves, a service that we do not need nor have asked for, a service that does not work and that gives rise to the accumulation of garbage at the door of our apartments, we residents are used to throwing garbage in the containers that the property has. They dont always pick up the trash on the established days. When I come home from work, I find the trash that I left early in the morning and I have to go throw it in the container and do the Valet Trash job. In addition, I would ask them to continue working on controlling the excess of cars in the parking lots, cars that do not have visitor authorization or resident stickers. I am sure that the new Administration will soon solve these problems. Thank you very much Mrs. Jessie for all the changes and improvements you are making to benefit the residents of The Edison Apartment.
