    Tabitha in the leasing office is amazing. Her real life experience comes through in her compassion as I was in an urgent situation to get into a place. I know they’re shorthanded on maintenance and the maintenance guys have been amazing as well as my apartment was not moving ready. They literally sent a whole team of maintenance guys to take care of some things. Thank you for all you do.

    Sharlee was like a breath of fresh air. very helpful. made the process of the application and other documents very easy to navigate through it all, very polite and knowledgeable of places here to see in and around amarillo. I would recommend Sharlee and the eddison apartments to anyone looking for a place to live and call it there home.

    We Love it here! Office staff friendly and knowledgeable about property and residents. Pets more than welcome, workout room all modernized, maintained staff on site and QUICK. Property has really improved the last couple years!! GREAT JOB!! Oh. And its QUIET here too. We will be residents a LONG time.

    I’ve lived here for the last 3 years. The office ladies are so sweet. Ruby& Nicole have always been so helpful& have always assisted me in everything. Rubys very friendly & answers all my questions . Over all very satisfied with the service they give residents.

    We’ve been living here for about two weeks and LOVE everything about being here. Despite the fact that the location is right off the intersection of two main streets in Amarillo it’s fairly quiet. In our first few days neighbors made a point to stop by and introduce themselves and welcome us to the neighborhood and everyone has been very friendly. The units are well kept and clean and very spacious.All of that being said, the best thing about being here is the office staff and maintenance crew. Nichole was our leasing agent and she made everything about getting approved so wonderful, her personality is one of kindness and peace. Working with her to get everything taken care of literally felt like hanging out with a best friend and we are eternally grateful to her. The maintenance crew is incredibly helpful, polite, and personable. We haven’t met a single person here that we didn’t feel 100% comfortable interacting with and having in our apartment. They all have worked so hard to make us feel right at home even though we’ve just moved in. I really cannot say enough nice things about this place.

    Kam and Nicole are great mangers/landlords. Their attitude and personality are great. We just moved in the middle of August and when we have something wrong with apartment they come and fix it within 1-3 days. Usually some managers or landlords are snobby or don’t want to be bothered don’t speak to you or just rude. But these two young ladies have great personalities and are down to earth kind a gals. Even though we just moved in we get treated great. We love our apartment only thing is we would of rather not have carpet at all. I have lots of allergies and would of preferred wood floors. But other then that can’t complain. With that said love the management part.Thank you residentsDaniel Salas

    I have been living here for 1 month and they have been the most understanding, most caring, nice staff I have met. They try there best to go above and beyond to meet your needs. Nicole and Kam are the ones that help me get into my apartment fast and easy and made sure I was comfortable in the location my apartment was set. Ive had nothing but a great experience so far. I feel comfortable enough to call this place home.

    I love the space! & most of all the office lady Nicole made my move quick & super easy. She has a beautiful smile & spirit that makes you feel right at home.     Everyone that I have met in the office is so welcoming and amazing to work with! I specifically worked with Nicole through the application process and for everything thereafter. She made sure that everything was ready and in order for us to move in. When things weren’t quite right, her and Kim Wright went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of! Nicole is always so welcoming when I come into her office and makes me feel like family. We definitely made the right choice choosing The Eddison!

    If you’re searching for your new home I definitely recommend The Eddison with their spacious layouts and great pricing! Finding a new place is always so stressful, but Nicole made the whole process as seamless as she could. The first face you see when you walk into the office, her kind and welcoming personality puts you at ease. Talking to Nicole is like chatting with a friend you’ve known for years but her professionalism really shines when it‘s time to get down to business. The approval process is a tedious one, but it is made easier by Nicole, she takes all of the pressure off of you and makes finding your new home fun. We’ve only lived here for a little over a week but Nicole has continued to answer every one of my questions quickly and with a smile. Their tenant portal makes paying rent and placing a maintenance request accessible and effortless. So happy to call The Eddison home!

    Nicole was such an amazing help through the application process. I moved cross country from Georgia and she was there every step of the way through phone call and email. When we arrived after a 25 hour drive ready to move in, she talked us through every form and signature needed. and when we werent pleased with the initial apartment leased to us she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with where we lived. The current apartment is beautiful and in such a lovely location. Moving is stressful but luckily for us we had Nicole, a literal angel, there to help us through every step!!! Thank you Nicole

    Ive been here just over a year. I LOVE this complex! Management has changed for the better. Kim, Nicole and the maintenance crew have made this an exceptional place to live. Its on the lower side rent wise, good neighborhood (minutes from everything), updated apartments and the neighbors really look out for each other. Im not the best tenant by far but the office people really work with you. Give this place a chance. You wont regret it!!!

    Positive: Nicole is amazing!!!! She worked so hard to get us in on a short time.Negative: use caution....ask around about the apartments before you decide to live here. Have good car insurance. Your cars will get used as playgrounds by kids whose parents dont seem to care what they do. Or used to climb on to jump the wall to neighboring apartment buildings.

    If it wasnt for Nicole in the front office, I wouldnt have gotten the exact home I wanted , shes amazing and such a fast worker with a big heart. I love my new home, its beautiful with an amazing view and so much space for me and my little family. The maintenance gets the job done asap and its very cozy and welcoming here.

    I have lived here about 6 months, and it’s the best place I’ve lived in, in Amarillo. I’ve lived in Amarillo 25 years, and th Eddison is by far the best apartment complex. I have a husband and two babies, and I feel safe, it’s very close to many place in Amarillo, so if you don’t have a car you can easily walk to grocery stores, fast food places, even churches, and schools. I wouldn’t rather live in any other complex! We have had small issues in our apartment here and there, and the maintenance team is very attentive, and quick to fix the issue. Kam, Nicole, and Keather are great office staff, that have listened to our issues if any arise, and are upfront with what the outcome will be. They are also very understandable with our personal issues. I don’t know the maintenance team by name, but again they are awesome and trustworthy people. I have neighbors that I have bonded with, and have cookouts with. So the neighborhood is great. Again great place to live, will be here for a while.

She was very helpful and did all that she could to get me in an apartment the apartment has been wonderful and it’s perfect for me she has the up most respectful personality and very outgoing I love her!!!!

    We absolutely love this place. Been here almost a year and its been great. The managment is wonderful and the staff is onspot with everything. They have remodeled beautifully inside and out. It seems some people have issues with other tenants but noone bothers us. Some of our neighbors are definitley spunky and loud but they just seem happy to us and happiness spreads the same as positivity so we just smile and go about our business. If you want peace and quiet all the time then maybe a large apartment complex isnt good for you. But to each is their own. I would definitely recomend this place to anyone. We just wished we knew when the pool planned to open??😉
