I lived at The Dylan from July 2020 until April 2024. I was one of the first people to move into the complex (building 4 to be specific).Over the years, living there had its ups and downs. I loved the office staff and maintenance tended to get orders completed quickly. I loved my apartment and quite frankly miss it (my new place is brand new, but smaller). It was reasonably priced and they NEVER increased my rent by more than $50ish dollars over several lease renewals.My primary issue was ALWAYS the neighbors. We had months of peace and months of chaos. It was a back and forth thing. Some neighbors were from a dream and others were nightmares (think of street rats out of the sewers of New York). There was no in between.I want to reiterate that the office staff was always super friendly to me and I truly miss them. It’s not really their fault that residents mask their true natures until after they move in.Overall, I loved living there. The ONLY reason that I moved was because I got married and had to move with my husband. I would have definitely stayed in my apartment otherwiseHonorable Mention: I will say that my old neighbor Cedric wasn’t lying in his review, he was definitely without AC for a while, but I THINK that was with the old management team. They switched management companies a couple of years ago and that team was a hot mess. The newest management ladies are fantastic.

Beautiful apartment complex! Lived there for 2 years and enjoyed every year! The complex is well maintained. The ladies in the office were very helpful and understanding of everyone’s situations. Kristie, Layne, and Olivia were able to assist me in ways that other apartment complexes have never! In the summer time the pool was my favorite place to hangout. Duh. There are restaurants right on site that made it convenient for me to get food when I didn’t want to cook and the gas station is literally next door on the days I didn’t want to fill my tank and left my vehicle on E because I was being lazy. Never stressed it. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

My family and I have lived at The Dylan going on 20 months now and we have nothing but good things to share about the apartments. The staff is top tier and act fast on any issues that may arise. We love that the apartments are well kept and amenities/property are kept clean. 10/10 😊

Kristie, Layne and Olivia have all been very helpful through out the time I lived in the Dylan. I truly believe that the community is what makes your home a home. These ladies are nothing short of amazing. Very responsive and have made staying here such a treat! Too bad I had to move out of state. Truly going to miss living here ❤️

Ever since the new management the last few years with Olivia, Kristie and Layne the property has been super nice and clean!!The girls are very informative, they’re very loving and caring help out residents when needed!!Love the resident events!!!Thanks girls you guys are awesome!!Oh and not to mention the maintenance team is A-1 they get the work done!!Thank you guys!!

I have the best neighbors. I feel safe and the apartment is lovely! I actually feel at leave here and it has a real home feel. The ladies in the office are always nice as well. Definitely would recommend this place to others!

So, I’ve been on the hunt for a one-bedroom apartment, and let me tell you, I’ve toured enough places to write a novel (it would be a thriller called “Apartment Hunting: The Endless Search” 😅). But then I stumbled upon The Dylan, and it was like a rom-com moment—you know, where everything just clicks ✨.First off, the place is gorgeous 😍. The kind of apartment complex that makes you want to take up yoga just so you can do it by the pool 🧘‍♀️💦. Clean, modern, and basically Pinterest come to life 🌿. But the real star of the show? Kristie, the assistant manager, AKA the Apartment Fairy Godmother 🧚‍♀️. She made everything so easy and even cracked a few jokes while doing it—10/10 would recommend her for a comedy special 🎤. Seriously, she’s a gem 💎.If you’re tired of looking at apartments that make you question your life choices, do yourself a favor and book a tour at The Dylan. Tell Kristie I sent you. And maybe bring snacks—just saying, she deserves it 🍪😉.

We have a retail shop “3 Apples Liquors” in the Suite #3. It is really nice place for the regular customers and also retail owners. I definitely recommend this place for renting. They are maintaining the property really well. 👌

This being my first apartment experience, it has been nothing but wonderful memories. I had hoped to move into a home but living at The Dylan has brought me so much delight that it is difficult to leave. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The apartments are clean, modern and beautiful. Bonus is a lovely Italian restaurant just below my apartment. Love my Dylan apartment.

The office/maintenance team are incredibly helpful and are always treating us like they value us as residents. There’s been some issues that typically happen on properties but they’ve consistently been quick to handle those issues. (Parking issues, cleanliness, proper pool etiquette,etc) Important to keep in mind that every property will have pros and cons, but at The Dylan you get your money’s worth.

Living here has been great. The office staff is amazing. And the maintenance is on top of all of it. The parking is good, you just have to make sure to follow the visitors parking rules. Overall I would definitely recommend to everyone.

I recently took a tour of the Dylan Apartments. And I must say Im very impressed. The property Mgr Shelia, has superb customer service. She was very informative and thorough from start to finish. She was able to answer any questions I had in regards to the apartments as well as the area. The apartments are not completely finished , but the living spaces and amenities were amazing. Im considering these apartments as my future home.

Kristie was extremely helpful and accommodating during my move here from out of state. Great spot that’s close to lots of coffee and food places. Only downside is hearing traffic go by if you’re in a building near the roadway. But rent price and location make it worth it

The most kindest and patient Kayla, assisted me through the entire process of moving here, with tons of emails due to covid. She really should be commended for her hard work and promptness. The virus made moving to a new home feel like a challenge, but Kayla made it a breeze. I love living here, and the neighbors are awesome. The location is the best, so very convenient. The complex is still under construction, but the progress is moving rapidly. And what a surprise to come to a taco truck right out side Santos, that served delicious tacos! And there are so many more amenities and retail store coming. Happy to call The Dylan, home.

I have been here 2 weeks so far and let me tell you this is the best community by far! Customer service is on point and the community is super clean.
