The apartments at the Dodson are so nice and clean. Ms. Stephanie was helpful with the entire process and was very knowledgeable. She took her time to answer all of my questions and provide necessary insight. I can’t wait to move in next week. If you’re looking for a nice place in a safe and nice area, this is an awesome choice. Thank you again Ms. Stephanie.

I have been living here for a few years now saving up & the new management is awesome! Maria at the office is very helpful, manager Bre is also helpful, & maintenance is always doing his job correctly. I have no complaints towards the office people.I recommend The Dodsons to anyone. They keep the apartment complex clean, grass is always well taken care of, and there are no roaches like other apartments Ive heard of.Thank you Dodson staff!

The NEW MANAGEMENT has been amazing and very helpful to myself and the needs of my apartment. We have been here for 3 years and we have just now getting our dishwasher replaced and any maintenance need met. I am very thankful to the ladies in the office. Bre, Maria, and Oscar for all the work that they have done in this year alone!!

Chris Galvan got me set up at The Dodson Apartments and I love it. The apartments are nice and well kept, and also very spacious. Chris was very helpful and answered any questions I could have, if you need to talk to anyone he’s the guy to go to!

The fitness center at the Dodson apartments is amazing! Every time I go to workout the equipment is always clean and a fresh atmosphere. I always get a peaceful work out. Love it here!!!

Dodson apartments is such a nice property, and the lady I spoke with, Alex, was very helpful! She toured the property for me and answered all of my questions, with no frustration or hesitation. I will definitely be getting on the waiting list, I am very excited and grateful for my experience!

Very nice place. My parents live there and they enjoy it. The only downside in my opinion is that the one bedrooms dont have washer/dryer connections. But maintenance responds pretty quickly and management seems organized.

Chris was really helpful with helping me find the right place for me. He also helped my brother move in recently. The staff was extremely respectful and informative throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend leasing here. Great apartment complex.
