    OReillys in great experience except for the head of security he was a real jerk, for real no do not get separated from your people do not go to your hotel without logging everybody in your room because if they get locked out theyre screwed because this guy has a attitude problem he does not like it when people get locked out of their hotel room when people get lost he wont let no one call anyone over the intercom, all he will do is put a bolo out for your people bolo stands for be on the lookout for.

    Well I Moved to The Dexter last year and I’m moving out in a few days. I’ll be honest… It’s not really that bad. Every time I needed something fixed in my apartment they got it done either that day or the next. The people are pretty friendly and mind their business but speak to you if you speak to them.Since I stayed here my car has been broken into along with a few others but it was because my neighbors upstairs were addicts and broke into cars one night. But after they got locked up and kicked out, EVERYTHING HAS BEEN GREAT.We did have a little pipe issue where they had to fix the pipes so the water was off maybe only for 1 day but it’s ok, they fixed it.Every apartment complex has its issues but it’s not that Bad here. Rent was reasonable and the office staff does answer the phones or you can text them and they respond back ASAP. This apartment complex is chill, no drama or crazy people.I appreciate the stay here.

    Shout out to Kelvin for installing the solar panels this past Saturday evening. There are certain areas throughout the property with minimal exterior lighting issues (very dark). This is a temporary solution but a step in the right direction until they can get the building lights back operational (hopefully soon).Thanks again!!

    Quick and easy leasing process, the office got back to me promptly and I was approved within 24 hours. Isabel in the office is awesome and helped me through every step of the way and answered all my questions.

    Pros:1. very *very* reasonably priced for the area. If you want to live in Austin proper and dont want to pay high hipster rent, this is the place for you.2. My unit was remodeled and updated so its like brand new.3. Resident parking is enforced: meaning there arent 400 visitors taking up all the decent spots. I dont understand the people complaining about the parking. I, for one, appreciate the enforcement.4. Great location. Just a few minutes and youre right in the middle of downtown.Cons:1. I wish there were more cable choices. I just dont like Time Warner.2. I wish there were couches by the pool and not just lounge chairs.Overall for the price you cant beat it.

    The Dexter is an amazing apartment complex. I spoke with Maddison at the leasing office and she was more than professional, kind, attentive, polite, and helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me expedite the rental approval process. The apartments are big, clean, and brand new. I looked everywhere for a new apartment and The Dexter is your best option. Thank you again Madison for being so helpful and accommodating.

    Beautiful community with awesome amenities and I really like the new team! Shelly the Manager is super helpful and Kayla is very nice. The maintenance team is good too, John and Josh are always busy but still smile and say hello! Highly recommend!

    Beverly and Celeste are friendly and helpful every time I walk into the office. The property is always clean , when I place work order they always do a good job and fast at it to. They have a security patrol which comes out at nights when the office is closed :)

    Elena at the front office was so helpful in getting my roommate and I the exact apartment we were looking for! The upgrades in the apartments are beautiful, the gym equipment is better than my old gym (sorry Planet Fitness!), and the walk-in closets are huuuge! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in S. Austin and live in a nice and affordable complex with pleasant staff! (:
