This apartment complex has a fabulous staff. From the office personnel, Jessica and Noah, to the maintenance crew, shout out to Arturo! The whole staff is friendly, helpful, genuinely cares about their tenants. Not to mention the great amenities, resort like pool, close to HEB, restaurants, 8 minutes from Gruene about the same to downtown NB and the farmers market and of course shopping all the local boutiques!

This place is AWESOME! HAPPY, HELPFUL, and FRIENDLY staff. Go see Jessica (Manager) and Noah! They will take care of you and are ON TOP OF THEIR STUFF! Great amenities that are BRAND NEW! Easy access to grocery store and on an awesome side of town. Garages, Covered Parking, storage units, and pretty awesome layouts! I recommend the A4. LOVE it and the fact that this 1 bedroom apartment has 2 sinks in the bathroom is just cool! All apartments have HUGE closets. Not normal for an apartment! This complex is not next to any other complexes so MINIMAL traffic and MAXIMUM privacy! Cant say enough great things about this place! Get in while you can!

The leasing staff is by far the greatest!!!!! Magnificent from the moment I arrived! Angel and Jessica have been attentive, and very helpful and showed me the property and different units that would fit my needs. The property itself is quite impressive and top-of-the-line amenities very pleased with it. Jessica walked me through the entire process and has truly made us feel at home.

Noah is the best, from advice on which unit to pick to all accommodations! He is hardworking and manages his time very well! It’s been a pleasure having him help me through my moving process!! 5 stars for Noah!

Jessica, Noah and Arturo staff from The Devereaux apts are all 5-star professionals. They responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, from day one when I moved in, they delivered exactly what I signed up for. The post-welcome walkthrough was thorough and excellent. Highly recommend!

They are so friendly and welcoming!I would like to thank Jessica for answering all my questions and being so informative during this whole process! She was quick to respond to emails and made sure every question I had was answered.

Although I did not end up renting at The Devereaux, I was very, very impressed with this property. It is brand new with plenty of parking, inside corridors, and beautiful landscaping and amenities. Each of the floor plans is a little different - not cooky-cutter at all. I really liked every floor plan and considered each one quite seriously. Some of the apartments on the fourth floor had amazing views out towards green space. The prices were also very reasonable.There are a few reasons I did not end up renting. One, the living space in each floor plan (livingroom/diningroom/kitchen) is too small to put a full sized diningroom table with six chairs. Because I have my family over for dinner, that just didnt work for me. One of the floor plans did have a dining nook, but not really big enough for my table and chairs. The bedrooms are very nice sizes, but the livingroom is also pretty small in all the floor plans--my furniture just would not all fit.The units with the best views of the green space were mostly interior, that is, had other units on both sides. I am just a demon for quiet living, especially at night, so I didnt think this would work for me.I dont think there are enough elevators or access from the outside. Even though you might be able to park very close to your actual unit, you would probably have to walk a ways to get inside to the building and elevators. That puzzled me.All in all, I would have loved to have lived there, but I guess Im just too particular in my needs. Most apartment renters would probably do fine.

Best apartment complex I have toured! Staff is great and respectful! Property manager is extremely helpful with making it a smooth process. Definitely recommend 10/10
