I lived at The Crossings for over a year and enjoyed living there. But for personal reasons I had to move. The management staff is excellent and maintenance guys are top notch.Thomus the head maintenance man is always quick to respond to work orders and he also is able to complete the work orders without any help from the other maintenance guy.

Amy and Kressa were so kind and informative!! We are new to Texas and have looked at over 10 apartments. We chose to move in here mainly because of these sweet ladies!! Not only were they super sweet, but the apartments themselves are so nice! They are renovating everything and are on top of any issues that may arise. We are very pleased! New Tenant and I am very happy with all of the improvements to the exterior and interior of the apartments. The New Management helped me with every question and met all my needs , even called me to check to see how my move in process went Shannon the property manager made me feel like I was family. If your looking for a place to call home. This is the place to be.

Since the new owners have taken over it’s been great!!! The manager is sooo nice and cares about the property and tenants! Thomas the maintenance man is beyond AMAZING and goes above and beyond! In one month the major problems got fixed! He’s always on grounds as well as the manager giving updates on when things are going to be fixed! Thanks Thomas for being an awesome maintenance man!

Lisa is very friendly and loves to get to know the residents on a personal level. The maintenance staff is always polite and willing to answer questions or explain the work they are doing. The community as a whole is quiet and clean. The apartments are the best price for the size and amenities. This complex is the longest I have ever stayed, going on three years! I highly recommend taking a look, a true hidden gem of Texas City.

Ive been a tenant here for a little over a year now. I love the atmosphere. Management is very kind and courteous. Any time there is an issue of any kind, they are very diligent and expedient in resolving it. Friendly neighbors. Great courtyard and pool for the kids to play. Management and maintenance are awesome. The best apartment complex Ive lived in, by far.

The staff here is unbelievable. They are so people and pet friendly I cant imagine living anywhere else. Mrs. Lisa whom is the office manager is so friendly and knows everyone by name is truly a blessing. She knows everything that goes on and keeps it safe and clean.

Lisa is the best!!! The maintenance crew as well. You are their priority. I guess what makes these apartments stand out is how Lisa builds a community around her by getting up and close with her residents. Swimming pool is clean. Water pressure good, cold cold AC. Oh yeah, awesome security guard, Chris. He’s on patrol and gets to know you as well. SAFE, LOVE n PEACE, what more do you want?
