The Cosmo is a great place to live. I love the location and how you are able to walk to everything. Corpus Christi downtown is getting more restaurants and bars as well so theres plenty to do. Rose is one of the property managers and she is amazing! Does a great job at helping the residents. Recommend living here and if you do reach out to Rose!

“I’ve had a fantastic experience with Rose Bustamante at The Cosmopolitan Complex. She is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a concern or maintenance request, it’s been addressed promptly and efficiently. The property is well-maintained, and it’s clear that Rose and the other staff, Chris and Gabe, go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. It’s refreshing to have such a friendly, reliable and attentive manager. Highly recommend!”

I recently was a guest at the cosmopolitan and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond.The pool was immaculate, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort . I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel design.One of the highlights of my stay was the managements warm welcome and friendliness. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you.

New changes are here! The vibe is just so different already. So glad to have met Rose, the new person in office. She is very approachable, welcoming and most of all respectful! She informed us on the changes that are coming and we are so happy things will be better for us as a community. We will actually have people in office who LOVE & WANT to take care of their residents!! LOVE IT , good move management, be sure to keep her as long as you can.

I am not a resident at the apartments but it is a very lovely place. I delivered some groceries to a resident..When I was leaving, my car wouldnt start. I needed a jump, went inside then office and asked Rose who was at the front office if she knew anyone that could give me a jump. She immediately got up, asked where I was parked, and went out where fortunately her car was parked to mine. She had a wireless/ cordless lol not sure what their called batter charger. It started immediately. I had another order in my car I needed to deliver. Rose was helpful beyond measure, warm, friendly and just an overall awesome human being. Something we dont see as much anymore. If I had my own business, I would hire her in a heartbeat...She truly helped me and I appreciate more than you know Rose!! 🌹 You are the absolute best!!!

I was one of the first resident to rent from the cosmopolitan, when it first opened. Therefore I can compare our new management with the first group which is alway kind of awkward. However, for there is a lot of refurbishing and construction to improve and fix building problems that are typical for new constructions.Since Pandemic some of the amenities have been compromised but over for Downtown, contemporary and high end rental it is worth every penny. I travel a lot, and work swing shifts so living in a place that is secure, clean professional is essential.

I was visiting a friend and unfortunately, I did get lost. I went to the office for directions and Rose in the front and the manager Christopher were so nice and helpful. Made me feel welcome although I was there to see a friend, I may want to move now lol.

The Cosmopolitan is an outstanding apartment complex in an art deco architectural style with a beautiful Corpus Christi bayfront-downtown vibe mix location!! Our recent move-in experience with Candice was perfect!! She is a nice, flexible, and thoughtful manager who listens attentively and gladly answers any questions about the available apartments and amenities. She kindly introduced us to the friendly and helpful maintenance staff who worked cooperatively with Candice and us to get our wonderful apartment ready on time :-))) Her timely follow up and attention to detail is commendable. This high standard of expectations and continued re-investment in maintaining rental properties starts with excellence and pride in rental property Ownership, a rare find in Corpus Christi. Thank you. We sold our home and are already truly happy living at The Cosmopolitan. Dont miss out renting an apartment here if you are looking for a fabulous space and an engaging lifestyle surrounded by upbeat people and lovely views with breezes and bike rides a step away every day!!Cheers!!

I have lived at Cosmopolitan for over a year and renewing my lease. The property is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown with walking distance to the beautiful bay, great restaurants, and bars and just a few flights down to First Friday Art Walk. The South Beach architectural style is unique to Corpus Christi and I feel very safe being that there is an on sight parking garage. The onsite amenities such as the pool, conference room, weight room are always nice and clean. I have not had any problems with loud neighbors or other disturbances in the neighborhood. Everyone is really cool and minds their own business. Bubba Alan and Heather have been great when/if I need a work order and always available and quick to reply via email even on weekends. I see many negative reviews ; however, there are always two sides to every story .... I highly recommend The Cosmopolitan Apartments for your #corpuschristdowntownliving.

Was moving from out of state and Heather was amazing in helping me with the entire process. Heather and the entire staff have been amazing even after move in. The apartment and building are well kept and in good order. It has been a great experience.

Ive been living at The cosmopolitan for 4 months now and I have no complaints. The management is very responsive and friendly every time I go into the office. They are making so many improvements to the building and I cant wait for the pool to re open after the renovation. I look forward to the rest of time here, they make it easy!
