I recently had the pleasure of working with the leasing office and staff at Cortona and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and accommodating.First and foremost, the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming especially Tallinn. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, ensuring that they found the perfect apartment for me. Their knowledge about the property and surrounding area was extensive, and they were able to answer all of my questions with ease.The leasing process itself was efficient and well-organized. The staff guided me through each step, making sure I understood all of the paperwork and requirements involved.Furthermore, the leasing office itself was always clean and inviting. Whether I was stopping by to ask a question or dropping off paperwork, I felt comfortable and at ease in the space.Overall, I highly recommend the leasing office and staff at Cortona. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire leasing process a breeze. Living here since 2022, the experience with the community has been great. Taline and the leasing office folks are great to work with. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly and efficiently. Prices are very affordable and it is located very close to multiple shops. Overall a great neighborhood with great people. The only downside is the lack of free open space parking in the community which gets filled up completely by 6pm. Getting a carport is a lot convenient for people coming home late.

Cortona apartments in Fairview offer the best value in living for seniors and young people. Our community is a diverse mix of people of all ages and backgrounds, making everyone feel included and part of a larger family. We have lived here for 8 years and intend to stay for many more.If you travel, this location is perfect: near the intersection of Highway 75 and 121, it is just 15 minutes to Stonebriar shopping in Frisco and about 30 minutes to DFW on 121 all the way.Excellent management, location, value, services/facilities, and response maintenance. Every significant shopping, dining, or church service is within a very short distance, and Medical City McKinney is just one mile away. If you have pets, it is also a very pet-friendly complex; some units even have fenced-in yards. Very nice Covered parking and garages are also available.The living environment is excellent, with many walking trails, playgrounds, a small lake, and treed open land around the grounds.

After reading some of the bad reviews, I felt an urge to write a review of my own.Been here since July 22 and it’s been nothing but a great experience so far. The folks at the leasing office are wonderful. They work so hard at staying on top of everything and putting events together for the community. The maintenance team is just great. The moment I need them for something they show up as fast as lightning. My building is near the leasing office. I see them at work everyday. Worth mentioning that I have never seen a complex so well taken care of. Every morning including weekends they are cleaning the pool, the grills, the common areas and streets. They rarely close the pool or gym unless it’s absolutely needed for repairs.The rent is affordable for the area. I feel very safe and walk around town all the time.Some folks love to complain, but forget that just like any community you need to contribute. Let them know if you see something needing attention. They do their best every day and will surely address it.

I have been living in the Cortona apartments for a year now and I genuinely love it. I personally am one to stay at an apartment for a year and then sign a new one for another adventure etc. this year I decided to stay in this complex and just transfer to a 2bd 2ba. I am a woman so it’s important for me to feel safe where I live and I do here. Bonus includes being able to workout and chill by the pond. Neighbors are always kind and willing to talk. I’ve never personally had any problems with maintenance, management, or the individuals that work inside. Plus this is located right by the Fairview town center so I walk everywhere. I love it here! I’ve recommended it to so many people. And of course everyone has their own experiences but genuinely is my favorite place to live (and I’ve been a lot of different ones)Anyways I know this is long but hopefully whoever is reading this is looking for a place sees that there are people that love it here!

The CORTONA APARTAMENTS, It is a very quiet, safe and welcoming place. Its recreational areas meet the expectations to be able to live surrounded by everything such as supermarkets, schools and shopping centers, cinemas, among others.

This was a great apartment complex for us and I felt very safe in the surrounding area, even when it was just me and my daughter going on walks or playing at the playground that is right outside the complex. The pool is fabulous, and the gym is pretty good too! I especially appreciated being able to do cycling classes on the Echelon bikes they have. Management in the office was very friendly and made us feel at home, even though we were only here temporarily. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else I could find in the surrounding area, and it was really close to groceries at Aldi & HEB, Target, Big Blue Swim School, and a bunch of restaurants! Freeway access is quick and easy which makes my husbands commute much quicker. 10/10 recommend!

I recently leased an apartment at Cortona and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The leasing office staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.The maintenance and cleaning services are truly exceptional. The maintenance team responds promptly to any issues and always completes repairs with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, the cleaning staff ensures that the common areas and grounds are immaculately maintained, creating a pleasant environment for residents. Overall, Im highly impressed with the level of care and attention to detail demonstrated by the maintenance and cleaning teams at Cortona.I highly recommend Cortona.

I moved here four years ago because of its proximity to the city park. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and Talene and the office staff are friendly and helpful. The property and grounds are well maintained and the hallways are kept free of dust and debris. One review showed a photo of trash on the grounds. This is not a regular occurrence—I’m sure it was removed promptly! At every apartment complex there will always be issues but in my many of apartment living, this complex earns five stars.

I’ve been living at the Cortona apartments going on 5 years and my experience here has been great. The apartments are big and comfortable.The maintenance team are fabulous handling any problem very promptly and kindly. The office staff are nice, understanding, and compassionate. Also, love attending to all the fun events at the recreation room (margarita & wing night, wine night, etc.) so much fun!A special thanks to Taline! The Cortona is a great complex. The common areas are awesome and apartments are absolutely confortables. Stanff is also nice specially Ahmad, he is always helpful and a very kind person. I do recommend to consider The Cortona as your new place to live.

This community is amazing! It’s so conveniently located to several shops and had very easy access from 75. The office staff I worked with , Taline and Amanda were super nice and answered all questions. Spoke with 3 residents here, 1 that recently moved in, 1 here for a year, and one here for several years, all stated loved the complex. It’s quiet but there is plenty to do. Moving into the Loft side of the complex in a couple of weeks and really excited to call this place home.

The unit I live in is so spacious for a one bedroom and it’s been updated with new appliances. The atmosphere is just beyond!!! Everyone on staff is so helpful and friendly, Taline personally helped me with my lease and everything and has gone above and beyond!! The pool is gorgeous and beautiful, the gym is so clean with great equipment and two amazing sate of the art spin bites. There is never a ton of noise and all the residents are very polite. I am absolutely in love with everything The Cortona has to offer and so pleased to call it home!!

Living here has been somewhat a wish for me since Id been in Texas for the last few years, 4, to be exact. The area here is awesome! Iove telling people where I live. Although there is a lot of happenings and shopping, its relatively quiet, especially at night. I feel very secure and safe here as Security is always around. The people are wonderful and made the move in very easy. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I still cant get the gate passcode to work on my phone so I have to use the main gate. I cant get any response back on it.11/9/23. I am revising my review to a 5. They immediately resolved my gate code issue. This is a wonderful place to live. They do lots of little things to make it feel welcoming and inviting. Starting with the move in gift bag to the dog treats to the gatherings they host.

I lived at the Cortana Fairview Apartments and absolutely loved it! The scenery was great, nice little walking trail and basketball court that adjoins the property. The facilities and unit were very clean and well kept up. The staff were very helpful and responsive in any request we had, example we had our water heater out in the middle of January and they fixed it within a couple of hours. The location is great because it is close to the Fairview town center where you can walk to get a bite to eat, listen to music, or even go to the stores! The apartment staff also gets the residents involved by holding events for people to meet! Absolutely would recommend living at the Cortana Fairview Apartments!

I have loved my experience at Cortona! With the new manager changes it has really started to improve everything about the community and makes living here even more enjoyable! This is a great apartment complex. My friend just moved in and I got a chance to visit. The complex looks clean, the amenities are abundant and the pool is resort style indeed. Their gym is filled with all the equipment you expect from high end stand alone gyms. The apartment unit itself looks cozy, clean and bright. Would definitely move in if I wasnt stuck in a lease elsewhere.

Wanted to share my ongoing 5 star experience at Cortona. Wanted to say how the maintenance tech, Reggie went above and beyond to fix my maintenance issues. He didn’t rush and gave great attention to ensure all problems were fixed. I also want to commend Sam in the front office. He has literally fixed any concerns I’ve ever had. I really appreciate this because sometimes my anxiety gets the best of me. Marae is also a manager in the front office and she’s very hard-working and courteous and always goes above and beyond. I couldn’t ask for a better staff and I’ve been a resident for going on 2 years now. Last but not least, Natalie is an entire sweetheart! If Sam or Marae aren’t available she will definitely make sure matters are resolved for you. This is a huge property and I work in the industry, so I know hard work when I see it. Thank you guys for all you do. The only downside is the increase in renewal rates but overall still competitive and I feel like I get a lot of bang for my buck. I’m very thankful and glad to call this place home. ❤️

Thank you to Maria and her staff (Angie, Breanna, and Sam), it’s been pleasant to walk into the front office. They greet you with a smile and welcome salutation. Their property is very large separated into 4 distinct areas. To have only 4 people in front office and being able to juggle large property speaks volumes of their commitment to their jobs. They have been courteous and polite about issues that have arose within the complex. The Maintenance staff has improved in keeping the common areas clean and presentable to customers. Especially around the mailbox common areas.Thank so much for your dedication and hard work.

We have lived in the Cortona community for a few years and feel at home here. When something breaks Reggie with the maintenance team is always professional and kind to us, he communicates what the issue is and what his plan is to resolve it. A few weeks ago we didn’t have hot water and he reset our water heater to fix the issue quickly. We have had a broken sink and ice maker, but he showed up first thing this morning and now we have a full functioning kitchen, thank you Reggie!

These are very nice, gated apts. Everything that was promised by the staff on the move-in date was accomplished. We came from San Antonio so we never had a chance to actually walk through the apt before we moved, but the staff was very accommodating, always answered the phone when I called. Very professional. Everything was as promised. We has some small issues that needed attention and the maintenance Dept was on top of it. They came the very next day to fix a light, door lock and stove issue and were kind and courteous. My wife and I are very happy with our choice to move here. No bug issues are present, the neighbors are not right next door to us so no issues there. They offer covered parking and garages at a reasonable price. I suggest getting one because open parking spaces are limited. We have had a wonderful experience so far with the Cortona apts.

They address our issues, and do little events for us. I try to show up but like I said, I work far. The maintenance team is really sweet too! We love those guys!

I went to look at the apartments today. I forgot to get pictures but will add some next time I go. The office was very friendly. The complex is clean and surprisingly quiet. The apartments are very nice inside and have little extras. Washers and dryers are included in the units. The appliances are stainless steel. Granite counter tops. The amenities are numerous and well thought out. Tons of shopping in walking distance. Theres even a community garden where you can rent a plot and grow vegetables.Vet nice neighborhood and the neighbors we met are very friendly.

Just recently moved in and I absolutely love my apartment. The main reason I rated it four stars versus five is because of the office staff. There are some that are good however I cant seem to get a straight answer about most of my questions that should be common sense and there was a huge miscommunication about what floor I was to live on. I requested first and ended up with a third floor unit. My level of trust for the staff members has gone down as a result. However, the grounds are nice and the maintenance requests that Ive had so far have been attended to. Parking does become scarce after 6pm but overall I really enjoy being here so far.

I lived in the community for about year and half. I looked at various places, but really liked the home like feel of this place. The apartments are spread so you have privacy, the layouts are very nice and the place is clean and quiet. I also had the garage that was connected and spacious. Plus, with all the shops close by, it cant get any more convenient. I run late in the evenings so it was important that there were good trails close by so I dont have to drive. The cortona has a nice lake and good access to trails. I run about 4 miles every other day and it was really awesome to run when I wanted. The trail is well lit and safe.The management team is very responsive and reasonable. There was a change in the mgmt company last year. I have good things to say for the team before and after the change. I want to acknowledge Saleem who gave me accurate information and great advice when I was moving in. Also, Kiran who is an aggressive and efficient person in the management team making sure all the issues were resolved asap.The apartment quality is very very good. Other than couple fused bulbs over the months, I had 0 issues. Also the AC and insulation is awesome and even in peak summer, the electricity charges were low.The apartment gym and the pool is very nice and well maintained. I used both extensively and really like the view from the gym looking over the lake.I had a tough last year... I moved to Cortona on faith and I want to thank cortona and the folks behind, that through the difficult time, atleast the place I stayed was comfortable and positive. Thank you team! I take with me good memorirs. Very best!!!

I have lived at the Cortona Fairview apartments since 2017. I have enjoyed it so much when i was ready to upgrade to a larger unit i didn’t look elsewhere. They made the process simple and easy, i worked with Marae McElreath and she always make the process simple and easy. I look forward to renewing for another lease in the future. The maintenance team is always attentive and quick to respond. If you are looking for an apartment that is nice, not over crowded and well kept. I highly recommend you contact Marae and her team so that you can be as happy with where you live as i am.

This has been my first week living at Cortona. Natali made my leasing experience so pleasant and easy. After searching for months I knew Cortona would be my home as soon as I visited! I fell in love with the property immediately. The manager Marae and Natali always go above and beyond to help everyone! Oscar has been very helpful as well. They are so kind and so hard working and make me feel like I am a part of a community and I am proud to call Cortona my new home! I cannot wait to bring my family from Mexico to visit and hopefully lease at Cortona as well! I am within walking distance to everything, it is perfect. If you are looking for your new home in a great location go to Cortona and ask for Natali!

I want to start off by saying that I love the neighborhood and atmosphere that The Cortona provides. My only issue was the service request. My AC unit went out during triple digit weather after several request to have it looked at. The Apts were under new management in addition to a global pandemic. However, once I spoke with Miss Marcy, she accepted accountability and did everything to reassure me that the issue would be resolved in a timely manner. She even went out her way to follow up and ensure that it was working properly once installed. In a society where customer service seems to be falling by the waist side, Miss Marcy, her Maintence team, and Lantower Living showed me that there are still people who care. I usually don’t write reviews however, it was a must that I give credit where it is due. Thank you all and continue to lead by example.

PLEASE READ:I originally lived on property from 09/2013-03/2016 and loved the entire experience. Relocated for work until 12/2018 at which time i decided to move back to these apartments. Since January 1st i have filed over 13 noise complaints on my upstairs neighbors. Children screaming and stampeding all hours of the day and night is extremely distracting especially given that i work from home. Management has exhausted every option and have treated them with kindness, while maintaining a firm yet professional demeanor. The upstairs tenants claim they cannot control the noise level of their children and i shouldnt Live on the first floor if I’m noise sensitive and they’ve never had issues before, YET when I moved in my neighbors on the first floor warned me of the noise level. I’ve raised children and YES you can control them and their noise. Do NOT believe the negative reviews placed two weeks ago by the irrational and disrespectful tenants on the second floor of building six.

I love this place! The ONLY thing that I cant stand is the parking availability. It almost forces you to buy a covered parking or garage. Parking is horrible, and I always have to park at other buildings and walk over to mine. Other than that, the office staff are great, the noise is quiet compared to other apts Ive lived in, and the grounds are gorgeous! (except dog poop but thats the residents fault, not the complexs).
