If you’re looking for something simple and quiet , this is the place for you. I came here in need of an immediate move in and the process was so quick and easy. I had a nice journey here before moving, Michell is THE BEST! The sweetest, most understanding , apartment manager I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond her job to help. And as a single mom I appreciated it. If I hit the lottery I owe her a portion. And all of my neighbors looked out for each other , it was never loud or drama.

Me and my family became residents of The Corners apartments in DeSoto, in February 2024, and I must say these apartments are amazing! The office staff is friendly and very accommodating to their residents needs. Corners apartments are very clean and the maintenance team is very prompt and comes immediately to resolve any issues that may occur. I would definitely recommend living here if you are in the DeSoto, Texas area! I rate Corners Apartments 5 stars all around! I am glad me and my family can call Corners Apartments Home.

Audrey Jones is a great property manager, Ive had the privilege to live on property under her leadership for 6+ years. What makes so great is that she goes the the extra mile to ensure your concern is resolved in a timely manner. She very responsive to her email, phone inquiries.She takes proud on the property and has brought enhancements to the property to make it safer and resident friendly.Happy to have met her and Ive experienced other leadership style in the last 9 years Ive been living on the property has not been so friendly & helpful.

The staff is very professional and courteous. Sylvia chapa has been very helpful in making my living experience as comfortable as possible. They handle issues very timely. The maintenance team is very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The grounds are very well kept. I have lived here for almost 1 year with no issues. The staff has made me feel extremely welcome.

The Corners management is awesome. Audrey and Sylvia are a great team. They are very helpful and nice. Whenever I had a question or needed help with anything they were courteous and prompt. My experience from September 2014 to the present has been superb. Audrey has always been helpful and very knowledgeable. Sylvia has been wonderful and very helpful. Overall I have had a wonderful experience!

I’ve been staying at The Corners for almost 2 years. If an issue arises I can contact Ms. Diana or Ms. Martinez & the issue will be resolved. They are professional & efficient for the residents. They are always willing to help the residents with whatever they need. They go above & beyond to get the job done. I truly appreciate them for all they do.We have a new office personnel Ms. Africa. She is extremely professional as well. She’s only been there a short while but she gets the job done.We all love Mr. Curtis. He meets all our maintenance needs. We greatly appreciate him for all he does.

New to Desoto, Texas but was met with welcoming Opened Arms. Sylvia, made the decision process and transfer easy. The apartment was updated with new carpet, paint and appliances. I feel safe and the office has been prompt with responses to my questions and concerns regarding my unit. I would and is if you are reading this encourage you to visit and move-into THE CORNERS Apartment. The grounds and the pool are very well kept. The tenants with pets have managed them quite responsibly. A plus, Sylvia manages this property personally, she cares, she listens and she is responsive. Glad I chose this complex.

Ive lived in The Corners for 7 years now And I honestly dont have one complaint.. Ms. Sylvia in the office always greets me with a smile When I come into the office or even when she sees me on the property. . She is very prompt and helpful in getting things taking care of Whenever I have a maintenance issue..The Corners Apartments Is by far one of the best places to stay in DeSoto. I Would definitely recommend these apartments to everybody moving to the DeSoto. Thank you, Miss. Sylvia and Audrey For making my stay at The Corners a pleasurable one.👍

Im a current resident that really love the awesome property. Its very quiet and well managed and I wanted to share with others who might be looking for an apartment in DeSoto. After the sale of my home , my husband and I needed to find somewhere to live. Silvia is so sweet, she made the process so easy. I have had no problems that she have not taken care of immediately. I’ve really enjoyed living here the staff is amazing the manager in the office Mrs Sylvia has been so helpful since day one she is amazing not only does she makes sure everything is good with your apartment but also in your everyday lives she really cares I have a child who has fatally lung disease and we are constantly in and out the hospital and she always stops me to check on us to ask how he’s doing and are we good you rarely will find managers who care about their tendents but she does and I’m forever grateful that I’ve been able to live in such a nice neighborhood with a manger who cares and always there if anything goes wrong. This is a great place to stay

The Corners has been a blessing. After leaving my home I was in need of a place quick and I stop by and Ms. Jones didnt have anything ready so I turn around to walk out and she ask how soon did I need a place and I told her yesterday. I filled out application, gave her the fee and deposit she got it cleaned and moved in that night Ms. Jones and Sylvia have been a blessing to me.. Family 4 Ever..

I have lived here in Desoto for 8 years in several different apartments. So far my experience here at The Corners has been overall the best. The entire team is professional, accommodating, and courteous. Audrey most especially, is always in pro-stat mode and on priority status when it comes to handling any request or whatever the needs are; along with her maintenance team, who is most attentive, prompt and on-top of everything, is a great team to have and to depend on. They keep this property in tip top shape and makes you feel good when you know their doing the job RIGHT!!!!!I WOULD RECOMMEND A BETTER PATROL OFFICER AT LATE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING HOURS ESPECIALLY FOR THE REAR PARKING LOT!!!!

Visited the property this afternoon. Very well maintained grounds and unit that I was shown. The Assistant Manager was very attentive. The residences that we meet were all very friendly. This complex is in the top 5 of apartments to rent.

Sylvia the manager is absolutely awesome.. I’ve moved in a couple weeks ago and I love my new place.. especially the neighborhood.. the media package is awesome as well.. I’ve in Dallas.. more North for almost 10 years and moving to Desoto.. especially these apts has been thee best change.. if you’re looking for something reasonably priced, spacious, in a good area and bug free.. check out The Corners!
