From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by the fantastic staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any requests. The maintenance team was incredibly responsive and efficient, ensuring that everything in the apartment and the common areas was always in top condition.The amenities at The Clark are top-notch. As a dog owner, I was thrilled with the dedicated dog park and dog wash station, which made taking care of my furry friend so much easier and more enjoyable. The fitness center is well-equipped, making it easy to stay on track with my fitness goals, and the game room provided the perfect space to unwind and have some fun with friends.The media center was another highlight, offering a comfortable space to relax and watch movies. Living at The Clark was an incredible experience, and one of the standout features was the breathtaking views. The Clark is an awesome place to live downtown Austin! The staff are very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet but only a couple of blocks from downtown. Ive rented for 10+ years in many different cities and this building is well maintained and has nice common spaces. Maintenance is so fast that if Im not ready for them to come that day, I actually wait till the end of the day to submit my work request so that theyll come the next morning :) Lots of space to work or relax if you are on the property, which is something I was looking for. When I compared to other properties within walking distance to the Town Lake trail The Clark had the best combination of amenities and common spaces. The gym is also clean and well equipped. Highly recommend. Iman and the staff have made my time here great!

Moved in a few months ago, and so glad I made the swtich. The Clark has so many amenities! The gym is top notch, so I even cancelled my gym membership. Whenever I need a remote office, I just use their conference room. I truly feel like I LIVE here, like the Clark is my little bubble. The lobby/common areas are always spotless. The staff are friendly and accommodating. 10/10

Living at the Clark has been amazing, such a great location and extremely modern facilities make this a fun place to live. The office and maintenance staff are always so receptive and responsive to the needs that I have. The maintenance issues that I have had have been minor, but the maintenance staff has done a great job of taking care of them quickly and cleaning up after themselves when completed, absolutely love the Clark.

I’ve loved living here so far! The facilities and amenities are beautiful, all of the staff are very kind and helpful, and the location can’t be beat. My move in was smooth, and Iman was very nice and accommodating with all of my questions. The apartment has a small footprint but the high ceilings make it feel spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, perfect for one person. Highly recommend!

We have loved living at the Clark! It is in such a great location, walking distance to all of the fun bars and restaurants as well as a major grocery store and gym! The building is always clean, and maintenance responds quickly to requests. Management, specifically Que and Iman, is very friendly and willing to assist with anything that comes up. My husband and I have lived at the Clark for two months now. Having lived in other buildings in the neighborhood, we can say confidently that the Clark is the nicest apartment building in Clarksville by far, with the kindest staff. From touring to move-in, Iman and Que have made the process as smooth as can be.Improvements are made constantly; for example, maintenance recently cleaned the pillars in the garage that dogs frequently pee on, and cleaned the stairwells. Changes are communicated clearly by the office staff as well.

I have really enjoyed my move to the Clark. The location is ideal for me, close to many of my favorite restaurants and such...so nice to be able to walk to places versus always needing a car! Also the property is run really well. I have had efficient and friendly solutions with the maintenance staff, especially Ben and Mike. Que was also very efficient and helpful to me during my pre-move-in process and Iman has been really great at answering my many questions. Thank you all for your hard work and actually caring! It makes a huge difference!

She gave a really fantastic tour. I liked the place but decided to push through with a different area in Austin. But I would definitely recommend getting a lease here - everything was so high end and luxurious!

Great amenities, very clean, and the staff is thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone! I currently live on the train side; it took a few weeks to get used to, but its something I adapted to quickly.

I told myself that I would never live in apartment again but I’ve lived at the Clark for more than a year now and have only had the greatest experience here. The residents are all kind and welcoming. There’s a group of ~20 of us who have all gotten to become friends and the leasing team has been incredible - from the maintenance team, cleaning crew, and leasing team, nothing but exceptional professionalism. I’ve had 6 friends move here since living here because they know how much I love it here. Great work CWS team!Updated 9/14/2024Iman, the leasing consultant, is so kind and has been so helpful and friendly. She has helped so many of my friends/referrals with promptness. It’s been amazing living here and I’ve been here for 3.5 years! Love it here.

Ive lived at the Clark for nearly 4 years and its always been my favorite apartment. The community spaces are a whole vibe, the pool is fun without being rowdy, the staff has always been so incredible and quick to take care of any issues that arise. The gym has everything I need to stay active and the residents are all so nice. As a fairly introverted person, I still find myself making friends while at the pool or working in a communal space. The rooftop is the perfect place to see fireworks, or just enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day, enjoying the downtown view. The only issue Ive ever had is sharing a small closet with my boyfriend. Its not enough space for all the clothes I want. = )

The Clark is a great place to live. The maintenance requests are filled promptly. The front desk team is warm, friendly, and always quick to help. The amenities are bar none, especially the gym. The gym is not only large, but also has all the equipment anyone needs. Included with the workout area is a full sized, separate, mirrored workout room with cycling bikes and a TV with interactive workouts. I have never had to wait to use the equipment. The property is kept clean and in top notch condition. I live above the dog park, which I use everyday with my Greyhound. I back up to the train. I work from home and rarely hear the train, neighbors, or dogs. The sliding back doors are insulated very well! I love the location. Its a quick walk to Howards, Clarks and Swedish Hill. Nates Baked goods is across the street and is delicious (also has a half price hour 3-4 weekdays). I have really enjoyed living here and fully recommend living at The Clark.

The location and amenities of this property are incredible. Between the game room, the pool, resident event space and roof deck The Clark really does have it all. Coming from a resident who just resigned a two year lease, I must say that the property management and leasing staff have gone above and beyond to make our space our home.Casee, Iman and Que are by far some of the most dedicated and personable humans my family and I have had the pleasure of meeting. This team of three go above and beyond to ensure the residents are heard and validated. They have organized resident community events and know all 300 of us on a first name basis. They tackle every issue with grace and professionalism and in this day and age is difficult to find.We very much enjoy living here :)

I’ve lived at The Clark since 2022 and have recommended the property to a few coworkers which is great since they have a resident referral program.There have been a few staff changes recently and now that the newness of the property is wearing off you can tell the property’s age is starting to show but it’s not as bad as others I’ve visited in the area. Amenities are cleaned daily and the scent throughout is amazing 🤗We’ve had gate issues that seem to be resolved with this last major repair and pool has been closed for replaster but once that’s resolved it will be back to normal in the next couple of weeks. The pool area is truly the highlight of the entire property.Overall property condition and maintenance items are minimum and the maintenance is quick to fix things that are in their control. The leasing staff is always nice and response times in communication follow ups is always by end of day if not within the hour.My only real negative about the property would be the train noise. If you are noise sensitive, you will want to lease a unit not facing south. The team was great at telling me which units were train facing which was helpful.

Ive lived here over 2 years and still love it. The location is perfect, right on the outside edge of downtown, and walkable to a lot of places. The pool, gym, and other community areas are some of the best Ive seen. The unit finishes and appliances are very nice (including gas stoves) and floorplans are well designed. Parking garage is great - spots are not the miniature size you normally see downtown - and although they offer some reserved spots, Ive never once felt like I needed one. Residents are mostly friendly and respectful, although there are always going to be some bad apples who leave their trash in the hallway all weekend long. Maintenance has been noticeably slower to fix issues lately, which is my only real complaint, but the work gets done eventually. Frequent elevator issues are a thing, like many DT apartment buildings, but at least this is a mid-rise, so theyre not as critical. I also wish someone would design these buildings better to prevent the misery of stampeding dogs or heel-striking walkers in the apartments above you. Overall I still love The Clark and recommend it. :)

I had a great experience touring at The Clark with my assigned leasing professional, Iman! She was very personable, welcoming and offered great insights about the neighborhood, floorplans and amenities. The location is very close to the Downtown area, Whole Foods and CycleBar. One thing super cool about the property is a monthly allotment of free coffees at the nearby coffee shop (Better Half Coffee & Cocktails). Although I didnt end up signing a lease here, I will definitely refer this property to others on the hunt for a new apartment.

I have lived at the Clark going on three years and I love it! Great neighborhood close to everything and friendly community. The apartment itself is not only well kept, but what makes all the difference is the staff. The Clark team always go above and beyond to make improvements and ensure residents are happy. I don’t have to worry about when I need to change the air filter or ask about the dog park needing cleaning - they are on top of it plus some. In comparison to other apartments I have lived in, The Clark team is dedicated and genuinely there to serve and make the building feel like a home. There are fresh flowers in the lobby, and it always smells great adding to the overall appeal. 10/10 would recommend!

Casee and her team are great. Unfortunately, I had to move out of the Clark within my first 30 days, but they have a 30-day no-fault clause, which is pretty unheard of with apartments. Casee issued my refund quickly and ensured a super smooth move-out process.The building is upscale, and the units have nice finishes and appliances. Also 10 minute walk to downtown. Highly recommend this spot

When it came time for me to find a new apartment, there was no question — it had to be The Clark! It’s close to downtown and lots of good bars and restaurants, but far enough away where the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment itself is bright and clean. I love how spacious the kitchen is! The staff are always understanding and quick to help whenever there’s an issue. As an added bonus, it has a great dog park. It’s well kept and spacious and my pup loves it! We’re all very happy to call The Clark home.

Nice neighborhood, great location, friendly & helpful staff, and a well kept property.Anthony from the leasing team could not have been more helpful. Hunting for apartments across the country was frustrating - but Anthony made everything so much easier.Quick and detailed responses, and even went out of his way to help me carry a bedframe up to my apartment. The team made the move very smooth and continues to be extremely helpful.I really dont have anything bad to say about the Clark, but my one recommendation for anyone moving here is to request a unit on the opposite side of the train tracks as there is a train that runs through the night and could probably irritate light sleepers.All in all Im very happy with my decision moving to the Clark and glad to be part of this great community.

I moved into The Clark recently and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I moved to Austin from out of state and toured 10 apartments before making a decision. Hands down, The Clark was the most clean, well-maintained building I had come across during my search. The amenities are beautiful, parking is easy, and the location in general is awesome! My favorite fitness studios, Whole Foods, and some great restaurants are all within walking distance. But what truly sets The Clark apart is their staff. Kay and Matthew in the leasing office are two literal angels and made me feel so comfortable and welcome during the entire moving process. They are extremely kind and willing to help with anything, whether its helping me carry a huge package up to my unit or making sure my postmates food finds its way to me. The maintenance team is also incredible. Richard and Stephanie are a dream team and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about the property and its residents. The residents I’ve come across are nice and respectful and the building is quiet! I definitely made the right choice.

Not only are the apartments and common spaces so beautiful and thoughtfully maintained, the building location, amenities, and whole team are NEXT LEVEL. They are kind, considerate, and always available to support and enhance the lives of their residents. After almost 7 years of annual apartment hopping in Austin, we landed at The Clark and only left due to a move out of state. Far and away the best apartment building in Downtown/Clarksville area and I couldnt recommend it more enthusiastically! I have moved almost every other year of my adult life for work and I have A LOT of experience with rentals. I have only been at The Clark for a few months, but it is already exceeding my expectations. Ben and Kay have been extremely accommodating and didn’t make us feel crazy for coming to look at the property of and apartment 100 times before making our decision, haha! Some of my favorite things about The Clark are: It’s proximity to downtown, without feeling like you are RIGHT in the middle of the chaos. They offer a trash service and pick up from your front door during weeknights (but I never seem to notice anybody sneaking by to collect it and the window that we have to leave it out means that it’s never out long enough to smell like trash). The level of cleanliness makes the building feel like condos and not just a rental. The amenities are beautiful and never too busy because of the perfect size of the building. I feel safe here because of the fob-only parking/elevator/stair access. So many reasons to move here! The apartment itself is beautiful and well maintained- feels brand new. We wish we could buy!

I have been at the Clark now for a couple of months and this is the first apartment complex that actually feels like home! A big part of that is because of the staff, i particularly love working with Stephanie and Richard. I love that I know I can count on them if anything were to go wrong. It truly felt like we became some sort of family during the Texas snow storm. They not only risked their lives to come out to the complex, but also made the residents feel so safe in such an unpromising time. 10/10 recommend!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! My mom and I had a 10/10 experience touring the Clark. We were visiting Austin, TX for only 36 hours touring 10+ apartments that day and the Clark was our last one. We ran in just as they were closing and the wonderful leasing consultant Kay welcomed us in with open arms and not only let us look around but gave us a FULL consultation and personal tour, staying almost an hour after closing. She truly made our experience at the Clark stick out among the many complexes we toured that day. Not only is the entire complex gorgeous and location is prime - the staff and overall vibe of the Clark just makes you feel at home. I absolutely LOVE living at The Clark in Downtown Austin! Moving in was made super easy by the leasing team, especially Alyson, who went above and beyond to make my move (and all the paperwork that goes along with it!) as smooth as possible. The apartments are modern, the view from the rooftop cant be beat, and the amenities are amazing! My dog also loves the dog park, and they just put in new grass, benches, and a water station. Only downfall - no agility or things for the dogs to climb on ;) Lastly, The Clark is perfectly located and within walking distance to Whole Foods, Lifetime, a yoga studio, and several bars & restaurants, a short drive to anything else you could need, and there is also always plenty of parking in the parking garage. I definitely recommend living here!

The team was gracious enough to transfer me to a larger unit when my boyfriend (& later, his daughter) moved in with me. There arent enough kind words to say about Kay, Ben and Alyson. They are kind, responsive, and this is hands down my favorite building I have ever lived in. (All the neighbors are extremely kind, too!) The amenities are fabulous but what I cant emphasize enough is the safety factor. Being a single female, with a history of living in nice places but having had security issues (like my car broken into), there really is no price tag for safety. That is all! 10/10, highly recommend.

I moved in sight unseen - which is always difficult but it was such a painless experience thanks to Ben, Bethany, Elise and the entire team! They have been nothing but great to my dog and I. The location is also very ideal for anyone that works downtown, and also close enough to walk/scooter just about everywhere downtown. I just resigned my lease for a second year at The Clark and couldnt be happier! The property is absolutely beautiful and has SO many high end amenity spaces compared to other nearby communities. The apartment finishes are also great because, hello, GAS STOVES! My favorite part about living at The Clark is not only the things I listed above, but the staff. Ben, Bethany, Elise and everyone are all so kind and professional. They genuinely care about your happiness and making sure that your apartment and the community feel like home. They even went so far as to send me flowers with a hand written card when they heard I was going through a difficult personal time. I have now referred 2 of my friends to live here, so I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home in a great area.

Living at The Clark has exceeded all of my expectations. Not only is it located next to Black Swan Yoga & Better half, & its an 8 min walk to Whole Foods. I have a beautiful view of Downtown Austin & all the amenities the resident share are gorgeous & kept immaculate. The Clark is more than a dream & that is all thanks to the team that makes it all happen. Ben, Bethany, Elise & Mary are seriously a modern day dream team. When something needs resolving, they seriously work as a team & all have great communication with the residents, they keep me up to date until the residents are satisfied. It also doesnt hurt that they are the friendliest & really try to get to know their residents during resident Happy Hours. The maintenance team is awesome, all of my requests have been completed within 24 hours. The cleaning team keeps the building looking new & smelling amazing.

Ive lived in The Clark for 7 months and it is a big upgrade from my previous apartment. I really enjoy all the updated finishes in both my unit and the common areas. The maintenance staff is also incredibly quick to respond to any issues. Only downside is the loud train on the south side of the building, but if you get a north-facing unit it is much less noticeable.

Although there is no remedy to the latter, Casee was able to make my transition smoother than Michael debuting the moonwalk. Casee possesses poise, patience (I had a lot of questions), and displayed a high level of professionalism. My experience has been nothing short of a delight with every interaction, and who doesn’t love consistency? The key that is consistency now unlocks the door to my new home. I love living here! Not only is it a gorgeous building with amazing amenities, communal spaces and gorgeous apartments, but the ongoing resident events and attention to detail make it feel like a true community. Im new to Austin and have been able to meet people via our building Book Club, Running Club and resident mixers. Kay and Matthew are the most helpful, responsive and thoughtful team. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and always have little incentives for the residents planned.The apartments are well-appointed with the best appliances, high ceilings and gas stoves which is so rare to find in a complex in Austin! Everyone who works on staff is kind and extremely helpful. When I had to put in a maintenance request to have some lightbulbs changed, the job was done in a half hour! It made me feel assured that if any real issues were to come up in my apartment, that they would be addressed quickly and efficiently.I feel safe and at home here, and wont be in any rush to live anywhere else in Austin!

The Clark is perfect. I took two weeks to look around Austin for a place to live before moving here. Thank god I found the Clark on my last day, and I signed on the spot! The pool is the best I’ve seen in Austin, the gym is amazing, catch the sunset, or sunrise on the Sky Deck and work from the lounge, lobby or conference room. They killed the design of the Clarke, from the bbq area to the swim-up bar and fire pit, the interiors and the units themselves. Also it’s the only place I found with gas ranges for cooking!If that wasn’t enough, the people running the place are the nicest, most helpful awesome hosts. They will help with anything, and go the extra mile to plan fun events and make you feel ‘welcome home’.

I love living at the Clark! The past three months here (since they opened) have been worry-free and relaxing. As someone who looks at Google reviews when searching for apartments, heres what I would want to know:1. This location cannot be beat. Being north of the river, it makes everything downtown easily and quickly accessible, whether by (a cheap) Uber or walking. Its also close enough to Mopac that you can get on within minutes in the midst of morning/afternoon rush hour, but far enough away that you are not bothered by the sound of traffic. Theres also one of the best breakfast sandwiches in Austin right next door.2. The maintenance team is great! Maintenance requests are filled within the day of placing them and the maintenance team is always nice and takes the time to ask how youre doing and if you need anything else done.3. The parking situation is also good (which I find is a problem at most other complexes.) There is more than enough resident parking, which you can only access behind a locked gate, but there is also free street parking and visitor parking for guests! Guests dont have the fear of not finding parking / constantly having to run down to pay for parking, something I cant say for the rest of Austin.4. The amenities are out of this world. The pool feels high-end and as if its from a high-rise hotel. Besides the look, theres always residents getting some sun and plenty of room to go around. Additionally, the gas grills are always getting used. The game room and sky deck are also very clean and put together, despite being used daily by residents. My favorite amenity is the gym, its huge for a downtown apartment complex and has everything you need and more.5. The leasing team is fantastic! The moving process was easy and they accommodated some changes in our move-in schedule. They are always helpful whenever I come in with questions and they throw fun resident activities, nearly once every other week. Shout out to Bethany!6. My only note would be the honking of the train (its to the south side of the building.) It blares 5-6 times a day but honestly, you get used to it so it isnt bothersome anymore. It also sounds different depending on which part of the building youre facing, so take this with a grain of salt. Its not a problem management can fix immediately, but are trying to work with the city so the train wont honk anymore, which is nice.I know usually when you see a review this length, its someone criticizing the apartment, but the Clark is such a nice place to live and deserves that shown online. I decided to look for a new place last August 19 and when I saw the The Clark new marquee sign go up one day on my way home driving down W 5th, I was like what is that and I will live there! Low and behold the next weekend I went to tour the brand new mid-rise and who did i see? The best managment team that once worked at the high rise I was living in at the time. I was like, This is where you guys disappeared to?! I knew right then after seeing the beautuful familiar faces like Ben Hyde and Bethany Taylor (the gorgeous red headed maven) along with Elise Rolfs who was a new face but was the community director who gave me my tour, I was sold and literally put my deposit down that day.Not only are they the best team, lets talk about the building and amenities. This place is gorgeous and the interior selections are amazing. The gym is insane, and there are so many cool community areas to hang in.And finally of course I had to make sure that Bauer Malone (my cockapoo) approved. So when he saw the doggy salon right off the pet play area I knew he would fit in just fine.These guys care about you personally as friends, and actually went above and beyond for me in more ways than they know!I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for a swanky, modern and hip building downtown in the amazing neighborhood of Clarksville. Where your neighbors are a wide range of cool, professional and respectable residents.The overall vibe is a great feel and couldnt be happier!

I’ve lived here for almost three years and am very pleased with my experience. The staff are excellent – they respond in a timely manner, keep the complex clean and functioning, host fun social events, and are a pleasure to speak with. The amenities, especially the pool area, are among the nicest you’ll find in Austin for the price. My apartment faces the pool, and I love opening my windows to hear the fountains (which continuously run) when Im feeling stressed. The complex is also in a prime location. It is right next to Blackswan Yoga, a cycling studio, a Crossfit gym, Better Half / Holdout brewery, and Nate’s Baked Goods. You can also easily walk to Whole Foods, Swedish Hill Bakery, Night Cap, Bar Peached, or the bars on West 6th. And it’s within walking distance of the trail around Lady Bird Lake and Zilker Park (very convenient during ACL!), and a short drive away from Mozart’s. Overall, it’s a very nice complex and a friendly community, and I’d highly recommend the Clark for anyone looking to live close to downtown at a more affordable price than living directly in the city.

They have all helped us get through this tough period of Covid-19 uncertainty and made us feel safe.Brand new luxury building with all first-class amenities such as:Beautiful pool. Two fully equipped common rooms. Trash valet. Package room with digital security. Outdoor deck overseeing the Austin skyline.Onsite gym that rivals any boutique gym in town. Has TRX bands, rowers, cutting edge bikes, treadmills, even a kickboxing simulator. You are basically getting a $150 a month facility for free. However, if you want the best gyms and money is no object, you will be across the street from Black Swan Yoga, Crossfit Central and the best spin class in Austin.Rooms are spacious with the nicest appliances. Again, brand new.We cannot say enough about how much we love living here.
