I lived there for three years and really loved and appreciated the staff. Collette was excellent at her job and very kind. The maintenance workers were always friendly and there to fix any apartment issues. Especially Jose and Alberto (I think his name was). The pool was beautiful. The highway can cause a lot of noise pollution, but if you live towards the back side of the complex, it is not bad at all.

I lived at The Clairborne Apartment Homes for the past 2 years. My experience here was great, and I only moved because the commute would be too great with my new job. For the most part, it was quiet, with interruptions only coming from the parking lot since that is where my unit was facing. Further, the maintenance staff was very prompt with work orders, and the office staff was pleasant to work with. They made the move-out process pretty easy and proved to be one of the few properties that do not overcharge their residents when leaving.

They lived on-site, responded quickly to requests, and were consistently professional and kind.Property Manager (Collette):Collette was one of the best property managers I’ve ever encountered. She was approachable, helpful, and ensured that resident concerns were addressed promptly.Well-Kept Grounds:Generally, the property was clean and well-maintained. There were no issues with broken-down cars, overflowing trash, or unkempt areas. However, irrigation issues led to muddy patches around my building.Quiet Environment:For about 70-80% of my time here, the property was peaceful. Noise was rarely an issue outside of a few exceptions detailed below.Proximity to River Legacy Park:The location was a highlight for me. Being just 5-10 minutes from River Legacy Park was fantastic for daily outdoor activities.Food Truck Fridays:Every Friday, a different food truck would park by the office.Trash Pickup:Trash pickup occurred three times a week, which was convenient. While not completely valet (residents take trash to the curb), it’s a step up from having to handle everything yourself.Reasonable Pricing:For a one-bedroom apartment, I paid no more than $1,400, which felt fair given the amenities and location.Cons:Recurring Plumbing Issues:Plumbing problems were a major downside. I frequently dealt with clogged sinks, tubs, and a leaking roof. The dishwasher flooded multiple times and eventually needed replacement, though the new model also leaked.Outdated Utilities:Appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) were older, budget models. Even replacements seemed to be on the cheaper side, leading to continued issues.Dog Waste:Despite having dog stations with bags and trash cans, many residents didn’t clean up after their pets. This made walking through grassy areas unpleasant and ruined several pairs of shoes.Customer Service (Lolleta):One of the office managers, Lolleta, could benefit from customer service training. My negative experiences with her were a significant factor in my decision to move.Proximity to Highway 360:If you live in building 2, the noise from Highway 360 can be unpredictable and disruptive.Tenant Screening:Tenant issues included loud stairwell conversations, police activity, and notices about marijuana odors. Evictions also seemed relatively common.On-Site Gym:The gym is below average with outdated, broken equipment. It offers minimal utility for regular gym-goers.Summary:My stay at The Clairborne was average to slightly above average. While there are much worse places to live, there are also better options, depending on your priorities. If you value affordability, it’s a decent choice.

Ive lived in a few apartments, and I will say, this property has been the best, by a long shot. The staff does well, maintenance is quick, the grounds are well cared for. I think the place is a bit on the expensive side, and theres no fenced in dog park, but other than that, I have to say Im really happy living here.

I have loved living in the Claireborne apartments. The apartments are beautiful, the management is excellent, the pool is amazing, and it is in a great central location. Colette was a huge help for us and we are so thankful. I highly recommend living here, you will not regret!

Let me just start by saying my husband and I LOVE this place. We recently moved from another state and since we got here we’ve been shown nothing but respect and care from the ladies that work in the leasing office. Emily has literally gone above and beyond for me and my husband especially since we had to do so many things via telephone and e-mail. Emily was so patient with us and you can tell she takes so much pride in her job and her tenants matter to her. The complex is well kept and clean and I LOVE THAT. Our neighbors are so quiet and respectful you would think that no one else lives here lol. When we moved into our apartment they laid new carpet and it looked amazing! I can honestly say I have no complaints. We are very happy here and very grateful for all the help and hospitality the ladies showed us and I would definitely recommend others to move here!!!

I had the chance to live here for the last 2 years and absolutely loved it here. All of the staff are wonderful fantastic people that made sure this place felt like home to me. Any issues were quickly resolved. Fantastic amenities (looking at you hot tub) and a pretty decent gym. Colette was always so nice and pleasant to deal with.

We have lived here for over 5 years and have really enjoyed our time spent here. Management is excellent and we have never had an issue with our maintenance requests not being answered. They keep the grounds clean and the front office is always courteous and willing to help out where they can. I would recommend and have recommended this location to close friends and family. In addition to this, our rent prices have also been fair despite the current volatile market.

Ive been here since 2018 but had to buyout my lease early due to a family emergency. The assistant manager, Laletta, was so supportive in helping me navigate the process and made sure everything ran smoothly. During my stay here, any work order I placed such as lightbulb replacement or fixing the toilet plumbing, they took care of it the next day. The property managers kept the community clean and uphold the rules especially if one neighbor is playing loud music at night. During the winter storm and everyone lost power, this complex still had it. I highly recommend this place!

Ive personally lived here for 7 years now and I havent had any issues at all with the staff. Theyve always shown a decent level of respect and communication. My issues lie with the residents who put trash out 2 days before pick up and the strays will rip the bags open or the bag arent placed properly so they sometimes end up in the middle of the parking lot. Another issue is residents blocking our garages which has caused me to be late waiting on an Uber to work on multiple occasions.Overall these apartments have been considered home for a long time and Im probably going to keep it that way for a while longer.

I love this complex my lease is up in a few months and I plan on renewing. The price is excellent for the value and the interiors are gorgeous. I feel like someone took their time to design my apartment to make it look and feel like a home. We experienced an unfortunate turn of events at one point and the office was extremely and I mean extremely helpful with assisting us. The office staff is lovely to speak to and go above and beyond to make you feel supported. Special thank you to Colette, she is so amazing to work with!

Me and my husband Just renewed our lease here, we have been living here for more than 3 years now and we continue to be happy here and can’t complain. Managment are nice and always good to us, maintenance are respectful, nice and they do an amazing job with ANY problems we have had. (We had a problem with the heater in the winter and now with the ac in the summer but maintenance both times fixed it ASAP.) we were so happy. No craziness in the parking lot I feel safe walking home late from work and Apartments are maintained well.

Clairborne has been the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The leasing staff are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. The maintenance staff is very quick in resolving any issues and the grounds are very well kept. We have 2 dogs and there are plenty of dog stations around the complex when we are out for a stroll and they never run of out of bags! (my old place was always out of bags). We just signed our second lease and we are definitely staying for years to come! Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well kept apartment complex.

I have lived here for over 7 years now.. It is nice and right off the highway.. the office staff is wonderful. They take care of my needs. Maintenance staff are great of taking care of what I need to have done in my apartment. Just signed my contract for another 14 months. I highly recommend this apartment complex. It is the only one that I have lived at since I moved here to the Arlington area.

I love, love, love this complex! I love the staff. Love you all! Its really home for me. I use to tell Elana (sp) every time I visited the office, I love My apartment! My first unit, I was delightfully amazed at how quiet it was. I had a great view. OMG and its peaceful. Loved my fireplace and those wine racks, niiiiice! Love my new apartment also, bigger...full kitchen! More room and another bathroom! #totalwinCovid has made it difficult to enjoy the amenities but the rent hasnt reduced. Not fair. The office is back to by appointment, Im okay with that for the office. Whatever it takes to stay safe!!! I am not liking the restrictions on the amenities, but I understand. Lol however, I am slightly irritated that the rent is not reflective of those restrictions. Im at work before they open and still at work when they close.All in all... ITS A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME! If youre looking for a new place to call home, stop in and see for yourself!You will not be disappointed!

I currently stay here and I love it. The apartments are well kept. Management ia friendly. It’s very quite (a little too quite lol) and any issues I have maintenance respond the same day. If I wasn’t on the marketing of buying a house I would of definitely renewed my lease. I love it here.

Me and my wife have been here for 4 years now and we are so happy we picked these apt as our home. The maintenence men are always cleaning up and the managment staff are always friendly and are there to answer any questions you have. I have never seen any roaches here since weve been here. When we first moved in our dishwasher started leaking water and flooded the kitchen floor and i called the emergency number for maintenance and he was here within minutes to clean the mess up. The whole reason im writing this comment is to stick up for this apartment complex bc the rating doesnt reflect how good the ppl here treat us. This apt complex is 5 stars and the people who are complaining just might be the same ppl who complain about everything in life. The Clairborne is an awesome place to live with an awesome staff running this place and were proud to call The Clairborne Aprtments our home until we get our own house.

I have lived here for 7 years. Accessible to the highway, and for the amount I pay, I don’t think I could ask for anything more. I’m comfortable and at home. The landscaping is top notch, amazing staff. Very helpful and understanding. Maintenance is timely with repairs.
