Been here for almost 2 years! its been such a nice experience. Every time I need something fixed they help me out. Management is always nice and welcoming when you go into the office, specially the manager. I do recommend this place to live.

The apartment location is great. My apartment is spacious with a lot of storage. Maintenance is fast and things get fixed. Front office is always friendly and ready to help your every need. The pool is clean all the time and never crowded. Gym is wonderful and always clean. I have enjoyed living here.

Awesome experience. I moved in 3 months ago and from day one until today everything has been great. Manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance service is great. The apartment complex is in great shape and cant beat having the laundry room area close to my building. Cant beat the view of the city and the Franklin mountains. Cant wait to use the chimney in my apartment. Planning to stay here for a while!

I moved in a few weeks ago, since day one I was treated with nothing but respect. The application process was simple, the website is easy to navigate. On the day I moved in, the apartment had new carpet and fresh paint. The fireplace looks amazing, my apartment is so quiet. I am glad I moved in here.

The staff was always very attentive. Any concerns and/or maintenance orders were quickly addressed and I not once had to worry about something not getting done. Everything from landscaping, pool and club house was kept very clean and maintained. I lived there for about 18 months and everybody pretty much kept to themselves and was very quiet. Lily and Laura definitely take care of their residents. They make it a point to learn your face, name and unit, so youre not just a apartment number to them. They set the bar high. I highly recommend The Chimneys.

Weve lived here for about 2 years now and we have never had problems. Weve put in a couple of maintenance requests and theyve always been addressed promptly. Front desk is really nice and the neighborhood is great. Its also very clean which is nice.

I lived here for 4 years and loved it. The complex was always kept clean including the shared grilling area and pool. I never had any problems with any of the other people living there.When the maintenance staff was needed they were always courteous and prompt. Very few problems with the apartment over the course of my stay. Everyone in the office was helpful and polite.I would recommend this apartment.

Friendly staff/maintenance that is professional and willing to work with you and finish the job. Beautiful area to live with a great pool! They have a dog park and dog patch/pee area. I wish they had a kid play area though. Its a really quiet area and have not had any loud neighbors everyone is pretty respectful of eachother. My only complaint is the weed smell that filter through my apartment. I have made several complaints to management and they did their best to fix the problem from changing filters, putting notes on doors, and more but I suffer from really bad migraines and just cant handle it and as a result I have to move. It makes me sad to move because I love it here. Maybe in the future they can have a building that is smoke free 🤔

I most definitely recommend this place not only for the beautiful view it has, the awesome maintenance service, management and everyone that works in the office is great. This place is clean and safe, even neighbors are respectful to each other, i notice people renting here are on the same level of maturity and want the same as we all do, peace to where we live.I truly feel like home, they make you feel safe & welcome every day and willing to help as soon as you call or enter the office. They wont keep you waiting on things to be fixed for as little it might be. The pool area is so beautiful and always clean they have a huge grill for your cookouts and the gym you can use it 24/7. Lili and Laura keep up the great work you guys are awesome!

I have lived here for over 6 years now. I looked at three other lower-priced complexes in the area but this one included all three things I wanted (patio, washer/dryer conn, refrig air). My mom told me You pay for what you get and quality costs more and she was right. Ive been here ever since without any of the problems that it seems everyone faces in other apartments nearby complexes (e.g. my colleague had his AC out for months in the summer while living at Colinas). That wouldnt have happened here.Yesterday there was a clogged pipe causing issues to my building and someone from their maintenance came to work on his day off within an hour to fix the problem. This is typical. Over the years I have never waited more than one day to have my issue responded to. That is rare and speaks highly of the culture the staff here has created at this complex.I highly recommend this place and I always recommend it to people but dont think Ive left a review yet! Laura, Yvonne, and everyone at the office are phenomenal and I feel very safe living here which, to me, is priceless. Highly Recommend!!!

I have lived here for a total of 10 years. The first time only for 2 years then went back and just recently left only because I wanted to be closer to work. Laura, the manager is awesome. She really knows eveyone by name, is attentive and ready to help with whatever may arise. The maintenance staff is truly amazing! Beto is so polite and respectful. He goes out of his way to make sure eveything is taken care of. The amenities this community has to offer are great. The fitness center is well equipped. It is not crowded and very comfortable. I will miss them and wanted to make sure I told them how truly comfortable my stay there was. THANK YOU!!

The office staff, and particularly, Yvonne, have been very helpful in facilitating my move-in, starting from when I initially came in to view the available units all the way till I signed all the paperwork. We loved The Chimneys! The leasing and maintenance staff were always friendly and gave great customer service. Very professional! They even remembered our names and our dogs name. It was a peaceful and quiet environment. Gorgeous view of the mountain. We loved having a patio area. Plenty of parking spaces. The amenities were well maintained. Work orders were started within 24 hours. Pet friendly, they even put in a nice dog park area. We are gonna miss El Paso and living at The Chimneys.

I lived here for over a year and It was a really nice experience. Maintenance is great, they will immediately take care of any problem you have. Staff is great! especially Lily ( she is awesome and so nice!) very quite neighborhood . The only thing that needs to be updated is the kitchen! Everything else is great.

The management is great and helps when they can. They do maintenance so much its a bit annoying (loud leaf blowers and water shut off a lot) but Im glad to they keep their grounds looking clean and the apartment up to date. Their deposit, rent, and pet fees are a little on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it. There is a brand new doggie park in the middle of the complex. Some neighbors are inconsiderate about noise level but its not too bad. There are w/d connections but there are also laundry facilities on the complex. The pool is beautiful and properly maintained. The view is breathtaking. The location is amazing if you are a UTEP student because it is like a 5 minute drive from campus and like a 5 minute walk to a brio bus stop that comes every 10- 20 minutes.Also I did wanna add that my car was broken into once so please be careful and lock your cars. It hasnt happened again and thats that I left my windows down a few times by accident. Just please be aware and lock your cars/make sure you close your windows. They have security patrol at random hours of the night but they arent here all the time so be carefulUpdate #2 my car was keyed a while ago. Someone scratched f*ck you under my back light near some scratches I had from hitting a wall. Still an amazing complex but you may want to park near where you can keep an eye on your car or invest in a dashcam or something.

I moved into a 2 bedroom in March with a roommate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They really take care of their property I see them cleaning the parking lot everyday, it really shows the pride that they have for the apartments. Just recent things did not work out living with my roommate so i asked to down size into a 1 bedroom. They really went out of their way for me and helped me get into a smaller unit. I am so happy to call this place home.

I have lived here for 8 to 9 months already and its been great. The staff are really friendly the apartments are really clean.the pool area is awesome. Oh and be financially stable or they will try to invict you as soon as possible they wont give you time, im moving out cause our income change life happened and my honey lost his job to bad for us we need to leave this great place. Also if youre planning on moving here I recommend choosing the 2nd floor apartments because if you choose the 1st floor apartments like us you WILL hear literally everything like arguments, footsteps, sex noises, the washer machines, etc i would of giving a 5 starts if it wasent for the noises. Overall great/beautiful place.

We have been living here for 8 years .we been very happy. the staff at the office are very cordial and professional they work with our problems asp.recently I had an issue with climbing the steps to my apt. I called Laura and she had a handrail installed. It made my life easier.Thank you!!!!!! the maintance people are very good at their job.

I had only 3 days to leave my previous department, I began to think that I was not going to find any place where I could process the applications and have the lease ready. However I found the chimneys, my application and lease were ready for the next day and in 3 days I already had the keys to my new apartment. I have been living here for 4 days and it really is a quiet and beautiful place. Thanks to Laura I now have a new home that I love and that I cant wait to share with my family and friends.

One of the best places to rent on the west side, prices are very reasonable. Location is very convenient I-10 is easily accessible and anything you might need is only 10 min away. Neighbors and staff are very friendly! Maintenece staff are amazingly quick and effective. One of the few places that offer one bedroom apartments with washer and dryer. Like any other place it has its down side, for the pool which is really nice you only get 6 bracelets for yourself and guest. No grills are allowed and most apartments have carpet which it might be a personal opinion but I rather have floor. First floor apartments are a HASSLE to move in or out due to the extremely small entrance that is created from the stairs and the adjacent wall. Overall I would definetly recommend the Chimneys.

8/22/11 UPDATE:Well, since weve settled in weve realized that this complex is pretty expensive for the area, and there are bigger apts around for less. Every Wednesday they shut off the water from 9-5 for repairs, its been going on since June. So no laundry, toilet or shower without being up at 6am. There is a feral cat colony - drives our dog crazy - oh well. Friendly staff, normal neighbors, lots of hummingbirds, good location, but looking for larger apt when lease ends.3/15/2011 - Had to rent before viewing, and we were pleasantly surprised - well maintained, staff is super friendly. Pet fee is $300 - yikes. Our balcony is backed up against someones living room, a few apts. with that issue. Fireplaces work! (my favorite part) As for the rowdy GIs in other reviews, havent heard anything but crazy wind and a few barking dogs.

I have recently lived at The Chimneys Apartments and so far I am very happy. The apartments are very nice and the space is very well distributed. In fact, they seem to me to be the nicest and cleanest in the neighborhood. In addition, they are very well located in the city.The attention in the office has been excellent; always willing to assist with kindness and solve problems in the shortest time possible. Even the people who have gone to make repairs in the apartment have done so efficiently.I really like that the residential complex has a clean pool and a pleasant space to share time with the family. It also has a very well-equipped gym and a computer with a printer for the use of residents, which has been very useful to me.What I would like to see improve, and not only here but in the city, is that there are recycling systems, since we generate a lot of solid waste that can be treated and we have to be more friendly to the environment.My husband and I are very happy, we live very well and we enjoy the spaces that The Chimneys Apartments offers us.
